Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa playa de piso abierto plan de retiro!

Tenemos todo lo necesario para disfrutar de su tiempo en Betania. No sólo es nuestra casa una abierta, hermoso lugar luminoso, para relajarse y disfrutar, pero estamos a unos pasos (literalmente!) de la piscina (interior y exterior), Zona de juegos, gimnasio, canchas de baloncesto, pistas de tenis, campo de prácticas, y 18 hoyos del campo de golf. Se trata de un refugio de la familia increíble a un precio increíble!

Relaxing getaway

The home was lovely and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. We especially enjoyed eating our lunch on the back patio and watching the golfers tee off. The pool was beautiful and never crowded. The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. A very relaxing week for us.

Modern luxury, with a cozy "home away from home" feel.

The home was perfect for me in every way. The listing is VERY accurate. I loved the master suite and the large kitchen/great room area (vaulted ceilings in both). The home and the host both exceeded my expectations! Thanks Wally!

Great owner

Great place to stay, just plan on driving to the beach and looking for parking. If you like golfing, it's there. The pool, however, costs $40 per person with limited hours. Wally was the best at communicating and the house, itself, is great.

Nice stay!

We had an excellent time at Wally's house during our trip to Bethany Beach. The house was the perfect size for two couples each with a one year old. Wally was great with communication, and made sure to check in on us from time to time. The location is great, as it is walking distance to a supermarket, and a 10 minute drive to downtown Bethany. Super quiet area and well maintained. The only true down side to the property is the fact that you might have to pay to use the pool/tennis courts/shuffleboard courts, if there is not a punch card available. We came to the house and there were three punches left, with four adults, but thankfully we were able to pay $4 for the fourth adult instead of $80 for the entire card. Would stay again!

The house is pleasant, in a quite neighborhood, and the amenities nearby are a plus. We made use of them. One disadvantage is that it is far away from a beach, so renting the house felt more like being on a golfing outing away from home rather than on a summer vacation at the beach. We had issues with the TVs; perhaps the owner can label zappers so guests use the correct one the first time. A step-by-step instructions would be helpful too. The house was clean, but this being late in the season, there was a rather strong smell of a disenfectant, which I am alergic to. I also saw a bug in the master bathroom's vanity cubbord. This notwithstanding, our earlier than expected departure had more to do with my husband's not being well than any of the issues mentioned above.

Quiet beach retreat

We love the Salt Pond neighborhood, and this house is a great place to spend a week away! This was our second time staying in this house (previous stay was with my in-laws a few years back). We really like the quiet atmosphere, easy access to the beach, and location right on the golf course. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with; he was in contact several times to make sure that things were going well for us. The living area is spacious - with a great sunroom/porch - and the bedrooms are also a good size. We comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids (5 yr old & 9 month old), even though we basically kept the sunroom door closed to keep the baby out of trouble! We feel like we really got a great value with this rental and would highly recommend the property.

Our family had an amazing time.

This house was spacious and comfortable. The house was equipped with everything our family needed. The house was in a central location near every beach in Delaware and Ocean CITY MARYLAND. My family loved this vacation. Our host the Koval's were exceptional they keep in contact with us and took care of all our needs.

Overall was a great experience

The house was roomy and cozy. We loved everything about it. The location was great with minimal traffic so my grandsons were safe riding their bikes. We would like to return and stay here again

Our summer vacation 2017

We enjoyed this vacation home! We brought our two children with their spouses and our grandchildren (3). The owner Wally Koval was very nice and gave us some great ideas . The pool was very clean and refreshing. It was great sitting outside watching the golfers go off the 1st tee. The house had everything we needed. The extra room was a great place for grandchildren to play and watch TV.Thanks so much for making our vacation GREAT!!

Comfortable Family vacation

Beautiful light filled home, great location, wonderful amenities- indoor and outdoor pool, gym and golf course. 5 minute drive from great beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend. Owner very caring and responsive.

Enjoyable stay

We had an enjoyable stay in Salt Pond. The neighborhood is close to the beaches, boardwalk and not too far from the outlets. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable house. Owners are easy to communicate with and responsive.

Beautiful house, well equipped, great location, and very kind, attentive owner!

This was the first time I rented a beach house in Bethany for my family. What a wonderful experience! The house was perfect for us and it was a great location - close to pool and playground. Wally, the owner, could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Can't wait to return!

Great location! Wonderful Home Owners!

The house was very well equipped, clean and spacious. We enjoyed biking through the beautiful Salt Pond neighborhood which is located not far from the boardwalk and many shops and restaurants. The owner, Wally, was very gracious and accommodating. The family had a wonderful time and we look forward to making a return trip.

Great Value

We spent a week in Bethany in June and chose this rental because it looked to provide great value. We were not disappointed. Its location (in a golf course development) is very nice. The owner was great to deal with, very accommodating and responsive. Overall, a very good experience.

A great vacation house just a few seconds' walk from tennis courts, a swimming pool, and golf.

We had a wonderful stay. It's just a few minutes' drive from the beach and set amidst a golf course, with swimming pool and tennis course just a few seconds' walk from the back door. Spacious and airy inside, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for families.

Great home!

We had a great time at Bethany Beach and really enjoyed this house. The house was very clean, had a great open floor plan, was really close to downtown Bethany, the beach, and the boardwalk. The house was in a very nice golf course community, which we enjoyed playing and going for walks on in the morning. I'd really recommend this house for families or couples. The owners were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience!

WOW, you've got to try this place!

Although we have traveled to beach vacations for decades, this was our first visit to the Bethany Beach area. It was a big winner and we plan to stay here again! This property has many features that are excellent; such as proximity to beach, Jacuzzi, spacious living area, walking distance to fantastic pool, board games were available, and golf club right in your backyard. The neighborhood was beautiful for taking walks and those neighbors we ran into were very friendly. We had questions that the owner answered promptly. The owner's attitude was extremely impressive as he readily and immediately was available, if necessary. The house was clean when we arrived and clean when we left. The security deposit was returned without delay. I look forward to making my 2016 reservation.

Wonderful place to stay

Great home!! New, bright and clean. Great kitchen and clean updated living areas and bedrooms. Owner left games, beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. Easy walk to pool, tennis, playground. Close to beaches, stores, but car is needed.

Great location and house

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children spent a very enjoyable week at this rental site. The house is very comfortable and the open floor plan worked very well. We used the sun room as a fourth bedroom, utilizing one of the air beds provided. The attached garage afforded a place to store our bikes, golf bags and beach gear. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the smart TV in the living room was a real plus. We were literally a 5 minute walk to the pool. The site is very centrally located and it was very easy to get to other venues in Bethany Beach and along DE-1. We went to the beach in downtown Bethany, minutes away, but later in the week we discovered the beach at the Delaware State Park only about 10 minutes north on DE-1 from the house. Much better parking and a very nice beach. Definitely try Capriotti's for sub's, Charles K's BBQ for take out ribs and chicken and Bonkey's for ice cream. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating. We will be staying at this site again in 2016 and look forward to returning for many summers to come.

Salt Pond Acres - BEST EVER

We love Bethany Beach and always go there every summer. This was our first time renting a property in Bethany (usually stay in OC at my parents house or rent near them . . and we used to own a house in Turtle Walk so we never needed to rent before until recently). This community was magnificent! We loved everything about it. The house we rented was beautiful. So clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the pool and on the golf course. The owners were so kind and helpful throughout the whole rental process. They even left us a welcome gift!!! Unbelievable. I will always rent in Salt Pond and use this VRBO services. And if possible, will always rent this home or one nearby! Thanks for everything!

Great place at a great price!

We stayed a mini-week in late August. We had 8 in our party including 4 children including 2 toddlers and a 6month old. We found the portable crib to be very helpful. There was plenty of room for the family. We did not get a chance to make it to the pool, but the children loved the playground. The place is literally 5 minutes to the beach. I would like to also thank the owner for his recommendations since we were new to Bethany. We will definitely try to stay there again.

Great house for a family vacation

Rented this house for a family of 10. Very very nice owners to work with. Always available for questions and very caring. House is very convenient to a grocery store and Bethany Beach. Not on the beach but literally 5 minutes away. In a very nice and quiet residential area. Located on the first hole of a golf course. Had a very nice indoor pool. Costs about $2.00 a person a day to swim. Went to all go swimming and a resident paid for all 10 of us. Very nice community. House is very spacious and open floor plan with high ceilings. Master bath has a shower, toilet, large bathtub, with jets and 2 sinks. Master bedroom has a very nice King size bed. Only thing in there I suggest is maybe a dresser. Kitchen large and roomy. Has everything you need from full appliances, dishes, coffee pots (one is a keurig), 3 crockpots, dishwasher and so forth. Also has a nice table and about 4 chairs. Dining room has a very large glass table that seats a good 6 people. Connected is the living room with fireplace and tv. Only suggestion there is to update tv. Sound kept going out and TV very old. Had about 4 different remotes for tv, cable, dvd. Just needs an updated one. And possibly if room allowed; a recliner would be nice for extra seating. Second bathroom was normal standard bathroom with shower/tub. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. Nice. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds that we pushed together and made one big one. Closet in there as well. Sunroom is very nice and spacious. Has a couch and glider chair with tables and lamps. Also an organ/electric keyboard which our kids had fun with. Dining room table and chairs. Also a very nice chess table. Only thing in this room along with all the rooms is to update the tvs. House has an attached 2 car garage. Garage has a very moldy smell to it like it had gotten flooded in the past but other than that, no biggie. Has a grill which we used quite often. A small room with a large washer and dryer that worked great. House had games, small toys and puzzles. On garage was a couple of beach chairs that we borrowed. House does have free WiFi which was awesome. One suggestion would maybe have a little welcome package for your guests just giving them maybe a map of the area, pizza places, brochures, ect... house has a phone you can use but was not working for us. Neighbors was very friendly and gave us some little tips. Previous renter left behind a little dish and laundry soap which is very nice and we returned the favor.

Great house in a great location

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days in June and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, sunny, and very clean. We were particularly happy with the comfortable beds, but our favorite room was the sunroom which overlooks the golf course and is well-equipped with a large TV, other electronics, and games. The Salt Pond community is beautiful and safe. We enjoyed our daily walks and bike rides to the community clubhouse, pool, or just around the neighborhood. The Harris Teeter is very close by, and the beach and downtown Bethany is an easy 5 minute drive. The owners of the house were great to work with and very responsive to all our communications. We are hoping to be able to return for another stay in the fall.

This property was perfect for a family with four children - once we left the beach, we had the pool, playground, and beautiful safe neighborhood to bike ride and walk - just everything we needed. Now that the kids are older and busy, we have decided to rent our home and allow others to enjoy what we have enjoyed for years!!

This home is on the first Tee of the golf course and literally a minute's walk to the club house and it's amenities (Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Gym, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Playground, etc) Simply an awesome place to spend your vacation!
