* Alquiler de lujo * Nuevo dúplex de tres pisos con vista al mar. Este elegante dúplex fue construido a medida en 2014

Casa de estilo contemporáneo. La casa tiene un diseño de dos niveles que pone la sala de estar en la parte delantera de la casa y las habitaciones en la parte posterior un piso más arriba. Esta unidad cuenta con dos dormitorios y tres baños.
Idealmente ubicado en Newport Beach. La casa está cerca de varias comodidades. Es como el comienzo de la península, muy cerca del supermercado ya solo 5 minutos a pie del muelle de Newport.

Información general:
 Incluye Wifi y TV por cable. Wifi tiene múltiples puntos de acceso para una excelente cobertura en todo el edificio.
Salas de estar: los pisos de baldosas se abren al balcón a través de un vidrio plegable sin marco de 16 pies de ancho que ofrece una excelente vista al mar.
Estacionamiento: El edificio puede acomodar fácilmente 4 autos compactos compartidos entre las unidades. Dos autos en el garaje y 2 en la cochera abierta.

Brought our dog for a week at the beach and loved the location, proximity to restaurants, store and proximity to beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The unit is spacious, well-stocked and located a few houses from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was great for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed eating our meals in the outdoor space with a partial beach view. Having three full bathrooms was also a huge plus. The unit is also within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. If you do need to drive somewhere, it is super convenient to have parking at the unit upon your return.James was an excellent host, and very responsive from the beginning. We will definitely be returning!

Great location. Stores, restaurants and the beach were all in walking distance. James was very prompt with any communications. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was as advertised and the location was as good as it gets in NB. Having a big parking spot was so great. Manager was super responsive. We'll be staying here again for sure.

Love the location

Hope to go back in the summer. The unit below was very loud one night. Similar to a hotel stay with this multi unit place as far as privacy goes. Martha is great!

Noise is expected in Newport Beach. People come from everywhere. and this time was Christmas week. We put a note in the contract regarding the noise and its penalty. I notified the tenants in the lower unit and they apologized for the noise.

The best location! Love the second floor deck with the entire glass wall opening up.

It’s all about location and having that open deck that stays open for the entire week we are there! You can always nit pick things here or there but we keep coming back because it checks all the boxes and the manager is great to work with.

The Glass Palace

This property is probably the best we have stayed at in NB. The property is clean and roomy, with plenty of space for the whole family. Huge carport with garage access on the back of the property. It is walking distance to the grocery store and numerous awesome little spots to eat. It's only about a 3min walk to the beach with a balcony that looks at the ocean. We will be staying here from now on!!!!

Fantastic place to stay!

Perfect location for us. Beach #1. Restaurants and grocery store basically across the street, More shops and the pier is a short walk. Having a parking spot is great! It’s a little tight for a full sized truck, but 1000 times better than street parking! Love the openness of the full wall of windows that opens all the way, creating indoor/outdoor living. Water pressure in the showers could be better but I’ll deal with that for everything else being fantastic.

Great location, minimal amenities.

Location was perfect; a solid 11 out of 10. Linens and towels were threadbare and there was minimal, next to no kitchen ware… 2 wine glasses. We met friends and wanted to invite them over, but serving wine in mixmatched coffee mugs? 2 great balconies, one off the master has zero furniture and the main balcony has a few rusting, folding chairs. House needs paint, a few tubes of caulking in the bathrooms and some updated amenities. At this price point, very disappointing

Location, location, LOCATION!!

Thank you again to James. This is our second year staying on the second floor. Check in is very simple and straight forward.Five houses to beautiful Newport Beach!Pavillions grocery store is 2 blocks away and multiple dining options to walk to. The pier is a 10 minute walk and again multiple food, bar and fun options.The only 2 suggestions I have is to have some nice patio furniture on the balcony to enjoy more and additional pots and pans.James was very responsive to anything we needed or asked.Thanks again James!Lori

2nd floor stay- family of 4

Check in was easy, home was clean. So close to beach and boardwalk! Beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels/ linens/ pillows for all 4 of us. Only suggestions: kitchen towels would be helpful and also a bit more water pressure in shower. This home is perfect location. Literally steps to the grocery store and eateries. The washer and dryer were a plus! Wi-Fi worked great on all levels of home and garage/ carport parking was perfect! If I needed anything property manager was quick in response and took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful open condo just off the beach

We loved most of our stay in Newport Beach. This condo is perfectly situated just off of the beach and across the road from the local grocery store. We also enjoyed the full glass wall that opened onto our 2nd floor patio with gorgeous views of the beach just a few houses down. Newport Beach is a great place to vacation with a wide range of bars and restaurants all within walking distance on the boardwalk. We will definitely be back, but not over the 4th of July weekend. The first 5 days of our stay were fantastic, but things definitely took a turn on the night of the 3rd and into the 4th with massive groups of kids starting fights and throwing fireworks into other groups. The police were out in full force with horse cops and helicopters and even had to shut down portions of the beach due to near riot conditions. The one bright spot being our lovely condo where we could hol' up and enjoy each other's company.All of that being said, our condo was great, and Newport Beach is great, but definitely stay away on the 4th.

Perfect Location Steps to the Beach

Location is everything right?! Perfect spot four house off Newport Beach. We stayed for two weeks and LOVED it. Walking to Balboa Pier. So many shops, restaurants etc. Pavillion grocery store is a block away and they have everything you need, food, liquor, Starbucks, deli, bakery and more. We loved the layout with the bedrooms and two bath upstairs. Main bedroom has a balcony. Washer and dryer upstairs was a bonus. Full kitchen had everything we needed. The ceiling to floor glass door going from the living room to the balcony gave us extra room and a true beach feel. It was great being able to have our morning coffee watching the waves roll in. James is an excellent communicator and got back to us promptly with any questiins we did have. Very friendly. I highly recommend this VRBO and thanks again James. Lori Lewis

overall this was an amazing vacation with lots of perks and minor inconveniences, a 4.5 out of 5 stars!! PROs: - Amazing location much better than expected. very close to the beach (4 houses down?), walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, bars, ice cream shops. - great duplex, clean, nice rooms, all amenities, - includes soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, beach towels. we appreciated the amount of bath towels available in the 3 bathrooms! - owner very responsive - loved the opened deck from the living room - a few beach chairs in the garage to share with other renters. A FEW THINGS TO KNOW (you decide if it’s an inconvenience or a major issue or nothing at all for YOUR needs): - no deck lounge chairs: the living room deck includes a table and 4 plastic foldable meeting chairs. (no nice chairs like on the picture). The deck from the master bedroom has no furniture at all. - no hot tub as indicated in the listing - no outside hose to wash the sand from your feet. - upstairs has a total of 3 bedrooms, not 2 and there is someone living there on the same floor you sleep in. Very quiet and very nice man. we wouldn’t have known that except we got there before 3pm and saw him in the 3rd bedroom. Overall we would definitely stay there again and recommend the rental!

Fit Our Needs Perfectly!

We rented both units for our family and a few friends and had an excellent week staying in Newport. The units had plenty of space and were at a great location. So nice that we could bring our pup and include him! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were good sized. There were a few quirky things with the units, but not anything to change my five star review. The beds were not made with top sheets-just blankets, so I had to wash everything right when we got there. The dryer in the upstairs unit never got very hot, but we were able to use the one in the bottom unit (he likely would have addressed it when I contacted him, but I was fine with the downstairs one). There were only a few wash rags with the towels in the bathrooms, so I had to grab them all as I use them regularly. The kitchen was missing any measuring cups or spoons, so I had to eye all everything when I was baking. Also, there was no spatula to use with a nonstick frying pan, so I had to use metal of wood, which is jot good for the pan. I would have liked a tv or table lamps on the master bedroom upstairs to either read or watch tv in bed. All fairly minor things, but just things I noticed. We really appreciated that there was hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels and body soap. It made things a lot easier when we arrived. I highly recommend this rental. Just perfect for a big group!

Vacation with friends.

The property is in a really great location: a few houses from the Beach, walking distance to the Piers, the Harbor, lots of restaurants and a grocery store. The unit is big and was clean. The host was available / communicative, though we did not need much because it was fully equipped and ready to go.

Great place in Newport

The place was amazing and the view was spectacular from the balcony. The wall of glass was so nice to open and enjoy the weather. So close to the beach. The parking spot and use of garage for bikes was perfect. You could not hear the people below us. Host was great at communicating and helpful! Would stay again!

Great open air beach house in the perfect location!

The entire glass wall to the patio opens up! We left if all the way open from the moment we got there to the last moment before we left. This place checks off all your needs. 2 bedrooms (with 3 beds) and 3 full bathrooms (showers) makes getting cleaned up full day at the beach a breeze. The parking spot in back is largest we have had (out of the 5 others we’ve rented). We have a full size truck and with a 5 point turn/park, you’re good to go and have no need to worry about where you’re going to park or how long you can park there. The location is really perfect. You’re basically across the street from the grocery store and many great restaurants. They had a few beach chairs they let us use, so that was great too! The cleaner could have swept up a little better in a few spots but That’s honestly the only thing I can come up with that wasnt great. We would stay here again if it’s available!
