Beautiful stay

Beautiful view of Whales and turtles from the large Lanai. Great location walking distance to Dukes and other places. Beaches directly off the property. Nice pool.

The perfect view

Having stayed at the Mahana in years past, this unit exceeded all expectations. The view was magnificent and perfect for whale watching off the massive lanai. As always, a short walk down the beach gets you to some great snorkel spots when the conditions are right.

Mahana is always great

We came because of the huge discount for no AC during the roof construction. It was great. Nothing beats the Mahana resort as it is low density and close to the water on airport beach!

Wonderful Stay!

Spectacular view from the lanai , amenities were great. Pool was refreshing. Needless to say the convenience of the beach and boardwalk access as well as the nearby food carts. Very comfortable room allowed us to relax from the day’s activities. Kitchen had all you need. We hope to return soon. Thanks!

Great location and views

Perfect location with turtles swimming and whales in the distance. Only issues we had were no hot water and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well.

Not very clean. Sand everywhere, hair in bathroom. Mattress cover in master bedroom, ick.... The posting pics show welcome coffee and chocolate, Unfortunately we didn't get any. You will need to buy everything for your stay. There was no anything for the kitchen ( salt foil wrap spices coffee filters) anything a previous renter would have purchased is removed. The location and view is everything.

Beautiful condo with incredible view and lanai. Saw turtles and dolphins from our balcony. Great location and close to beaches, shops, and restaurant. Only downside was the AC wasn't working properly but was addressed by maintenance. We would recommend.

We came for a quick get away after Christmas. The condo was an amazing value. Incredible views and beautifully remodeled unit. The location is quiet and off the main Kaanapali beach, however, it is just s short drive to all of the action. The amenities are pretty limited but we spent most of our time going to the beach anyway. The Mahana is an older building that is well maintained.

Gorgeous View!

This condo has a fabulous view and a large double lanai (not common at The Mahana), so you can eat or lounge outside and watch whales and sunsets. Large sliders in family room and main bedroom let you listen to waves down below and enjoy the breezes flowing through. Condo is spacious and well-equipped (kitchen, washer/dryer, closet space in both bedrooms, beach chairs/towels). KBM is easy to deal with and incredibly responsive.

Property was well maintained and short walk to the beach area for the kids using the wagon and beach gear (umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards) provided in the closet. Only complaint with nature was the high winds during the afternoons common to this side of the island during July. Sunsets beautiful from the Lanai at just the right height for the palm trees. Overall, nearly perfect.

Amazing Maui condo

The location and views were The best. The lanai was large with several seating options. It had all the comforts of home with a view of the ocean from the kitchen. It was very clean and stocked well. A closet even had boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The management company responded quickly to fix the ice machine. They even provided a bag of ice until the machine had ice ready. The pool and jacuzzi were well taken care of and the bbqs on property were cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The best property we have stayed at using VRBO.

Wonderful!

Everything was great! The condo was clean, everything worked as it should, and the extra room was terrific for our family. The double lanai was the best for watching whales and turtles, the sunset every night, and eating meals outside. The only "downside" (if you could even call it that) was not being able to figure out how to watch Netflix or other streaming services. And that was by no means a problem--just made us find something else to do together in the evenings. Love, love, love having a washer/dryer in the unit. CRAFT ICE from the freezer was the best! KBM was helpful during the reservation process and answered all my questions promptly. Would stay here again with KBM in a heartbeat!

Good rental company to go through.

The unit is beautiful, the palms swaying outside the windows with the backdrop of the pacific is a priceless view. Kitchen was very well stocked, good appliances too. Was impressed and I'm picky :-) was clean! Loved the shower and the extra Pantene shampoo and conditioner was a plus. Loved how bright the unit is, tvs were great at night, great that it has smart tvs for Netflix etc. welcome chocolates were a nice touch. The snorkel gear was very good. Cooler was fabulous to have to spend day at beach not having to come back for lunch. We would definitely stay again! We highly recommend this unit and KBM is a good rental company to go through.

Maui Vacation

It was easy renting this property, the only thing was the balcony and grounds . We thought the balcony was much bigger bc it was advertised to be bigger than it was. We believed it had 3 pools. It should have been more specific , KBM is not the resort, it’s the management company. You should say the Mahana. We pulled into the driveway and there was nothing that said KBM, we realized rather quickly it was not called KBM. Overall it was a great vacation and very comfortable , the bathrooms were clean and updated. The pool was clean too. My kids loved it. It felt like a home away from home. We appreciated having beach chairs and coolers. I would definitely stay at the Mahana again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mahana!

Mahana 611 was an excellent condo. Updated nicely and the beds were very comfortable! The condo itself was clean and large enough for our party of 6. The sofa sleeper was even very comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were nice. The patio was very large and a great gathering spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool and hot tub were also excellent. Location is nice you can walk down the beach to the backside of Black Rock. Great beach along the way for morning walks. The beach outside Mahana is not swimmable (very Rocky) but there is a nice beach area. If you walk south just a little ways the beach is swimmable but we tend to go to different beaches each day so this was not a problem for us at all. Whalers Village is close and Lahaina town are both a short drive. Coffee shop and small grocery store a short walk as well as the food truck court which in my opinion had some of the best values for meals. Large portions and excellent food! We had a wonderful stay at Mahana!

Family Getaway

Aloha! We arrived in Maui with our two adult children. The unit was exactly as described. We had great communication from the management to ensure we had check-in information and they followed up to see if we needed anything. The beds and living areas were very comfortable. We made coffee and meals in the kitchen and ordered some meals that we brought back to the unit. We had everything we needed. There are also beach chairs and towels to use. The location is great and allowed for time on the beach in front of the property and pool and hot tub so you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to. It's also close to a lot of spots so we were able to snorkel in several bays. We also did a pineapple farm tour. We drove to nearby shopping and restaurants and also walked to a few places nearby. The unit was perfect for our family getaway and we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning for another stay. Mahalo!

Wonderful condo wish we could stay longer

Wonderful condo wish we could stay longer. Every thing was clean and well stocked above and beyond what we expected. Unit 611 has been recently updated and tastefully decorated. Private balcony had great outdoor furniture to dine and hang out on. Would recommend and rent again.
