Como de costumbre, la ubicación es todo! Situado en una playa de arena en la gran ciudad aclamado de Lahaina, Maui nuestro condominio es una vista de montaña limpio estudio (capacidad para dos a tres) y tiene un precio justo, una de las mejores ofertas en la isla!

Disfrute de la comodidad de un hotel, con un escritorio personal frente y centro de actividades, y todas las grandes comodidades de un condominio, cocina completa, gran espacio de vida, y su propia terraza personal. Hay necesidad de conducir, este condominio de propiedad / hotel está situado justo al lado de la calle delantera en Lahaina, literalmente a unos pasos de algunos de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas en Maui.

My stay.

Everything about staying here was great, location and the room was very nice, the owner was not easy to communicate with. The property was having its exterior being painted and I was unaware. The pool was not available and that was a bummer.

Little slice of paradise!

This condo is so perfect for a couple wanting to stay near Lahaina. The location is excellent - within walking distance of downtown. The view of the mountains from the lanai is breathtaking! The condo was clean and super cute! It has been updated since the pictures were posted - new bathroom and a cool surf themed entryway. Check-in is super easy- just check in with the front desk staff. Parking is super easy - in an underground lot adjacent to the building- you get a keycard to the garage and it’s only $4.22 a day. Laundry is just around the corner from the unit - you can pay using debit/credit card and can get detergent from the front desk or vending on the 5th floor. The area behind the building has a pool and a lot of lounge chairs for relaxation. The beach is great and not very busy. There is also a grilling area and a back entrance to the shopping & restaurant area next door. Great location! Great views! Great little condo on Maui!

Awesome Experience Again!!

This was our second time staying at this property. Many upgrades have been made to property since our fist stay making it even better. This property is perfectly located for walks through Lahaina and is located right on a beach where snorkeling was amazing seeing so many tropical fish, massive stingray and many sea turtles. Lovely spot to stay

Loved being right on the water and feeling like we had our own private beach. Not a great view from the room as most of it is the roof from below but good value and who wants to be in their hotel room in Hawaii anyway! Would stay there again.

Love!

My new husband and I stayed here for almost 2 weeks on our vacation for our wedding/honeymoon. The room had an amazing view, had the basics in the kitchen that became very useful, and the staff at the hotel was very friendly. The location of the hotel is on front street, which is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can also see so much wildlife snorkeling just right in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again :)

Nice place with a few problems

At first we were excited to stay in a hotel with a pool, hot tub, and beach access. The room was nicer than in photos but it wasn't long until we saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen. Seems to be a problem on the island but there were lots of gaps in the kitchenette that could be filled in to prevent bugs coming in. Also the host never gave us checkin instructions and we messaged before arriving plus while there and never heard back. Communication could have been better.

Perfect Location

This was a wonderful, affordable spot right in Lahaina. The room was fantastic (so clean)! The front desk was so friendly. Thanks to everyone’s reviews so I knew to expect to check-in with them. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, coffee maker, etc… Lahaina is just walking distance with everything you would need. I would stay here again!

Sooo awesome!

I absolutely LOVED this place! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Robert has remodeled the place a bit so it’s even nicer than what the pictures show! I was pleasantly surprised and 100% satisfied. The front desk had our dates incorrect so housekeeping came barging in to my room 3 days early telling me to get out lol Confirm your dates when you check in so the same thing doesn’t happen to you. Parking is in a garage off to the side and I believe it’s $3.50/night. The front desk gives you a key, make sure you return it so you don’t get charged. Overall, I recommend this place. It’s so perfect for a couple. I am easily going to be a repeat customer. Thank you Robert!

Great physical property

Like most of the other reviews the communication is seriously lacking. We arrived late at night with no response from the host regarding check-in process. There is no indication that this is a hotel with a concierge attendant. Other than the awful start to my stay it was perfect. I will be staying at the property again, but I will never use this host again.

Great Stay! Confusing check in & minimal communication

The check in process and communication lacked. Host did reach out to me during our trip and informed me that he didn’t receive any of the app messages or phone calls/voicemails I left. VRBO also reached out several times and left voicemails and didn’t hear back either. A few days before my trip, I had a few questions that I messaged to the host which were not answered. In case you have the same questions here are the answers: 1. Check in at the condo. There’s a front desk on site at the condo and they will have your key available as long as you have a confirmation email from the host. Note: The host will not provide any check in details via VRBO. This caused headache and heartbreak on day one of arriving to Maui. I reached out to the host several times prior to departure and on the day of arrival, as did VRBO. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to check in for our honeymoon - I panicked because we had no information regarding how to obtain the keys for the condo. We didn’t know what else to do, so we just showed up at the condo address. Luckily, there was a front desk and we were able to check in there very easily. It was more “hotel style” check in. I wish this would have been communicated to us, it would have saved a lot of stress and tears. VRBO requires that the host provide check in information 24+ hours before. Just know that you will NOT receive that information. And when you reach through the messaging option, you will not get a response. And if you call the host number provided, you will not be answered to responded to in a timely manner. 2. Bath towels are provided, beach towels are NOT provided so bring your own beach towels. 3. The coffee machine has a mesh filter so you don’t need to buy filter. The condo also provides one small bag of coffee, may need to buy more. 4. There is a blender, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven. 5. There are basic cooking items pots/pans, spatulas, knives, cutting board, utensils, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee mugs. 6. a few hangers are provided and one small dresser 7. Outdoor patio table and chairs with a spectacular view of the mountain. Indoor small dining table and a breakfast bar with a couple of stools. 8. No ice maker. There are two ice trays provided so you can freeze your own. 9. A small lunchbox cooler and a larger cooler are available for use which was great! 10. laundry on site (not in unit) approx $5 wash & dry. BYO detergent

7th anniversary

We would absolutely stay there again. We had another wonderful trip to Maui. Property manager communication by phone was non existent and messaging was slow but overall worth it.

Great experience, best value in Lahaina.

We had a fantastic experience, property was close to everything and was perfect for three people for a week. Lots of towels, laundry facility on our floor, and even some beach gear provided for use including coolers, umbrellas, and boogie boards. It saved us a lot of money having a kitchen to prepare meals, and it was by far the best deal in the area.

Hawaii Trip

We enjoyed staying at lahaina shores, it is walking distance from the shopping strip and harbor which is nice to do without needing a vehicle to find parking. The place is very affordable and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The only downside was showing up and the Hotel could not find our reservation and was trying to get ahold of the condo owner. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for our vacation.

What a great stay and get away for the start of 2021! The property was amazing and was close to everything and at an excellent price (best on the west side for sure!) easy access to a variety of beaches and dinning was always within walking distance. We will be staying here again!

Excellent location good price

Overall this was a great place to stay in Maui, the location is perfect. That being said, communication with Bob was great until the after we reserved and paid and then it was at least 24 hours or more to receive responses from him. Be forewarned. He provides NO towels for the pool or beach. NO chairs for the beach. Keep in mind that the property is right on the beach with pool and hot tub. Kitchen had zero condiments to cook with. Fridge was warm when arriving and though it ran continuously which made sleeping a challenge, it never would get very cold. Between the loud refrigerator, the noisy air conditioner and the exceptionally loud dish washer, sleep was not peaceful. Again the location was great. The bed was very comfortable. If you are going to stay in his unit just plan on bringing or buying everything.

Comfortable Location in Lahaina

The place was very clean and in a great location for the beach and Lahaina town activities - we also really enjoyed having the air conditioner as an option. There was a $3.50/night fee to park in the garage which wasn't clear when we booked but seemed reasonable for the location.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay here - great location in Lahaina...walking distance to everything on Front St but at the end of the strip where it's quiet. Nice pool area, beach is nice tho not wide and entering the water - definitely need water shoes as it's very rocky, but the water is calm in this area and enjoyable.

Maui, and in particular, Lahaina, is the best place to go to relax and get away from our routine. There is tons to do in and around Lahaina or plenty of opportunity to just lay back and enjoy our time off.

Walking a couple blocks for dinner at any of atleast 20 wonderful restaurants is awesome, no hassles with parking and a great stroll back along the ocean to wind down the evening.
