The natural-light bathroom is equipped with a shower featuring an integrated shower seat, a grab bar by the toilet, and its own washing machine.

Parking space in the underground garage/lift platform. Only cars measuring 5 m long and 1.50 m high can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you a different parking space for a fee. Please contact us regarding this.
We have a lockable bike shed available for you.
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.

Vacation Apartment 2.1 (41 square meters) is located on the first floor and has a balcony. There is an elevator in the building.

Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, you’ll pay a short-stay surcharge.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground next to the building.
