La piscina sigue cerrada debido al huracán Michael, nuestra unidad está en excelente estado, pero no hay una piscina disponible. Esperando que la piscina sea reparada antes del 15 de mayo. Se actualizará a medida que la información esté disponible.

Sugar Beach es una de las áreas exclusivas del complejo de playa orientado a la familia en el mundialmente famoso Thomas Drive. No hay largas colas de espera para los ascensores, a pie hasta la puerta principal, a pocos minutos desde el aparcamiento a conseguir acomodamos en para su estancia. En el lugar hay un lago de agua dulce, que ofrece una oportunidad única de ver la vida silvestre. También hay dos canchas de tenis iluminada bien mantenidos, tejo, baloncesto y zona de la parrilla junto a la piscina junto a la playa grande.

La enorme casa club cuenta con una gran terraza frente al mar para relajarse, tomar el sol y disfrutar de la vista al mar donde se puede ver algunos delfines nadando. La casa club está lleno de una mesa de ping-pong, 2 mesas de billar y muchos juegos de arcade para personas jóvenes. Los jardines tienen grandes áreas verdes y caminar formas que proporcionan un agradable cambio de lo concreto y acero desarrollo típico.

Esta unidad es un parque muy conveniente directamente en frente de su unidad y estará en la playa antes de que la mayoría de los huéspedes de gran altura puedan subirse al ascensor. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extra grande con acceso a baño y segundo dormitorio con 2 camas tamaño queen. Este condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una amplia sala de estar con un sofá cama de matrimonio, y una zona de comedor. Ropa de cama se proporcionan, pero traer sus propias toallas de playa, bronceador y un buen libro. Esta unidad es muy espacioso y abierto, decorado con buen gusto, bien amueblado y mantenido.

Se requiere pagar una tarifa de registro de $ 20 en Sugar Beach y no se agregará al costo de la reserva.

We would definitely stay again. I would suggest one thing and that is to replace all of the electrical outlets. Some of them didn't work or were so loose that our chargers wouldn't stay plugged in.

Best spot/location

Our stay was amazing! Right on the beach and next to the pool. We loved being walking distance to shopping, food and had access to a grocery store not far away. Will be booking a trip again soon.

Several things need to be fixed.The air conditioning ran most of the time and the beach side bedroom needs a ceiling fan in the room, we had to buy a fan so it would be more comfortable. the electrical plugs in this condo need to be replaced. Beach front bathroom plugs don't work at all, only one in the other bathroom works. Made it hard for 4 women. The password info on the refrigerator was incorrect. the cable was unplugged and no directions on how to work the TV or cable.

Not what I was expecting

Soon as we arrived at the location the owner sent us the wrong gate code to even get into the parking lot so we had to wait for someone to leave for us to get in. We called owner several times no answer. The lady at the front desk told me the gate code was wrong/old from a few years ago. Finally when we made it to the room door we had another code that was needed to get in and that code was also wrong!! Called the number it said to call for issues in regards to the code…no answer!! Called another number and a man was nice and patient and told me the code had been changed. When we entered the room it seemed pretty nice like the pics desecribed. When I walked into the bedroom i noticed there was a lot of sand on the floor. I understand that it can be difficult to clean up the floors from sand but this was quite noticeable. Beds were decent. Bathroom was okay…the vents in the bathroom to help with moisture did not work at all!! Also the ac vent in the master bedroom did not work and it got very hot!! Tv also did not work in the master bedroom!! I did read previous reviews about roaches in this condo and tried to ignore. In the middle of the night I went to bathroom and saw roaches!!! I have never had this issue staying in a condo! I will probably not stay here again!! This condo is a bit overpriced with all the issues we had!!!

Perfect Stay

We stayed in the condo July 19-23. Great size unit and the views were awesome! Such a short walk to the beach and not crowed at all compared to the larger complexes on either side. We enjoyed being away from the traffic and crowds that you get when you stay "in the middle of the strip". It is an older unit and a few upgrades are needs but all in all a great place to stay.

This property was just as advertised. It was right in the beach. The only downer was the size of the washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay!

Honestly probably one of the best places we have stayed and we have been coming to PCB for years! It's super quiet and not crowded at all! We had a perfect view of the ocean and the location was great! You could walk to so many places. It was also very clean! Will definitely stay here again!

On the ocean

This unit is nice but we did have issues. We stayed for 28 days. We were without heat and AC for 13 of those days. The managers of the property were great to deal with but they need to communicate everything with the owner. She does not respond promptly. The TV in the living room goes on and off at whim -- loses connection all the time. The tvs in the bedrooms work fine. The breaker in the kitchen kicks out regularly and the fan in the spare bath does not work. After the fiasco with the heat and AC we just lived with it.

Condo is clean, well stocked and the view from the balcony cant be beat. Check in and check out is no contact and easy. Four Star Condo Service is always easy to work with and called the first day on site to make sure everything was as expected.

Great home and perfect location!

This home has all the things! The owners thought of everything, from beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, paper products, condiments, and coffee!!! We loved the back porch, playing corn hole with the kids. It’s also close to many of our favorite restaurants, the Naval base, and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. Home was immaculate and beds comfy. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will be back!

EXCEPT... don’t ask to check in 40 mins early... the owner would prefer you sit outside in the hot parking lot until exactly 4pm. Owner would not allow us to enter room until exactly 4pm even though housekeeping was no where around. Owner Very rude on phone. But... condo had everything we needed. Be sure to click the ice maker on when you get there. View is ocean, but really need bar stools to see over balcony railing. Would stay here again if allowed by owner after this review.
