Everything was great! The only hiccup was that we could not access the exercise room without paying a daily fee. The resort was well maintained and the room was very nice and clean.

Great Stay

Condo was such a great location off the 5th floor elevators. Cart & buggies always available in the lobby for unloading/loading. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and pictures were as the condo looked.

Room was as expected for the beach club, very nice. Beds seemed new. Even though it was rented through a management company, Bill, the owner, communicated frequently to make sure everything was going well.

Perfect getaway!!!

We enjoyed staying at Bill's Place. The condo was very nice and comfortable and the view of the Gulf was stunning. A great place to get away. And, there's so much to do in Fort Morgan, bike trails, natural beach, protected wildlife areas , beautiful sand dunes! Can't wait to go back!

This is a fantastic condo with a wonderful owner/host! Bill made a great experience even better. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, nice, and professional. His excellent communication ensures a smooth process before, during, and even after the stay. The condo is spacious and well-decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We also enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. In summary, we had a most enjoyable stay at this awesome condo with a perfect location and wonderful owner. Perfect condo

Clean and comfortable condo. Lots of little touches like Dove soap. Great view from balcony. We’ve stayed at Beach Club several times, but this was best condo by far. We would dry stay here again.

Bill was a great host. Very accommodating. His condo location was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. Bring an extra blanket the A/C works very well.

Lovely condo

Just got back from a great trip to the Beach Club! We loved the location and all the pools and hot tubs. We had an issue with check in but the owner was great with communication and worked to resolve the situation as soon as he was able. Thanks Bill!

Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful week at the condo! It was low stress and easy! The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed, from beach chairs to sand toys. We went from the beach to the pool everyday! We will definitely be back!!! Bill was also so kind and helpful when we needed anything!

As advertised!

Bill, the owner, was personally in contact with us prior to our stay, asking if we had questions and midway during our stay he asked if all was going well. He even gave us his cell phone number….A Very nice personal touch!Condo was clean, comfortable, and the beach was always visible… My husband and I met super friendly people in the complex…a safe feeling!

The property was nice. However the condo needs some improvements.

View was awesome. Beach close by. Furniture in the condo was worn out and uncomfortable. Had no access to Beach Club activities/big pool without paying $40 a day. The condo felt a little dirty. Overall great time just a little disappointed in the condo.

I am glad you had a wonderful time! I also understand your concern regarding the condition of the couch and love seat. They were supposed to have been replaced over a month ago, however they are still on back order from the manufacturer and should be arriving soon. We did have them steam cleaned 3 weeks ago knowing that the new ones wouldn't arrive on time. This year we have added new tile throughout the condo, new granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, painted all rooms, new stove, new dishwasher, B-board, air conditioner, and patio furniture. Thanks again for being a guest. Hope to see you next year as I promise the couch and love seat will be outstanding as well as all the new additions that have been made this year. Concerning the cleanliness of the condo, I will be in touch with housekeeping as I pay an extra service to keep it immaculate.

Exactly as expected

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location was perfect besides having to drive 20 minutes to get groceries, but I think that is why this location is so special-not so much traffic and clean beaches. The view of the ocean and beach from the condo was amazing and so relaxing! The grounds and pool area were always clean. We would most definitely come back to visit! What I didn't expect, but was a nice surprise, was a personal phone call from Bill before our trip. He made sure we understood the amenities of the location, provided us with local attractions, and made sure we were completely comfortable arriving at the property. Thanks Bill!

June 2024 stay

We stayed 6 nights in our condo and had a wonderful time! The room was exactly as listed and the views, resort, and beach were phenomenal. This is our second year staying at The Beach Club, and we plan to go back next year! The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. On our first day, the bottoms of our feet were black just from walking in the room. There was a mop to use, but it was old and dingy and could use replacing. There were some spots where the wallpaper was peeling, but nothing crazy. There were several dishes I pulled from the cabinets and drawers that looked and/or felt dirty, so we washed everything before using them. Some of the pots didn’t have matching lids, so that made cooking a little difficult, but not too bad. All appliances worked well and as expected. We couldn’t get the tv in the kids room to connect, but they may be user error. Other than that, we were very pleased and given the opportunity would love to use this host again!

Full spa, several restaurant choices including fine dining over the ocean and a new sports bar. Nothing to the right of our tower but beach for 1/2 mile, yet full of activities if you want them right at the resort. much more. As of 2022, new refrigerator, washer/dryer and dishwasher!
