'The Pines' es la cabina Escapada Perfecta Entrar The Beautiful Jemez Mountains.

Relájese en esta pintoresca pero espaciosa cabaña de troncos de los años 50 ubicada en los pinos Ponderosa a casi 8,000 pies.
No querrá salir del porche con su vista de un prado relajante y el imponente Redondo Peak. Ah, y tus sentidos estarán llenos de la belleza de los pinos. Incluso proporcionamos el café para sus mañanas acogedoras en el porche.

Las cuatro habitaciones duermen ocho cómodamente, pero ¿qué habitación elegirás? La cabina de habitaciones Log? Sala de Flor? Sala de Bird? ¿o habitación occidental? Todos están decorados solo para ti.

The Pines se encuentra a 3,2 km de la pesca de la trucha, el senderismo, una tienda de conveniencia y Spence Hot Springs. Se encuentra a poca distancia en coche de Jemez Falls, Soda Dam, Fenton Lake, Valles Calderas y la ciudad de Jemez Springs.

Esta cabina actualizada cuenta con Internet, juguetes, un tocadiscos, discos y TV de pantalla plana con 150 DVD listos para mirar. Se encuentra disponible un teléfono fijo con llamadas ilimitadas (dentro de EE. UU.) Ya que el servicio de telefonía celular es incompleto en el área; espero que recuerde cómo usar un teléfono de marcación rotatoria.

La propiedad tiene una parrilla de propano y dos chimeneas, una eléctrica y otra de leña. Provisto de la mayoría de los utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos e incluso algunos condimentos básicos, estarás preparando una tormenta en poco tiempo. Una lavadora y secadora están disponibles para su uso, pero no hay lavavajillas, así que arréglense.

La cabaña es el lugar perfecto para una reunión familiar, una reunión grupal o una escapada romántica de pareja. Acurrucados al final de un vecindario, les pedimos que respeten a nuestros vecinos manteniendo el ruido.

Puede ver un alce, gato montés o ciervo mosey a través del área. Pero no dejes comida afuera para que los osos te visiten también.

Wonderful weekend in the Jemez. The house was nice and warm. We enjoyed watching the birds in the morning on the porch. Close to the Valles Caldera and hiking paths. Even enjoyed a drive to the Valles Caldera at night to try and see the comet.

Have been staying here since 2015. It is perfect for our needs. We enjoy sitting on the porch looking at Redondo Peak while watching the hummingbirds, squirrels, wild birds and bats. Will come again next year.

I love staying at The Pines! The cabin is wonderful and reminds me of home. Quick drive to Valles Caldera National Preserve and Jemez Springs. Plenty of hiking and nature to enjoy! I especially love sitting on the porch and watch the birds, chipmunks and squirrels. I enjoy being able to make meals and relax. Looking forward to coming back!

Relaxing and well-equipped!

There were four of us family members who enjoyed having The Pines as our home base while enjoying the area and each other. Great music collection! Well- equipped kitchen, lovely and relaxing porch with great views.

Great place to stay!

Our family stayed here for several days to enjoy the beautiful Jemez mountains. We had a nice vacation and enjoyed the cabin. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. She responded to my questions quickly.

Beautiful location and the cabin is really comfortable and lots of land. Kids were able to play on the large property and we could enjoy the view. Wonderful time. Great cabin for families.

Nice rustic cabin nestled in the pines. We loved the porch to relax and watch the hummingbirds at the feeder. They are so close you can hear the flutter of their wings. Sunrise and views from the Bear and Flower rooms are beautiful to wake up to. Very peaceful spot. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the essentials. Thoughtful touches. Thank you. Great location for hiking and exploring the Santa Fe National Forest, Valles Caldera National Preserve and Bandolier National Monument. Just go slow on the road leading to the cabins as they are not maintained.The reason not a 10/10 was the cleanliness of the cabin upon arrival. I would recommend charging more to hire a cleaning service that also includes a touch up the day before arrival. The owner was very responsive and nice to work with. Easy checkin & checkout.

Great Location

The condo is beautiful with all the creature comforts of home. It is in an excellent location to take advantage of Angel Fire and the surrounding sites (Taos, Red River, Eagles Nest etc.)

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduated from OU, then was a public school music teacher for 20+ years. We moved to South Dakota for 5 years where my husband was a dean at South Dakota State University and I worked as a community coach, before landing permanently in Rio Rancho, NM in 2011. Now, we both write - he writes screenplays while I write mystery novels. (You might even find copies on the bookshelf)
As a child, my family had a cabin in Missouri that we escaped to on a regular basis. It was always a place to rejuvenate. Now that I'm a New Mexico resident, I can't get back to Missouri very often and missed having that relaxing getaway.
So, we bought this charming log cabin in the Jemez Mountains to do just that. After fixing it up, we decided it needed to be shared with others and are renting The Pines out during the times we aren't enjoying the amazing Jemez Mountains ourselves.
We hope you will consider this relaxing place as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The Pines is unique in that it feels secluded, but is fairly close to other homes. It's only 50 beautiful miles from Rio Rancho, 60 from Albuquerque and 40 miles from Los Alamos.
The Jemez mountains have so many amazing places to explore. This property is in the perfect location - At 7,850 feet elevation, it's 15 degrees cooler than Albuquerque with no traffic noise, and lots of green surrounding the property.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The cozy feel of 'Grandma's House' is what hit me when I first saw this place - with the charming 1950's bones. After updating the property, it is still reminiscent of the old days, but with most of the modern conveniences we are accustomed to now.
We love sitting on the front porch with a drink in hand visiting and watching nature, or take a walk down the gravel road. It's very therapeutic.
