The historic Wilhelminian-style villa, in which our ground-floor apartment is located, is situated in the heart of the popular Südviertel—in a quiet location yet just a few minutes away from the most important sights.

The historic Upper Town, with its winding alleys, small cafés, and half-timbered houses, is within easy walking distance, as are all kinds of shopping options. There’s a small supermarket in the neighborhood (about 80 meters away). The famous Elisabethkirche, the Landgrafenschloss, and the beautiful Lahn River are also in the immediate vicinity.

Parking is available nearby in various parking garages as well as at a parking lot approximately 800 meters away. If needed, a parking space very close to the apartment can be arranged upon request.

On-site fees: Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request. The tourist tax of 2€ per person per night will be charged additionally on-site.Parking is available across the street.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
