As I close the curtain on my vacation I must say this place was such a nice place to stay. The place is clean inside and outside the host respond to my messages promptly, the community the community is so quiet and the neighbors are so friendly if they pull up and see you they are going to say hello with a warm smile. The place feel like a home away from home, am truly happy that I chose this place and I would come back again

Absolutely Amazing

My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to visit Jamaica. Also, the communication was excellent. Sherieka made sure to establish communication from the moment we booked and continued to check on us throughout our stay. Overall, everything was great.

Vacation 2024

We had reached out to Shereika on very short notice for rental of her property and received a reply in a very short time. Upon reaching the home it was in a nice gated community with security and the property was well maintained on the exterior, inside the home was clean and welcoming with plenty of essentials for our stay. Both Shereika and William were very responsive to our requests. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

It was comfortable clean cosy and and in a good and convenient location, neighbors was welcoming pleasant, securities did their jobs well making sure your always safe, I definitely will be back.

Caymanas Country Club Estate

This was my first time staying in this area on the island and in this gated community. Directions to find the house was 100% clear and understandable. Security was friendly and always on post. Check-in was simple. I chose self-check in so I was given the code for the door and keys were left inside the home if I felt the need to use them. The house location is away from the street noise so you feel very peaceful. The grounds of the entire community were kept clean and you can see the pride in ownership. Snacks and beverages were left for us which was helpful traveling with 2 children. Thank you!! The home and living space was larger than I expected. We had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. Everything we would have needed was in the home. We never cooked but it seemed like all the necessary items you would need were there. AC and Wi-Fi worked well overall. Beds were comfortable, pillows were either too hard or two soft for my personal preference. I ended up renting a car as well through the owner and that arrived promptly as promised and I had to extend the rental twice and that was accommodated hassle free. We went to the recreation area only a couple times since we were gone most of the days across the island. The pool, basketball court and playground was wonderful to have if you just wanted to stay on the premises. I was happy with the home and most definitely the communication with the owner Sherieka from start to finish.

Home away from home

The house was as advertised and we felt at home right away. The host contacted me via the app about check in which went very smoothly. The location of the house is superb as it took less than 30 mins to get into Kingston outside of peak hours. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend to perspective travelers.

Great experience, the owner stayed in contact from booking to check out. I was really impressed with her professionalism. Thank you for making my family and I feel comfortable that we had a place to stay. Prior to the trip I had no apprehensions that we wouldn’t have great time . Everything was in place, loved the instructions and precise directions. OMG!! Way to go. This was really a home away from home, everything we needed was provided. Thank you . I look forward to our next stay. Perfect location. Loved it Thanks again.

Enjoyed our vacation rental

Loved every minute of our vacation. Our host Sherika was always courteous and professional. The home was clean and the neighbourhood, quiet and beautiful. The grounds were well maintained. The recreational area was absolutely gorgeous. We felt secure at all times. The internet was not always great (cable provider need to give an updated modem) but overall the vacation was great. I will be staying there again for sure; and would recommend this airbnb to everyone.

Staying at Caymanas, made my first visit to Jamaica a very enjoyable, satisfying and memorable one! The gated community is very clean, quiet and safe. Ms. Sherieka's home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I felt at home the minute we walked in. You can tell there was appropriate care put into making guest feel at home. The beds were comfortable and made nicely, the rooms were clean and water and juice in the fridge. I loved having clear, professional directions on what to do and where to find everything. Ms. Sherieka was very attentive and always responded quickly to any questions or things we might have needed. Her professionalism and care was very assuring. We ventured out to visit family most days, but when we were at the home, it was very nice to be back in a very calm, beautiful relaxing atmosphere. The pool and playground was great for our two daughters who loved every minute of it and both were just a short walk from the house, which was nice. The grounds were very well manicured and kept up very nicely. We were close to everything, and had no problem finding a super market or shopping area with easy access to the highway, made driving back and forth a breeze, even for a first time driver in Jamaica like my husband! Overall, I had an excellent time and I wish I could have stayed longer. We will definitely visit Jamaica again and stay here at Caymanas! Thank you Ms. Sherieka for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Absolutely wonderful

I enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean nad well kept. Sherika was always readily available if we wanted anything and she even called to make sure we are good. There is nothing i would change about my stay at this awesome property. The home is located in a gated middle class community which is very safe we walked the street late at night and every where we turned there was a security making sure we were safe. Thank you sherika and continue to be a good host!

Nice and Inviting

I enjoyed staying at Morgan's Retreat. It was clean, clean and clean. It was relaxing and quiet, you can actually get some rest on your vacation. All the electronics and appliances worked fine. The property manager was polite and provided us with all the necessary information when needed. I would recommend Morgan's Retreat for your vacation getaway!

Great Residence and Mgmt Team

Nice home to spend time in.

I enjoyed my stay, Gawayne the property manager was a very nice person, you will need access to a car as there was no bus service close by, air conditioner worked well, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans etc., the neighbors were friendly. The pool was a nice walk and I used it often, went for long walks around the neighborhood and felt very safe. It was a quiet location and we enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the front porch every day.

I LOVED IT!!!!!

I had an amazing experience staying here. Gawayne explained everything to me on my arrival and told me to call him at anytime, but there was no need cause he explained everything so clear that I had no need to give him a call. The recreational center was amazing and the pool was very clean. The overall house is exactly what you see in pictures. I usually stay with family but I will definitely be staying here again no questions asked. Sherieka and Gawayne thank you for an amazing experience and I look forward to staying here again.

Safe Haven Home from Home

The property was Amazing, security A*. From the point of booking till the very last day of our vacation was a phenominal experience. So happy we went with this property was a great choice and just as the pictures illustrated. Property Manager was very helpful and easily contactable. He regularly checked upon us to ensure everything was ok. Neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Free Wifi and all amentities for a home away from home experience. Will definitely be staying here again in the future (xmas 2015) and happily recommend to family and friends . BIG THANK you!!!!

HIDE AWAY

This was excellent, well secure,private.The place is just as the photos in the add.The property manager was great he checked on us to make sure we were ok. I will definitely be booking again for my upcoming summer vacation. This location is ideal 15 mins away from Kingston/Portmore/Spanish Town.
