The Hershey Vista is a true ski in / ski out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort which is nestled between Peak 9 and historic downtown Breckenridge on Main Street.

Recently renovated with vinyl wood flooring in the main living area, guest bathroom remodel, new furniture and mountain modern decor, fresh interior paint, and added recessed lighting in the kitchen, this beautiful condo is a guest favorite!

Mitch and Michelle purchased this wonderful condo in December 2020, and they invite you to enjoy staying in their newly renovated "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

Here's why you will love The Hershey Vista:

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
This ski in / ski out condo is less than 400 feet to the QuickSilver SuperChair lift at the base of Peak 9. There are onsite ski & board schools and equipment rental shops at the Village at Breckenridge. Walk one block to beautiful historic downtown Breckenridge where you will find restaurants and shops galore!

STUNNING VIEWS
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Breckenridge from the condo balcony. The balcony has chairs and a small table with views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, and the majestic Rocky Mountains. This condo is a bright condo with a 270 degree view and natural sunlight.

SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM / 2 FULL BATHROOM
The Hershey Vista is a beautifully decorated and well-appointed condominium that is 1,181 square feet which sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Sleep accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. This charming mountain modern themed condo makes for a comfortable and cozy stay.

WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar with bar stools, and everything you need for dining in and home-cooked meals.

DINING AREA
The dining table seats six guests. There is a breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen which seats two more.

LARGE LIVING AREA
This condo has a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. From the living area, there is access to the balcony via a sliding glass door.

GUEST AMENITIES!
The Village at Breckenridge offers many wonderful guest amenities. Guests may enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, work-out room, movie room, game room, oxygen bar, mini golf, community rooms and even a candy store!

ONSITE HEATED GARAGE PARKING
Onsite parking in the heated garage is offered to guests upon booking.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET
There is free wireless internet available in the condo. Network and password is provided upon booking.

COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER
There is a community washer and dryer conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. The washer and dryer are available for guest use via app and the ease of a simple credit card swipe.

COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL
Summer guests may use the community outdoor grill located in the central plaza area at the Village at Breckenridge resort.

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT
Guests may enjoy the warmth of the outdoor fire pit located in the central plaza area of the Village.

TRASH ROOM
There is a trash room conveniently located on every floor in every building at the Village with a trash chute for trash removal while staying.

ONSITE SKI AND BOARD SCHOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTAL SHOPS
There is a ski and board school conveniently located onsite at the base of the Antero building at the Village at Breckenridge resort. In addition, there are two equipment rental shops at the Village. Guests will receive information about the ski and board school and equipment rental shops upon booking.

THE NATIONAL FOREST
The national forest is at your back door for convenient hikes along the network
of trails to the nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.

YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE
Come to Breckenridge for skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, white water rafting, sledding, sight-seeing and much more!

At many lodges throughout Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability. Please note that the Village at Breckenridge condos are ski in / ski out, and that you are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Many guests choose to shuttle in rather than bring a vehicle and pay for parking.

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $27.50 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

Beautiful unit with gorgeous views! The condo was very clean and comfortable providing my family with everything we needed for a great weekend. The ability to walk throughout the town to shop and eat was fantastic. Its proximity to the mountain trails was perfect. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool and games. The property manager was attentive and responsive to answer questions but we had no issues! We hope we get the opportunity to stay here again!

Nice condo and conveniently located in the village. Easy to walk everywhere. Check in and parking were a bit complicated but the property manager was very accessible and helpful. First VRBO rental that had no oil or seasonings. Only salt and pepper. I expected washer and dryer in unit but it was down the hall to be shared with the floor and required payment.

Overall the property is ideal for any seasonal rental. The unit had some mechanical issues which can be addressed. There are built ins that take up too much space in the bedrooms which made it difficult to place luggage and even walk around in the bedrooms

Great experience

We had a great time. The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Having the kids at the other end of the condo gave us a lot of privacy. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Twilla and her communications! She is wonderful & very helpful. I cannot thank her enough!!The property itself is very convenient to everything. I think it's a little worn. Fireplace bricks are coming out, the fan in the master bath is very dirty/dusty and we found the kitchen supplies are lacking compared to other properties we've rented in that building. The living room furniture overall is not comfortable. I understand it's a rental property but we've stayed in more comfortable condos in that area for the same amount of money.

Great place for big families and skiing.

Wish we would’ve booked for more nights to be able to enjoy everything and benefits of the ski in and ski out accommodation. The condo was clean and very inviting. Loved that the rooms were nicely spread apart from each other so you didn’t feel cramped and each room had a separate bathroom attached to it. Close to several restaurants that were within walking distance so at the end of the day made it easy to grab something when tired from skiing. Would definitely book here again!

Wonderful stay at Peak 9!

Condo was very clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Very comfortable beds. Everything was in good working order. Good water pressure in the showers. Plenty of hot water available for 6 people showering around the same time. Two issues we had: First, it’s electronic key (on your phone) for not only getting into the condo, but accessing the building itself, the parking garage, accessing the hot tubs/pool/exercise/rec areas, etc. It wasn’t horrible but it was a bit of a nuisance. What’s wrong with a plastic key card?? The mgmt told us we could get a key card if we wanted one but it sounded like quite a hassle to accomplish that. So we just dealt with it. Other issue was the lack of clear directions to the parking garage, and directions for where to park once inside the garage. It took us quite awhile to figure this out. Otherwise the place is excellent and the location is terrific! We’d definitely stay here again. Clean. Comfy. Everything in the condo worked well. Kitchen appliances and TVs and plumbing. All good.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! There’s so much to do that’s within walking distance. Working with the property manager was a breeze! She made everything easy. The check-in process was no problem, and there wasn’t too much to do to check out. You’ll likely think that you don’t need to pay for parking, but it’s much easier to park onsite.

We felt right at home and very comfortable. We loved the location best of all. We could walk to everything and enjoy the alpine glow from the balcony. Loved being right on the river and the Maggie.

We fell in love with Breckenridge each summer as our children happily skipped and jumped over the rocks on the Blue River facing the magnificent snow capped mountains and the Riverwalk Center. Giggling and laughing, our youngest fell in the water each time. Of course a trip to Breck Kidz for a new outfit and Beanie Babies always played into our Breck visits. One hundred Beanie Babies later, we finally decided on owning our own place to enjoy the views, weather, and adventures to come! We hope you will fall in love with Breckenridge and our "home away from home" as much as we have.
