Elegante casa de Santa Fe con tenis privado / cancha de básquetbol, piscina, spa, barbacoa

We loved hosting this family at our Courtside Villa, and we are thrilled that they loved their stay with us. We received a call about a cigarette butt and something that looked like a bandage in the backyard, so CJ stopped by within an hour to make sure all was well. While he was unable to find either of these items, he was advised that one family member was ‘excessively discerning’ and was told that the family absolutely loved the home. We were not made aware of any cobwebs, but our pest control service always handles these promptly so we notified them. We were glad they felt that all other aspects of their stay were 5-star quality, and we would welcome them back anytime!

We were happy to host Theresa and her group and were a bit surprised by their comments in this review as they gave the home high praise upon arrival and departure! The icemaker operation was explained at check-in (the ejection door in the front can cause warm air to clog the dispenser, but a simple reach into the ice bin inside is all that's needed). We pride ourselves on our homes' cleanliness and will certainly investigate as to why the floors may have been less than perfect for this group's stay - had they mentioned this during their stay we would have gladly sent our cleaners there to make it right. While the BBQ grill is not brand new, many guests have commented to us that they have enjoyed cooking on it and have noted how easy it is to light. We were glad to hear that they enjoyed our services as well as the many other aspects of their stay at Courtside Villa, and we would certainly welcome them back anytime!

We are thrilled that Maegan's group loved the home, and we look forward to their return! The side door does indeed lock, but this particular door is unique from the rest of the doors in the home as the handle needs to be lifted up to lock, so it can be a bit tricky the first time operating it.
