Venga y disfrute de nuestro condominio de piso 18 decorado, para no fumadores, amplio condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños. Proporciona más de 1300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable para que usted y su familia disfruten. Todas las habitaciones tienen nueve pies, techos con vista al mar desde el comedor, la sala de estar y la suite principal.

Siéntete seguro en esta ubicación con acceso privado a la construcción de condominios y la playa. No tendrá problemas para encontrar un lugar para estacionar en el estacionamiento que está directamente al lado del condominio. ¡Hay un espacio de estacionamiento designado en el tercer piso del garaje para usted!

La suite principal tiene muebles hermosos de Palm Court con cama extra grande. TV es un Samsung HD Plasma de 50 "con un DVD Blueray con Netflix. El acceso por cable Comcast X1 HD incluye HBO. El baño principal tiene un gran armario con vestidor, bañera / ducha de mármol cultivado, encimeras de granito con dos lavabos y un inodoro separado con inodoro más nuevo. La sala de lavandería está ubicada fuera del baño principal y tiene lavadora / secadora apiladas, de carga frontal.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size con un LG LCD TV de 40 "y reproductor de DVD BLUERAY. El acceso por cable Comcast X1 HD incluye HBO. El segundo baño tiene tocador de granito, bañera de mármol cultivada / ducha con inodoro más nuevo.

La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos Whirlpool con lavaplatos y refrigerador nuevos. ¡Una barra de desayuno con 3 banquetas está lista para sus libaciones de la noche! Incluye cafetera, tostadora, microondas, licuadora, utensilios de cocina, lavaplatos, utensilios para cocinar y servir. Los ventiladores de techo de Hunter se encuentran en todo el condominio en ambos dormitorios, sala y comedor.

El comedor tiene una gran mesa con altura de mostrador para 6 personas para capturar esas impresionantes vistas del golfo.

Hay dos literas dobles con colchones más nuevos en la pared del comedor que pueden dormir tanto adultos como niños.

La sala de estar tiene un sofá de cuero y dos sillas de cuero. Mire sus shows en un asombroso televisor Plazma de Samsung de 50 "o sus DVD Blueray en el reproductor Blueray con wifi habilitado. The rooms were spotless and our host was very accommodating allowing us more time to check out since our flight was later in the day!! Lots of nice restaurants n shops to visit!! A very nice condo!! Will go back again!!

Cannot say enough good things about the room! Exceptional! Fast and friendly communication with the owner. We have been staying at Gulf Crest basically since it opened and it is always a wonderful experience. Best location, quiet, gorgeous balcony views.

2025 Bike Week!!

This is the 3rd Condo in this Condominium that we have stayed in and I will say this is the best one I have stayed in!!! It was Very Clean, Very Well Stocked with Everything we needed. Even had stuff we didn’t know we needed!! We will most definitely be staying here again!!! The Owner Was Easy to Get in Contact with and Very Nice!!

Exceptional!! Very clean and nicely furnished!!

Our stay here was amazing! The owners are really responsive and were so easy to work with. We've stayed in 3 places at Gulf Crest and this is by far the best. This unit is immaculately kept and the furnishings are all really nice. They have great outdoor furniture as well. We highly recommend this condo!!!

Amazing place to stay!

Everything about this condo was wonderful. All the necessities are provided. The place is well cared for and immaculately clean. Communication with owner was great. Beach chairs a plus as well as the beach chairs we sat by the beach early every morning was also so appreciated! I want yo go back soon. I definitely recommend this home.

Amazing view condo

Enjoyed every minute of our stay in this condo. It was extremely clean and updated. No problems at all. Beautiful view from 18th floor. Also much appreciated the gated parking garage. Will definitely stay here again. Owners communicated easily.

Gulf Crest

Owner has taken very good care of this unit. It was exceptionally clean, had a new shower, modern appliances and furniture, but our favorite was the living room TV with sound bar. These things made it feel more like home than a rental. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Fall Break

This unit is fantastic. This was our first time staying here but we loved it!! It’s so much more than a room. The property is fantastic. Great location for teens to walk to get ice cream or pizza. Walking distance to go carts, putt putt, and arcade. They have 2 huge pools, a hot tub, and a tiki hut. Don’t hesitate to book!!

Beautiful condo!!!! Everything u see is what u get. There are alot of condo’s out there misrepresented by images. This one is beautiful and spacious! We’ve been coming to PCB for over ten years. My kids are teens now and stated this was there favorite thus far. Next year, i’ll be booking again!!!

Best place by far

All I can say is WOW!!! From communication with Owner until checkout. Our daughter has several health issues and he accommodated us with them. We loved it with all the peace and quit and such a great location and not crowded. I really have no complaints other than it rained on he majority of the time😭But the owner said he thought we would be back……And he is correct hands down loved it!!! Well worth it❤️

Felt like home!

Our family (2 adults and 4 little boys ages 9, 7, 3, 2) stayed for one week in June. The boys kept saying the place felt like home. Spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family and we hope to return to this exact unit. The balcony and view is top notch. There was never a long wait for elevators. Parking garage was a piece of cake. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, game room, and snack/tiki bar were all great! Our boys loved night swimming as the lighting in the pools were so pretty. The free kid activities by the pool were a big hit and pleasant surprise also (sandart, tye dye, painting, snow cones, movie, etc). Gated community. Close to activities and restaurants. Communication from owner and condo - 5 stars. Cleanliness and condo itself - 5 stars. Location of property and amenities - 5 stars. Thank you for sharing this special property! Our family had the best summer vacation.

The condo and the property was very nice! We had 2 additional guests with us due to unfortunate circumstances with flooding of their unit. The owner notified me to ask how many people were staying (as he had seen 2 additional people through the Ring doorbell), he was willing to work with me on letting them stay as long as I agreed to an inspection from his property manager, which went well, no concerns after the visit to our unit, just asked that we be extra cautious with the cook stove, the master shower, and the couches. If you’re checking in on a weekend, make sure you are provided with the gate code to get into the property as well as the door code to your unit prior to arrival. Overall very clean and nice unit, great balcony, great property, pools, views.

Absolutely Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo!

My husband, two kids (ages 8 and 6), and I just got back from a wonderful family vacation at Panama City Beach where we stayed at this gorgeous Ocean front condo at Gulf Crest! The view from this condo is amazing! There is a huge floor to ceiling window all along the backside of the condo giving you a view from the ocean from every angle. We spent most mornings and evenings watching the sun rise and set from the porch where there is an outdoor dining set and loungers. The condo is very clean, spacious, and gorgeously decorated. I am an interior designer so I really enjoy staying somewhere that is designed well. The pools and hot tubs are also very well maintened and the tiki hut is conveniently located right by the pool area. We have taken several vacations to the Atlantic, and the beaches there are no match for the Gulf! The white sandy beaches and clear water in PCB are beautiful! The kids loved making sand castles, looking for shells, boogie boarding, and snorkeling! We found lots of beautiful shells and sand dollars! I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Very nice and clean beach front condo!

Property matches the 5 star reviews. Very nice and clean condo with large balcony to watch the sun rise and set over the ocean. One of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to. We saw dolphins a couple times in the mornings including a school of sea-rays. This was our first time to the panama beach area, so if you go at the end of March be prepared for the spring break crowd. Condo had a super easy check in process and the Property Manager, Chris, was super responsive and very helpful. Thank you!
