Very unique property which made our family stay that much more special. We loved how large the kitchen and gathering areas were, making it comfortable for cooking and hanging out together. Half of the beds were comfortable, the other half were too hard for our family. We did hear the train very clearly, so it wasn't as peaceful as we would have wanted it. We recommend the kitchen, pantry of food / spices and cooking utencils, all get a deep cleaning, if they continue to be shared with guests, and that bathroom rugs are washable. Overall the house and outdoor areas area amazing and we appreciated our stay at this beautiful home.

This property was depicted as amazing in the description and pictures. Well, it was even better than that! 10 out of 10 experience! The house was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed, and spacious! The feel of the home, the soul is relaxing, inviting and peaceful.We had a group of 12, and had plenty of room to spread out.The host was absolutely fantastic in his communication and everything was very easy. The back yard is relaxing, beautiful and inviting. My group was very comfortable and raved about how comfortable they were! We have decided we will be back next year!

Escondido Wedding trip

We stayed at this amazing property during a trip to Escondido for our son's wedding. My husband and I brought my elderly mother and my brother and his family stayed with us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, sleep, eat, play and rest comfortably. We enjoyed the outdoor patio spaces during the perfect weather!

Great location with plenty of room for my big family!

We needed a large space for my big family and this place hit the spot. Room for all of us to gather and still have our own space if needed! Dogs loved it too!We spent a day at Legoland and 2 days at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Truly Tranquile

Great home to get away from everything and enjoy some peace and quiet. Plenty of grocery stores close by and got to enjoy the fire pit. We hung out, visited Del Mar, Universal and the San Diego Zoo so good location to take in some touristy visits.

Thanksgiving Get Away

We had a wonderful stay at this most amazing location. We were able to prepare a Thanksgiving feast and found everything we needed in a well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of space for our group that included a 6 yr old. teens, parents and seniors. Our host provided excellent communication and support.

Just wanted to mention that the last day I was approached by a mixed pit bull dog, there is two holes in backyard fence that was pretty scary, I had my grand kids outside. Just thought you might want to.

Great house for a large group

This house was perfect for my son’s wedding in Vista!! We had the rehearsal dinner in the backyard with plenty of space. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and sitting by the fire pit!! The kitchen is large and well stocked!! The yoga room was a perfect place for the groomsmen to get ready before the wedding?! I recommend this house for a large group!! It was perfect for our wedding weekend!!

Great home for a family

The owner, Tim was very accommodating with my needs for the house for my family while attending my daughters wedding. The house is provided with everything you can need in regards to cookware and is close to anyting you can need. It's also a quick drive to the beach to get your fix on the California coastline.

Couldn't be happier

Beautiful spacious home perfect for large group. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we had enough space that we weren't on top of each other all of the time. Each family unit had their own bedroom and the teen in our group opted for the loft. With 3.5 baths there was no waiting for your turn to shower. Loved the different sitting areas in the home and the extra large kitchen. The outdoors is perfectly landscaped to feel "away" and private. Used the firepit every night. Great location that is tucked away but not hard to find. Host was friendly and helpful. Thanks Tim!

Very clean ,had alot of supplies there we did not need to purchase, was at end of street so quiet area. Not far from grocery stores etc. Owners talked about offering some activities with the rental in the future.

Love this property!

We had such a great experience at this house. It was nice, cleaned and spacious place that accommodated our family especially with kids. There’s also grocery Markets that is very close by that makes it very convenient for us. Tim, the host , was very friendly and responsive when we told him about the fridge was being not being cold and he offered to get another fridge for us right away, which we felt very appreciative what he did. Overall, it was a great experience for our family. I would definitely come back in the future !

When I saw this property I put in a full price offer on the spot. It's got lots of beautiful Mexican tile, an open kitchen plan and is really comfortable and peaceful. 1 acre, 50 palm trees and I have built a beautiful vegetable garden and planted 10 new fruit trees.
There are 4 bedroom with queen beds. 2 of those bedroom also have single beds. The sleeping loft above yoga room has 3 double futons on the floor.

I have a patio, deck and firepit area off the rear of the house. It's great for social gatherings. There is ample space outside with 1 acre. This is a custom home, not a tract house.
Property is fenced in except at driveway there is no entry gate.
