The experience was great. The unit was very spacious, clean, and quiet in the evenings. The resort acted immediately and corrected the plumbing issues. They took good care of us. An added plus was the outstanding communications throughout the rental process with Mike. It was a pleasure to interact with him. Thank you.

OUTSTANDING!!!

First, the property owner, Michael, was an absolute joy to work with- from the beginning (when I tried to book his property even before the 2021 rates were complete!), thru the middle (when he texted me to make sure we were all set!), to the end (when he graciously reached out to make sure we enjoyed both the property and our trip!) - Michael alone would make a return trip a must! Next, the property itself was amazing! Not only was the location perfect (close to everythiing!), bit the unit was HUGE, BEAUTIFUL AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN! The pictures do NOT do the property justice! Thank you, Michael!

Great Vacation!

We had a great time and totally enjoyed this property! We did a ghost tour, visited Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestowne, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown Beach, Yorktown Battlefield, Busch Gardens, and WaterCountry USA... we had a busy week, yet still had time in the evenings to enjoy the pool and other amenities at the resort. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped and the beds were amazingly comfortable! Slept like a baby! 😊 The owner was fantastic! He responded very quickly with any questions I had. I took along a crock pot and had meals like meatball sandwiches and pulled pork pretty much ready when we got back from wherever we spent the day. All I had to do was make some side dishes! Great when you have hungry troops! Lol I definitely recommend this rental and will hopefully have the opportunity to rent again when we make another trip to Williamsburg!

Property was clean, had many activities, and nice people!

Nice place

Nice big apartment in a time share apartment.complex. Some details not mentioned in owner's description - air conditioning, three TVs with cable, washer/dryer, pretty good wifi, and free parking. Apartment is 15 minutes away from everything. Time share sales pitch was easy to avoid and check out took less than a minute.

Everything was easy

The title says it all- The owner was great, check-in was 2 minutes, check out was drive-by (Literally). The condo was convenient to highways and 10 minutes from all the attractions. It was clean and large, with two full baths and 3 TV's. The pool was only 100' away and very nice. We parked right in front of the condo. The price was half what a single room hotel would be. Everything was better than described and the owner answered all my questions within a couple of hours of the first e-mail. There was lots of shopping nearby and more restaurants than we could visit in a month. Note, we really liked the Food for Thought restaurant- good food and great service (It's 4 minutes away from the condo). My kids were blown away when we entered the condo- "This is the hotel??? It's huge!!!" The best part is how easy it was. Thanks

Williamsburg Plantation

We booked our stay for the first time using VRBO. You never know exactly how old pictures are, how outdated a listing or a property may actually be when you arrive. So, knowing this our expectations were hopeful based on the pictures but what we found when we arrived was an AMAZINGLY beautiful and well kept property. It was more than we had imagined. Everyone at the resort were nice and welcoming. We were also skeptical because we knew the property was a timeshare and were concerned about high pressure sales, etc. Never once did anyone even ask us to participate in a timeshare presentation or tour. The kids in our family want to go back to this property every year now since they have both and indoor and outdoor pool and lots of family and kids activities that you are able to participate in. VERY PLEASED with our stay and the ease of the transactions using VRBO.
