Les Arcs 1800: Studio apartment, 32 m², resort center

Ideally located in the pedestrian village of Charvet, in the heart of the resort of Les Arcs 1800, our apartment is located in the Pierra Menta building. With a surface area of 32 m², it can accommodate 5 people.
The bay window was replaced in 2023, triple glazing, for optimal energy efficiency of the apartment. Beware of the Arcs in the apartments with the old bay windows, a real energy sieve.
It offers a view of Mont Blanc, without vis-à-vis.
It has a kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a refrigerator, a microwave, a classic mini-oven and a ceramic hob. Its living room is equipped with a Bed Express sofa bed quality for daily sleeping, a table, an armchair and stools. It includes a bathroom and a balcony. The bed consists of two single beds and an extra bed in the mountain area, as well as a sofa bed in 140 Bedexpress type bedding, new comfort bedding from March 14, 2022.

There are no cushions in the room, they remain attached to the structure when the sofa is in bed position.
The new high-comfort mechanics with its 11 wide slats + reinforcement strips and its 35 kg/m³ polyurethane high-resilience mattress offer the quality of a daily bed

We provide a flat screen TV, digital channels + foreign channels as well as a DVD player.
Cleaning products and dishwasher tablets are provided.
Linens, sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers can be provided at an extra cost. Babysitting services are available upon request.
Collective heating, forced air and underfloor heating. Individual auxiliary heating, 1800W radiator.
We only rent by the week or minimum 6 to 7 nights.
