Nuestra tarifa semanal de enero de 2020 a noviembre de 2020 es de $ 1,400 por semana. Debe tener experiencia en navegación para alquilar nuestro lugar.
Ubicado en Haines Creek en Mid Florida Lakes Yacht Club, una comunidad cerrada con acceso rápido a Harris Chain of Lakes.

Nuestra casa está completamente amueblada y viene con un nuevo bote de pontones y carrito de golf de 20 '.
El lugar incluye:

Pontoon Boat tiene capacidad para 10 personas. El barco es una nueva barcaza de pesca SunTracker 2018 que viene con un motor de 90 CV, un motor de arrastre y un buscador de peces Lowrance GPS ideal para la pesca. Se suministran cañas de pescar y aparejos básicos. Los alquileres de pontones locales cuestan entre $ 200 y $ 350 por 8 horas. ¡Nuestro barco es suyo durante la duración de su estadía! Hay restaurantes a los que puede acceder en barco. El histórico canal de Dora está a solo minutos en barco desde nuestro lugar.
Los asientos 4 del carrito de golf tienen cierre completo con un ventilador.

spectacular vacation

This property is perfect for your next vacation! It has everything you would want for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is very clean and nicely decorated. If you love being on the water you won't find better. The pontoon is great and the Harris Chain of Lakes is absolutely beautiful. The fishing is the best....lots of fish and they are BIG! This home is located near grocery stores, shopping, theatre and restaurants. The property owners are very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a slice of paradise that makes for a wonderful and easy vacation!

Wonderful trip

We enjoyed everything. The pontoon, the fishing, the golfcart, the pool, the location and the owner. We were not terribly successful in the catching (fish) department, but it was still a good time. We were told that the hurricane a week or so earlier may have contributed to our lack of success. Next time we will get them.

Great place for our anniversary

The home was great! Everything we needed to enjoy a week for our 30th anniversary! Easy access to town and lots of great restaurants! Rode around the subdivision on the golf cart, my husband rode it to the exercise room twice a day. Played bingo Wednesday with alot of neighbors! The battery was dead in the boat, but Bill immediately told us where the charger was( apparently someone had left the GPS tracker on) after a night charge, the boar ran like a top!! The scenery was beautiful! We will definitely come back here again!!!

Property was just as pictures in listed, had a few issues with boat, Bathrooms did not look like they had been cleaned very good, also was trash in front bedroom bathroom.

Lake house

The owner was awesome and very helpful with all the information we needed. The house boat golf cart and clubhouse along with the pools were fabulous. We all had a great time and we all want to live there. We'll definitely be renting this again!!

We had a great time. We love to fish and having access to the fresh water lakes was awesome.

We would do it again, maybe next time in the spring. The home and location was good. Such a relaxing vacation without all that running around and coming home more tired than when u left.

Just amazing

We loved it so much, everyone in the community is so friendly and waves. Bill the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. As a matter of fact we went looking to buy our own place there. Just an “AMAZING “ place to live. We aren’t the first couple that stayed at Bill’s place to buy the here. If I had any questions or needed advice on restaurants or fishing holes Bill accommodated is. Also a shoutout to the neighbor Dick, he was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great week!

We enjoyed our time at the rental. It was very comfortable, right on the water, and the park has many amenities. The heated pool was wonderful, and we met quite a few people. We only used the boat 1 time, but it was so nice. Our main goal was to find a property to become "snowbirds", which we did! That took up most of our time., however we visited some nature parks and gardens, shopped at Mt. Dora, and ate out a lot! We saw other parks, but were very impressed with Mid-Florida Lakes and knew we wanted to be there. Communication with Bill was excellent. Thanks for sharing your place with us!!

This one has it all!

We chose this property mainly because of the boat and access to the lakes. The place is very nice and cozy. Very clean and it felt like home away from home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are at opposite ends of the house so we had our own space. Perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the golf cart, pool, weight room and especially the boat. We explored all 5 lakes and the many restaurant/bars on the water. The owner was fantastic! You can’t beat this deal!

Amazing vacation

House was clean and neat. Right on the water. Everything you need to just relax and fish. The pontoon was awesome! We had a great time out on the water. The owner checked with us to make sure everything was ok and we had whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place to Relax

We spent the week here in a very quiet neighborhood. Took the pontoon boat to several lakes in the area. Did some fishing and caught a few. Went to several restaurants on the water. Putted around the neighborhood in the golf cart. The people were very friendly everywhere. Great place to visit and good times.

A great experience

This place is a hidden gem! There's lots of room inside. Plenty of dishes, towels, sheets etc. Bill the owner is wonderful to deal with. There are laundry facilities in the storage shed, which is air conditioned, so doing laundry is no hardship! An extra fridge in the shed keeps beverages cold and leaves room in the kitchen fridge for food. Beds are comfortable. Great shower heads and water pressure in both bathrooms. Covered parking for your vehicle. The star of the rental is the pontoon boat. We used it virtually every day of our month's stay. The men went fishing most days. We also went boating a lot in the Chain of Lakes. Plenty to see (the Dora Canal is a must see), waterfront dining, state parks...you'll never get bored! We had 2 grandkids, ages 3 and 1, and the pontoon boat is perfect for them because it has a "wall" around the outside that they can't get over. It'll seat 10 people easily. If it wasn't windy, we often ate on the boat while docked and of course we had cocktails on it most days!! The community is fantastic. The residents are so friendly and willing to help you with anything you want to know about the area. Gorgeous clubhouse, tons of activities, fantastic HEATED pool, with a nice selection of pool noodles/floaties if you just want to laze in the water. Good shopping nearby. All sorts of events happening in nearby communities. About 1.25 hrs to the Orlando airport, if you need to pick anybody up. We love it so much we are returning for a 3rd year next year.

super fantastic

We stayed the month of December 2018. Wow , what a fantastic time. the home was wonderful. clean, fresh, all the comforts of home. it was just the 2 of us, but lots of room and we could have had company. the new boat was so great. we went out every day and explored the chain of lakes and lots of great restaurants. we are not fishermen, but birders and it did not disappoint. one day my bird count was over 16 species and so many siting of all types. the golf cart was fun for getting around. the pool and club house was excellent. the neighbors were so great!!!! we joined in the christmas dinner and felt right at home. Bill, the owner could not have been nicer. He called often and made sure everything was ok, which of course it was. Highly recommend !!!! We will definitely be back!!! jo and Chris

It was one in the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!! It was amazing!! The boat, golf cart, property amenities were great. We loved being able to boat around and have access to so many lakes!! My favorite part of my vacation for sure!! Bill was very pleasant to work with!! Never has a VRBO been so easy to work with. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation

Arrived and the property/house exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and well supplied. We were able to ride and fish off of the very new and nice boat with absolutely no problems. A few restaurants right on the water allow you to boat right to them. The community pool was very nice and never too crowded. The golf cart made getting around the community very easy. Bill was a gem to deal with and made sure everything was right on point. I can't think of a better place I would rather spend my vacation. It was just a pure delight. I would highly recommend this property.
