Ottimo appartamento con bellissimo terrazzo

l'appartamento è ottimo per una famiglia, i proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. Oneglia è una bella località di soggiorno marino ed è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Una bella vacanza !

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen !!!

Es gefiel uns, in einem normalen Wohnhaus gemeinsam mit italienischen Familien zu wohnen. Unsere Wohnung war geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Utensilien versehen, die man braucht ( z.B. Waschmaschine, Töpfe, Küchenzubehör ). Besonders genossen haben wir die großen Terrassen, von denen aus wir einen guten Blick hatten auf die Stadt, das Meer und das Umland. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und z.B. der Bahnhof sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Frau Rosso und Herr Dottori waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und sind sehr freundlich, Frau Rosso schenkte uns Zitronen aus eigener Ernte, das fanden wir super.

Un soggiorno rilassante

L' appartamento è confortevole e immerso nel verde tra i limoni e gli ulivi; è provvisto di una terrazza che permette di pranzare e cenare all'aperto o di trascorrere piacevolmente il proprio tempo in un'atmosfera di grande tranquillità. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. L' unico problema riscontrato: percorrere con l'automobile il breve tratto dal cancello di ingresso al posto auto coperto nel cortile dell'abitazione perché la strada è molto stretta, tortuosa e in pendenza.

Wohlfühlen in schöner grosser Wohnug , geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollem grossem Balkon

Wir (5Personen) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wir fanden eine grosse Wohnung vor in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.Grosse Räume mit hoher Decke und sehr schön eigerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht, angefangen von der gut ausgestatteten Küche über das grosse Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin und Fernseher /DVD / Stereoanlage, W-Lan.... Essen auf dem grossen Balkon....Eigener Parkplatz unter Carport, der Blick über Zitronen und Olovenbäume bis zum Meer. Alles in der Nähe , Einkaufen, Restaurant, Supermarkt und auch zum Meer geht es zu Fuss ausser mit ganz kleinen Kindern da ist es vielleicht zu Fuss zu weit. Ich war mit 4 Kindern unterwegs 5/9/11/13 und wir sind dann in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand gefahren. Parken war nie ein Problem und Wasser und Strand (öffentlich) war sauber und sehr schön. Absolut Empfehlendswert, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, sehr sehr gutes Preis /Leistungsverhältnis und obendrein auch noch super sympatische Vermieter. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub.

Grandios!

Im Juni 2017 haben wir 2 Wochen in Imperia verbracht.Wir hatten das grosse Glück,die schöne und gepflegte Wohnung von Christina und Silvano mieten zu können.Diese ist sehr gut und gemütlich ausgestattet.Die Räume sind hell,hoch und grosszügig, bei Hitze kühl und angenehm. Der Ausblick ist herrlich inmitten von Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen.Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Fussläufig sind Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Hafen zu erreichen. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren bei Bedarf hilfsbereie Ansprechpartner. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

we felt at home

We stayed in Imperia with our three children during the first two weeks of April. The weather was beautiful with a lot of sunshine and about 20 degrees. The flat was very nice and we felt very much at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped, although there was nothing there, no salt or pepper or anything compareable. The flat is well equipped with towels and bedsheets, the bedrooms are of a good size and the beds are comfortable. The livingroom is spacious,as well as the balcony. The owner is really kind and speaks English very well, so communication was easy, as we unfortunately do not speak any Italian. We definitely recommend this flat!

Ganz wunderbar!

Eine großzügige Stadtwohnung mit zwei großen Balkonen nach Süden und Westen, erstaunlich leise für die Lage. Stadtzentrum und Meer sind in 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gute Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Konditoreien und Bars in unmittelbarerer Nähe. Für Selbstkocher gibt es eine perfekt eingerichtete Wohnküche, alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch beim zweiten Besuch gefiel es uns in dieser schönen wohnung wieder sehr. was uns wichtig ist, nicht in einem "urlauberghetto" zu sein, ist da: beim gang aus dem haus ist man im prallen leben einer italienischen kleinstadt. fußläufig gut erreichbar sind altstadt, strand und bahnhof; die vermieter sind ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. mit der bahn sind günstig und schnell genua,alassio, ventimiglia, san remo, nitta, cannes, antibes und mehr zu erreichen. wir brauchen nicht mehr...

Très bon séjour dans un environnement calme, appartement fonctionnel et propre.

Grand appartement très lumineux avec une grande terrasse équipée. La description est conforme aux photos. Silvano le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. En conclusion excellent séjour.

Extraordinary experience

I booked Silvano's apartment for a week and I had one of my best stays ever. We were three persons, but the apartment could very well accommodate a family with two children. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable living room and two balconies, one of them very large. You get a beautiful panorama of Imperia Oneglia from these balconies. The apartment has very stylish furniture and hand-made decorations. If you are the kind of person who likes old style furniture, you will be delighted. The interior of the apartment reveals the refinement and good taste of the owners. The kitchen is large and has plenty of utensils, plates, cups, bowls, towels etc. There are more than enough closets for storage. If you are inclined to prepare your meals as you do at home, you will find everything needed there. The bathroom is very clean and bright. You will notice a beautiful hand-made lampshade under the ceiling. The entrance hall also has beautiful furniture and marble floor. Here you will find enough travel guides for the Italian Riviera. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We also found plenty of bed linen, blankets and bathroom towels. The location of the apartment is very convenient, in a quiet area, but also close to Oneglia center, the bus and train station. There is a COOP supermarket nearby. All these are easily reached on foot. The building is located at the end of a short curved alley, a little away from the street (which is a great advantage), and is surrounded by a nice garden, with lemon and ficus trees among others. The vegetation around the house, as well as the tiles on the floor inside, make the apartment cool enough in summer time (at least in June, when we stayed there). There are many interesting places to visit in Imperia. The bus/train station are very good departure points for daily trips along the Riviera. There are many buses and trains leaving from Imperia in all directions. The Italian Riviera is a delightful region, with a mild climate and amazing landscapes and historical places to visit. Silvano is the kind of gentleman you can hardly find these days. He is very helpful whenever you need assistance. He was so kind to drive us to the train station at 5:00 in the morning on the departure day. I use this opportunity to thank him again for his welcome and warm hospitality. To conclude, I would happily return to Silvano's apartment in the future. I know for sure it would be another extraordinary experience.

Appartamento molto luminoso spazioso e fresco

Appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto, ben arieggiato con un posto macchina al coperto.Veramente non facile da trovare a Imperia. Una bella vista sulla collina e in lontananza sul mare. Cucina fornitissima di utensili e biancheria da bagno in abbondanza. Atmosfera molto accogliente e rilassante e proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Bella la terrazza da cui abbiamo visto i fuochi d'artificio della Regata storica. Ristorantini al porto molto caratteristici ed in gran parte menù a prezzi molto accessibili. Bella vacanza

herrlicher urlaub

der herbstliche urlaub in imperia war wunderbar. das wetter spielte sommer und auch das wasser war mit über 20 grad herrlich. die wohnung ist herrlich, sehr gut aufgeteilt, die balkone laden zum essen (morgens, mittags oder abends). der weg zum strand oder in die innenstadt ist fußläufig kein problem - auch zum nahen bahnhof nicht: von dort ist die cote azur und andres günstig zu erreichen. nette vermieter zudem, die gerne behilflich sind bei allem. ein herrlicher urlaub;

Wonderful apartment!

What a joy ti find this wonderful apartment and stay there for 3 weeks!It's a 15 min., walk to the center of the city and 20 min., to the sea. Beautiful view from a balcony and fresh air. the beautiful vacation spot with a family. My little Silvano thank you. We will surely return next year., very well slept at night and didn't wake up. 3 weeks flew by very quickly and we already want to return... Silvano thank you. We will surely return next year.

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in...

We enjoyed our 3 weeks in Imperia very much. Everything was just as described, and the owner of the apartment is extremely kind and helpful. It's a 15 min. walk to the center of the city and 20 min. to the sea. A 20 min. drive takes you to the sandy beaches of Diano Marina.

Very clean and spacious accomodation. Nice view from the two balconies. Covered private parking. Very friendly reception. Recommended restaurants on walking distance. Amenities: WiFi missing. Surroundings: quite, one-way street makes leaving the place a time consuming event.

"Die Wohnung entspricht im Hinblick auf Raumaufteilung und Möblierung voll und ganz den Erwartungen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen Aufenthalt im Herbst oder Frühjahr ist die Unterkunft optimal,- wenn man nicht den nahen Strandzugang erwartet. Auch die Sicht auf Meer, Berge und Stadt ist durchaus ansprechend."

"First of all – Great thanks for such a possibility for our holidays, Silvano! Really best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Very spacious, very clean, very cozy rooms with all necessary to live and rest in, well equipped with all we needed. The pictures from the site are not giving true size of rooms – they are bigger really. Surrounded with lemon and olive trees, with friendliness of owners and neighbors, with possibility to buy olive oil Silvano is making by himself – we did it and still enjoy every drop of this high quality mature crop oil. Every time we were returning back from our itineraries around Imperia during this week we were really coming home! I strongly recommend this choice and hope to return here next year or even earlier if I can. "

"Silvano and Christina made us feel very welcome during our stay at this very spacious and clean apartment situated in beautiful grounds comprising lemon and olive trees. The ample balconies provided splendid views and it was a joy to soak up the sun whilst eating our meals outside. Oneglia is not a tourist town (unlike Alasio etc). This suited my wife and I because we are both very much interested in improving our Italian and experiencing the normal day to day life of the local Italians. I''m sure we will return"

"Very, very good accommod...

"Very, very good accommodation! I did very right choice to stay at that apartment! Very clean and light rooms, beatiful view from terrace, i really enjoyed! The apartment is surrounded of silence,but also what you need for living is very close to home, beach(sandy,rocky,pebble), shops, centre of town. Especially, the important thing for me was that the owners, Sinior Silvano and Siniora Marie Christine was very hospitable, kind and attentive people ! I had very good time at that home! I advise You !"
