Estuvimos fuera del mercado por algún tiempo, ¡pero acabamos de volver a listar! ¡Por favor, avíseme si puedo responder alguna pregunta! Steve

Esta hermosa finca privada de 1. 8 acres ubicada cerca de la histórica Plaza Sonoma, en el país. Recientemente remodelado a principios de 2014 y 2017, la propiedad cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4 baños completos, una gran sala de estar con puertas francesas de 13 pies que ofrecen vistas infinitas de las colinas de Sonoma y un patio comedor de 26 pies para reunirse con amigos y disfrutar del clima. .

Venga a disfrutar de la vista sobre la piscina, relájese en una tumbona suspendida de un viejo roble perfectamente ubicado, mientras escucha el estanque de koi en cascada en el fondo, la barbacoa calienta su cena mientras prueba un poco de vino y queso local.

El Mirador podría ser uno de los mejores lugares para sentarse y relajarse después de un largo día de cata de vinos, caminatas, paseos en globo, ciclismo, compras o simplemente disfrutar del ambiente local de ritmo lento.

* Nota: la propiedad no está autorizada para celebrar bodas, recepciones o fiestas grandes (más de 13 personas).
* La piscina funciona con energía solar. Por lo tanto, suele ser lo suficientemente cálido para nadar de abril a octubre, a menudo hasta noviembre. Durante los calurosos meses de verano, la temperatura es de más de 80.
* Esta es una propiedad para no fumadores.

Such a great encounter with Sonoma! Our party of 8 travels together frequently and we know when we walk into a welcoming home. Steve has taken care of many details that deliver on the spa experience he promised. You can actually cook in this kitchen! High quality pots, utensils, serving dishes, stove, oven, etc… it’s what you’d want in your own home. The gathering spots are spacious and have enough comfortable furniture so you can just hang out comfortably. The covered patio and east view of the valley is where the money is. Just awesome. We one stay-in, home cooked dinner and it was memorable. The bedrooms are comfy with quality bedding and bathroom accessories. The grounds are beautiful and spacious. Getting to the right gate entrance is a little tricky so try to arrive when the sun is up. Steve is very attentive pre, during and post stay. You’ll receive a House Information Book that is second to none. Well done!

We had a wonderful stay! The house offered beautiful views and was very convenient to Sonoma Square. It was perfectly comfortable for our group of four couples, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and essentials, which made cooking easy, and the host was extremely responsive and informative throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a wine country getaway!

Lovely Stay in Sonoma

Beautiful property with great views of Sonoma. Communication with owner was seamless. Close to town but feels far away which was perfect. Home is as shown in photos. Our inter generational group had a fantastic time.

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful, peaceful property. Last time we didn’t spend as much time enjoying the gorgeous views and I was determined to spend more time at the house this time. Every evening we sat by the pool and looked out over the hills as the sun went down. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you want to stay there and cook. Love dining at the outdoor dining table over looking the pool and hills. The bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of room for suitcases unlike some hotel rooms. The proximity to town was great and despite being so close, we had complete privacy. I highly recommend this property. Excellent for 4 couples!!!

Beautiful house, just as pictured. Easy to get to Downtown Sonoma, but also secluded and able to enjoy the wonderful view. Spent most of our time outside by the pool. This was for a group of 8 adults, 4 couples. Plenty of space and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. Great house!

Wine Trip with Friends

Everything about the property was as advertised or better. Great location, plenty of room, and well equipped. We would gladly stay there again. The owner was responsive and truly worked hard to make sure our stay was great.

Relaxing girls trip to wine country

The property was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and well appointed and was perfect for our group of 8 women. As we visited in January we didn't use the pool but that would be an added bonus during the warmer months!

Perfect location, but no electricity for 54 hours

We traveled with 4 adult couples to the wine country. Chose this property for the location, view, pool, and four full bedrooms. We recommend it but one catch, be careful of Sonoma electricity outages. Pros: 7 minutes up the mountain from downtown Sonoma View of the valley at was beautiful 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms Pool overlooking valley, Weber gas grill for cooking Gated property, Full kitchen, (no K cup, bring ground coffee and filters) Beds comfortable, plenty of quality linens Cons: A notification came out the day before we went, noting that our power was going to be out for the four days that we were there. We were not notified of this. lucklyish, only out for 54 hours. We were not notified that this was going to happen. The house should have been prepared for this incident with a generator. This is something that is happeing in that area right now. Not uncommon. Pool- Did not have use of the pool for half our stay because it was covered. Pool was around 78 degrees with the solar cover Showers- showering for 8 adults out of two hot water showers was not pleasant and very intrusive. No electricity 2 nights, 2 on gas, 2 electric hot water heaters. No power for blower dryers and flatirons Sister in law could not use her Bipap machine 2 ngiths (dangerous) Could not charge computers to do work for 2 days. Had to leave Van running to charge phones. Could not get in gate one night due to gate not working. If no electrical outage it would be 5 *.

Large Group House is Perfect!

Every room had a king size bed. Linens were luxurious! The patio dining and pool chairs were plentiful for our 7 and more. Large kitchen was helpful as we ended up cooking alot. Only 2 miles to Sonoma Square. Owner Steve was very responsive! They give you lots of recommendations for dining and wineries.

Best Vacation House!!!

We had four couples come from all over the country to celebrate our husbands 40th birthdays. All the husbands grew up together but don't see each other very often. This house was AMAZING!! We all four couples had our own King bedrooms and bathrooms- it also had an amazing living room and kitchen to all hangout and cook in. We had a chef come in and make dinner and the outdoor space with a huge table was a huge it! Everything was super clean and ready for us. I can't rave enough about this house- Thank you, Steve for everything with the house.. answering all of our questions..and checking in with us!! When we come back to Sonoma, we will definitly be staying here again!

Family Celebration

Spent 5 wonderful days at this lovely home with our three adult children and their spouses. We all enjoyed spending time at the house that we did very little wine tasting.

Off the beaten path of Sonoma

El Mirador is a perfect place to remove yourself from the square of Sonoma. Peaceful and serene which is what we wanted for this trip. We had a total of 6 (3 couples) and there was ample room. We stayed in the cottage by ourselves and enjoyed the extra bedroom for watching TV and having the extra room. The first bathroom is small and lacks ample space for your toiletries in my opinion. That suited my husband as he travels light. The beds slept good and the towels were very nice. The kitchen was nicely stocked and well appointed with quality appliances. We enjoyed the coy fish and feeding them. Our biggest complaint was that the houses were not prepared for our arrival temperature wise. It took overnight to get to a comfortable temperature. It was controlled by Nest and should have been set back the day before or at least the morning of our arrival. It was during Sonoma heat wave. All in all, I would recommend this house for large groups that like to congregate together.

Beautiful Home

We stayed here with 4 couples. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels are very nice, the kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed the pool and the large table on the porch. Great views and close to downtown Sonoma.

Beautiful home in a great location

We spent 5 nights in early June with our two sons and their spouses. The layout of the house works really well with 4 king bedrooms all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are in the carriage house which is a few steps away. The location about 5 minutes above the Sonoma Square was convenient although not really walkable due to the steep incline and no shoulder. Steve provided some great information regarding local grocery delivery, names of chefs willing to cook at the property, and guide services in the area. The pool is lovely and stayed really warm throughout our stay. Having a private sleeping space for 4 couples and ample gathering space in the home made this the perfect choice for our family stay. Highly recommend this property!

5 day trip to NAPA for the first time with friends. This house was amazing. We enjoyed staying in Sanoma. The town was fantastic. The views from this house are unbelievable. Cannot recommend enough.

This place is lovely. Great place for a girls trip. Love that it's up in the hills with great views. The sunrises were picturesque! Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Kitchen has everything! Steve was very responsive and provided lots of information for our stay. Would totally come back!!

Having lived in the Bay Area my entire life, I genuinely believe Sonoma is one of the world's great hidden gems (and yes, I have traveled extensively). The best comparison I have found is the slow pace of Southern France. Where Napa may have the name for wine, Sonoma has access to all the great wine, PLUS small-town charm. Sonoma Square (one of two; Healdsburg is the other) offers a relaxed atmosphere that has not changed in 100 years. This is also the birthplace of California for history buffs.

El Mirador (from Spanish, meaning "mirror" or "to look," affording a view of the surroundings) offers unparalleled views from Mount Tamalpais, past Mount Diablo, through the East Bay. Truly amazing on a clear day. All while less than 5 minutes (under 2 miles) from the square. Please read the reviews, as pictures cannot do it justice. The house was fully remodeled in 2014 and 2017 and has all the bells and whistles you could ever ask for while keeping this tranquil hilltop location quiet. You will not be disappointed.
