The home was amazing and the host was incredible.. Perfect layout for large family with beautiful views overlooking Lompoc. It was October and a bit cooler than we expected and the additional cost to heat the pool was quite expensive so we passed which was unfortunate. I must have missed that it was an additional cost in the listing so it could have been on me. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Perfect residence in Lompoc CA

This was our first time staying in Lompoc. We loved the location and beautiful home. The pool was a plus for family members. Home was complete and perfect. Communicaion superb. AWe will seak this property out again.

Beautiful home

The house has everything you could need for a lovely stay in Lompoc. From beach towels to sunscreen to life jackets Jeanne thought of it all ! Kitchen is well stocked also. There wasn’t a thing we needed while staying in the house. The house itself is beautiful comfortable and feels like home to me. The hosts are so nice and friendly and welcoming and will respond to text right away. This was our second stay at the house Ian’s I look forward to staying here again someday. Jeanne thank you for your kindness during this hard time and thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us !!

Our home away from home.

This was our 7th time staying in this beautiful home. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable, stay. The pool, fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. And the separate family room is a real bonus. We look forward, every year, to our family vacation! Thank you Jeanne!

Large house with pool

We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room.

Pictures do not give this place justice. Absolutely gorgeous house with everything you need for a true vacation. Jeanne was very responsive and kind. She was flexible when we had an emergency with our 3yo and needed to extend our stay. We would love to be back!

Beautiful house

The house feels like a home, very cozy. Lots of space, a beautiful garden, great pool, and view over the valley. Also lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking and baking anything you like. Jeanne was very responsive and helpful. Totally recommend!

Wine Tasting and Golf Weekend

Great location for a Sideways weekend! Spotlessly clean with a wonderful pool and spa. Beautiful valley views. Will return when the weather is warmer to take better advantage of the pool. Highly recommend.

Beyond expectations.

Our group consisted of three brothers and spouses who traveled from GA and TN to visit the older brother and his wife in Lompoc. This home was perfect for our purpose, which was to visit and celebrate together. We gathered with niece and nephew, plus a friend, and cooked, ate, talked, and generally enjoyed each other. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and a joy to cook in , even with 3 cooks! The pool area was amazing and large enough for all of us. The laundry area was so convenient, and they even supplied pool towels, Beach hats, and detergent. Bathrooms were nice and large. There was a lovely vintage feel to the home. The view was spectacular! We honestly felt like we paid for a million dollar view with a beautiful home thrown in. We cannot wait to come back.

Family Golf Getaway

We booked this home for a family golf getaway post Christmas. We had 4 kids 10 and under as well as 4 adults. The views of the city lights at night through the picture windows were so serene. Even though rain dampened our plans a tad and only golfed at La Purisima one day, there was still plenty to do as Solvang was an easy 30 minute drive. Jeanne was so responsive and helpful in answering questions and making sure we felt welcomed. The house was exactly as described and the most well maintained older house we’ve ever stayed in! It was so quaint, well decorated, well maintained while not losing the charm of a small town neighborhood. We gushed over the layout as it’s perfect for multi generational families or those with younger kids as the “game room” (that’s what we called it) was clear on the other side of the house from the bedrooms making late night tv watching possible after the kiddos went to bed. (I also had laundry room envy as to how large and well equipped it was!) Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us and we CANNOT wait to be back!! We highly highly recommend this home!!

Lompoc family vacation

This will be our 5th year staying in this beautiful house. We look forward to it every year. Grandma (me), T-pa (my husband), 2 daughters, their husbands and my grandchildren (2). The house is perfect for our needs....roomy....great pool....huge separate family room and Jeanne always ready to answer any questions we may have. Close to some beautiful wineries and everything else you can possibly need. Thank you Jeanne and see you next year.

The owners/hosts are sisters who were fortunate to grow up in the house. Since 2014, they have been sharing their unique home with guests from throughout California, the US and many countries around the globe. The owners love to entertain, have fun and travel so it has been a pleasure sharing their home with hundreds of like-minded individuals.

The house was custom-built by the owners' family, and decades of that family history help to provide warm vibes. There is a "throw-back" feeling to the house with lots of natural wood, open-beamed ceilings and wide picture windows. Although there are retro touches, many updates have been done to the property to provide expected 21st century amenities. It is a wonderful, comfortable entertaining space, and guests often comment that they can feel the love and good vibes present in the house. The pool and yard are the perfect extension to the spacious interior, adding outdoor fun in a lush natural setting.

Ideal for Snowbirds, small family reunions, accommodations while visiting for a wedding, couples' get-away, small wine tasting tour groups and/or foreign travelers looking for a relaxing stop between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The house also works well for corporate use in conjunction with Vandenberg Space Force Base, Sta. Rita Hills wine industry and much more. The four bedrooms/3 baths offer privacy to contractors with plenty of communal living/cooking spaces.

Lompoc and the Santa Rita Hills are hidden gems in Santa Barbara County, and this home is a surprise to many with its impressive views of the city from the front and hillside chaparral from the back. It is walking distance to Old Town Lompoc but has a country-like feeling. There is ample space inside of the home and also a private yard with a pool with hillside views. Should you choose to venture out, there are dozens of wine tasting rooms, vineyards, beaches and hiking trails within minutes of leaving the home. Lompoc is truly very "Central to the Central Coast!" We love the unspoiled nature of this corner of California.

The homey atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a busy day! The sky and city view visible from the comfortable swivel chairs in the living room or the feeling of being immersed in nature while relaxing outdoors on a chaise lounge or pool float are highlights most often mentioned by our many guests over the past eleven years. There's plenty of room for two families or several couples. Perfect for a weekend get-away or to make an extended stay so much more comfortable! We welcome Vandenberg AFB contractors and "Snowbirds" looking to escape cold climates for our mild Central Coast fall and winter weather.
