Welcome to your Plavna Apartment. Enjoy direct, covered access to five restaurants as well as direct access to the Bogn Engiadina Scuol. An in-house sports shop and access to selected services of the Belvedere Hotel Family complete the offer.



Plavna enjoys a prime location in the centre of Scuol and offers 20 different serviced apartments, providing suitable holiday accommodation for families, couples, and solo travellers. Comfortable furnishings in a modern Alpine style and the use of local materials define the holiday experience at the Plavna Serviced Apartments. With the Jon Sport Alpin sports shop located within the building, you can conveniently rent your ski equipment or mountain bike. Our in-house Deli & Bistro offers culinary delights, either to enjoy on site or to take away.



Plavna will open in autumn 2026; bookings can already be made from December 2025.

This 3.5-room apartment with a living space of around 54 m² can accommodate up to five people. Thanks to its north-west facing position, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the village of Scuol and the mountains in the distance – particularly atmospheric in the evening hours. The balcony invites you to enjoy this view in the fresh Engadin air. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is ideal for guests who appreciate quiet yet central accommodation. Pets are not allowed.



The kitchen is simply and functionally equipped and offers everything you need for your vacation: an oven or microwave combination appliance, kettle, and dishwasher are available. Two to four induction hobs and a small refrigerator complete the kitchen equipment.



The apartment has a functional bathroom with a shower, mirror, cosmetic mirror, and towel rail—practically furnished for everyday life in vacation mode.



The Plavna Apartments in Scuol welcome you to a new, modern residential and holiday complex located directly on the Stradun, bringing comfort and a wide range of facilities together under one roof. The high-quality apartments offer a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere and are very well suited for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Thanks to the central location, you are only a few steps away from shops, restaurants, and the historic village centre of Scuol. The PostAuto bus stop is located right in front of the building, allowing you to reach the Scuol–Motta Naluns gondola in just 5 minutes by bus, placing you quickly in the heart of the hiking or ski area.



Within the Plavna complex itself, you benefit from a diverse infrastructure: a cosy Deli Bistro with a café atmosphere offers relaxed breakfasts, uncomplicated snacks, or an evening drink, while the appealing children’s and family area (Kinderland) inside the building provides entertainment for younger guests. Thanks to the close connection to the Belvedere Hotel Family and the direct indoor link to the Engadin Bad Scuol "Bogn Engiadina", you also have access to an extensive bathing and wellness area, as well as various restaurants, bars, and additional leisure facilities. In this way, the Plavna Apartments combine the comfort of a private holiday home with numerous services and experiences for relaxing and varied holidays in Scuol.



The surrounding area invites you to enjoy short or long walks through the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadin, which begins right outside your doorstep. Shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and cafés are located directly along the Stradun. The valley station of the cable cars is just a few minutes away by bus, with the bus stop right at the building entrance. The ski bus is included in the guest card and can be used free of charge. The cross-country ski trail is 1 km away, and the Bogn Engiadina—with its unique bathing and relaxation areas—as well as numerous shops and restaurants are just across the street.



The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included for all guests with every booking.

- all PostAuto bus services in the Lower Engadin region (except S-charl)

- in summer, one daily ascent and descent with the Scuol gondola or the Ftan chairlift
