Con 1700 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable de lujo, nuestra villa ejecutiva tiene una gran piscina orientada al SUR de 25 'con una hermosa fuente con vista a la tierra de conservación - ¡así que mantén los ojos abiertos para la vida silvestre que ocasionalmente pasea o vuela!

Justo afuera de la villa hay naranjos y limoneros que enfatizan cómo el aspecto orientado al sur disfruta de la luz del sol durante todo el día.

Este lujoso alojamiento está elegantemente amueblado con una amplia sala de estar que incluye una gran familia y un comedor. La cocina de planta abierta incluye una barra de desayuno y está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos que usted esperaría y necesitaría. ¡El congelador y la licuadora para hacer hielo son particularmente útiles para preparar los cócteles junto a la piscina!

This was our second stay in the villa, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! Location is perfect, in a quiet estate yet close to all the attractions and we love the fact that the villa is not overlooked to the back. Our children appreciate the games room also, and there is lots of room for us all. The hosts are great to deal with, always responding in a timely and helpful manner. We hope to return again soon!

Quiet and clean suburban area just off 192. Property was spotless and quiet with excellent facilities and substantially equipped. Easy access to Disney and other amusement parks along I-4. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Would stay again.

great location

centrally located to the parks for easy access. grandchildren loved having the heated pool. plenty of blankets and linens. all and all a great place.

Perfect place to stay

This house was the perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. Conveniently located near the parks, restaurants and entertainment. Quiet nice safe neighborhood. Our kids loved the private pool.

Spacious well equipped clean villa

Lovely spacious property with a very sunny pool area (sunshine’s literally all day on pool area) well equipped clean (the fridge was so clean it looked as if it was brand new!!) management team excellent (we thought we’d left some stuff there and I connected Diane when I got home she went above and beyond to help) both owners and management team very responsive overall a lovely stay.

A Superb villa which is home from home!

Wonderful villa, great location, well equipped you need for a great holiday, games room amazing and a fabulous pool with great poolside furniture. You need a car but great base for parks and shopping malls. Also lots of.variety of restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Disney trip

Super close to the parks, nice neighborhood, easy to check in with the keypad and the pool was beautiful even though we were too tired to use it after our full days in the parks.

Good location and great communication

The house is just as described and is in a great location for visiting parks in the area. The house size was very good for a large family or multiple families. Communication about check in and our stay was fantastic. Some areas of the house could use a deep clean, but other areas were very clean like the kitchen.

Great Disney Trip!

Our rental was in the nice sub-division of Sunset Lakes. Our home met our needs for 7 people and was very convenient to Disney. We enjoyed the pool and the owners and management were very responsive to any questions. Great trip and memories made

AMAZING VILLA

Absolutely beautiful villa , pool stunning , the management team were wonderful too. Really pleasant stay . Very very happy . Couldn’t have asked for anywhere better . Tired and in need of modernisation

The property is in a fantastic location at Sunset Lakes, where we have stayed many times before. However, the interior is tired and in need of modernisation. I give 2 stars overall because the property was clean and the beds were comfortable but there are signs of wear and tear everywhere you look. There are also issues with security as the main patio doors did not shut fully and there was an inch wide gap on one side. Overall this property is best used as a base to explore the theme parks rather than somewhere to spend lazy days relaxing.

Whilst it’s somewhat disappointing to receive a review that is so far below our 20-year average it’s also a shame when the guest doesn’t offer the feedback until after they’ve left. My excellent management team would have explained that a previous guest had damaged the window/doors and we are awaiting a visit from the specialist to plan their replacement. For sure though, they are not a security risk and Sunset Lakes as a gated community is one of the safest in the area. Finally, I’m at a loss to understand the other comments and would suggest potential guests compare and contrast other reviews and in particular the joy the pristine pool brings to guests of all ages.

Very nice house!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable for our family of 7. The pool was awesome. And we used the game room in the garage ALOT! Great location close to Disney and lots of stores, restaurants, etc. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is gated and feels very safe. The house was somewhat dated but consistent with other homes in the neighborhood. There were a few minor "maintenance" issues that were quickly addressed. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.
