El Shipwatch Villas es una comunidad de condominios relajado en el océano. Disfrute de la piscina junto a la playa o el surf en el océano. Tome un relajante paseo por la playa o dar un plazo hasta el muelle. El tiro en una línea o navegar elenco día. Grill un perro caliente en el área de la parrilla del carbón de leña de la comunidad o cenar fuera en los muchos restaurantes locales. Shipwatch Villas 1316 se encuentra en el tercer piso y se puede acceder por las escaleras o el ascensor. Esta dos dormitorios, dos baños está decorada con buen gusto y tiene unas vistas al océano ya la piscina. El salón ofrece un sofá cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y servicio de intranet. También fuera de la sala de estar se encuentra una puerta corredera de cristal que da a un balcón privado. Al final del pasillo se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama king size que conduce al balcón privado y un baño principal. Al final del pasillo, justo después del cuarto de baño completo, es el segundo dormitorio. Ofreciendo una cama queen size y un conjunto de literas con TV. Amanecer..... The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. Terrie was responsive and a joy to work with. She’s probably the best host I’ve engaged with in all my VRBO stays. We hope to stay at the condo again next summer!

We loved our stay at this great property. There was four adults in our group and we had more than enough room. The property was equipped with everything we needed! We arrived to find it clean and adorable. Beach access was so convenient and the elevator made getting in and out a breeze. The owner was great with communication and made everything straightforward and easy. When we return to Topsail this property would be our first choice without a doubt. We highly recommend it!

The condo is situated so that you have a perfectly clear view of the ocean and pool. It had plenty of space for our family of four. There is plenty of beach gear at your disposal, towels, etc. It truly is an amazing spot to vacation. We have been going to Topsail for over 10 years now and Shipwatch villas is our favorite. You can’t beat the direct beach access and view. I loved that this condo was one level and felt roomy and spacious. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Girls Family Trip

We Will definitely be back ! Everything was a breeze including from the time we got there until we left. Property manager sent reminders of parking passes, entry number, pool fobs etc.. and was just a click away if we needed anything (which we didn’t ) everything was supplied :) but they still touched base with us to check on our stay. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:We just found our villa and all that we had to do was enter our code. Once we walked in we loved the beachy aesthetic and everything looked exactly like the pictures of the place ! Sometimes a place will have pics up and you walk in and think this does not look like the pics but this place was exactly the same ! Inside the owners had a book of details, parking passes, pool fobs all ready and in our room. We didn’t have to bring beach chairs, towels, sheets, umbrella, or beach wagon because all was provided and it made my family’s trip and packing so much easier ! We had a view of the pool and the ocean and beach access. When we wanted to hit the beach we would just load up our wagon, take the elevator down and stroll out to the beach access. Which is right near the pool. And the pool was great. I liked that you had to have pool fob to get in so that just anybody can’t come in. I thought it would be super packed on the fourth of July but it wasn’t that bad ! Everyone we met was super friendly and I loved that on the Fourth of July it wasn’t super packed ! We loved our stay and I am sure you will too!

Girls weekend

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony, stroll the beach, dip our toes in the pool and sleep soundly. It was perfect.

Family vacation

We stayed at Terri’s property August 4-10 and although weather was not in our favor, her property was 100% as described and a very well appointed condo. We loved the property from the moment we unpacked; it was clean, had basic supplies, and the property amenities served us well. Terri was available for a few questions I had along the way and was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to book again in 2025. Two thumbs up!

Amazing Time!

This was our first year visiting North Topsail and I’m sure it won’t be the last! The entire trip was amazing and did not disappoint! This condo was awesome and perfectly accommodating. Clean and everything we could have hoped for! Quick response from the owner as well for anything we needed! Loved every minute!

Everything was super nice and clean ! The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in a lot . So nice having the wagon , tent, sand toys and chairs available for our use ! Thanks Terri for a wonderful time in your lovely villa !

Great Affordable Getaway

This unit is nicely updated and well kept -- the owner was very helpful with the questions we had and everything went smoothly. Our teen granddaughters wanted a getaway during spring break and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Topsail Area-Quaint and Beautiful

I had read about Topsail being a sweet hidden gem beach community and it truly is. Nice beach, great access to beach. This condo is very nice, great classic coastal decor. Great balcony and great view. It was a little dusty but clean. We also could not fine any washcloths and only one hand towel for the bathroom but we did find bath towels still in the dryer. These are minor little things, but all in all, a great unit, large community of condos but grounds were in great shape, had elevators and luggage carts--great stay!

Girl Time

What can go wrong when girls get together for some beach time? Nothing! And with a beautiful place to stay and hang out when not on the beach it makes it even better! My only request is that I wish I would’ve known that I did not need to bring beach chairs and a shade as there was everything we needed right there! Would recommend to friends! 😎

Great value. Great location

Great place to stay. Host was excellent! Perfect for mom and dad and 2 to 3 kids. Plenty of ocean chairs, umbrellas and boards. HOA needs to purchase more luggage carts they are in short supply. We got lucky since it was after spring break and off season.

Amazing experience amazing hosts!! Beautiful place and views of the ocean. Quick and easy walk to the beach even for my elderly father. Great chairs and sunshades provided for the beach! We would book again!! Thank you!!

Great getaway

This property was perfect for a long weekend trip to the beach. The unit was clean, there were plenty of supplies and we enjoyed the easy access to beach and pool.

BEWARE !!!! Possible pedophile on property - Owners threatening

We contacted Terri after finding her online. We requested a discount b/c it was within a day of us arriving - she told us to request a stay. She gave us a discount. She sent an email acknowledging our children. The place is VERY cluttered. There is 5 of everything and it's of subpar quality. We didn't mind this b/c we saw the photos. VERY long walk to get to the condo. Elevator broken. At the pool, our kids were playing + were harassed by a man who lives on the property near the pool. He yelled at our kids and told us "the reason we are renting is b/c we can't afford to buy there" - We thought that was bizarre. I have him on video staring at + harassing my children. I told him he was being videoed + he wouldn't leave them alone. We finally left. We were really uncomfortable because it was our 1st day there + wanted a quiet peaceful vacation. While my daughter was making her way back to the condo later, a DIFFERENT strange man followed her back to our place + she got scared and told my husband, who opened the door and the man seemed surprised my husband showed up. We've never in our life had to ask our kids if something inappropriate happened, but based on how shaken our daughter was, we had to. She said she wasn't molested by this man, but it put us into a panic that our daughter and husband were both fearful of whoever this strange + creepy man was. Between the harassing man who lives there + the creepy older man who followed my daughter (FAR!) back to our place, we absolutely did not feel comfortable staying there. We immediately notified Terri about the situation, who prior to this had written back instantly, yet she didn't respond the MANY times we reached out. We cleaned the place perfectly + checked out before 10a and still had yet to hear from Terri - we took videos and photos of the place. After several attempts to contact Terri, we notified VRBO, + instantly Terri responded and told us if she could relist the place we would get a refund. We had only booked the place 36 hours prior and we had a SAFETY ISSUE WITH OUR CHILDREN WITH POSSIBLE PEDOPHILES, should have been full refund. Terri avoided all of our emails. We contact VRBO - no help - her husband (an atty) emailed back + threatened us w/ legal action if we left a bad review. Happy to share more details with anyone. DO NOT RENT HERE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. They lied, they didn't cancel our res, didn't try to relist. Stole our money. FRAUDS. They should be ASHAMED.

CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, and COMFORTABLE

It was exactly as described except better. I have stayed in a lot of these condo/houses and this is the cleanest I have ever seen. It looks as though a professional interior decorator from pottery barn or west elm furnished the place. Everything was comfortable, modern, and beautiful. There were so many things that were provided that we didn't expect-but were delighted to have. The view from the deck is perfect to sit and relax to enjoy the ocean and all its sounds. I really appreciate all the effort the owners went to make their condo so nice. We could have moved in! ;)
