Más de 100 años, pero recientemente renovado a un alto nivel; este precioso apartamento de un dormitorio cuenta con vigas de madera y muros de piedra originales en algunos lugares. La sala de estar de planta abierta de estilo contiene la zona de sofás y televisión, junto con una estufa / fuego, así como aire acondicionado y calefacción. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar comidas grandes, lavavajillas, microondas, horno y fogones. También hay una zona de bar con taburetes para que puedas charlar con el cocinero. Una mesa de comedor de roble hechos a mano con vistas al mar, asientos para 4 personas cómodamente. Hay un / DVD TV / CD junto con el acceso a Internet. A lo largo del pasillo hay un aseo independiente y espacio para el almacenamiento de calzado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, luces de lectura, mesas de noche y un montón de almacenamiento hecha a la medida. También hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. Excellent location. Super spacious and well laid out. You could live there for months and be satisfied. Very responsive pleasant helpful owner. If we are lucky enough to return to the Rovinj area, we would try to book this property again.

The apartment is in a fabulous location of Rovinj Old Town, everything in walking distance and sea views too. It is a large apartment, over 60 m2 and therefore very comfortable for 2 people for long periods of time. I am always happy to help guests. Lis

Wonderful location

Lis is a very helpful and accommodating host! Eager to help make your trip all that it can be with helpful tips, reservations, etc! Apartment was beautifully updated and clean. The restaurant across the street, market below and possible previous renters have contributed to a smoke smell in the property.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Direkt hinter dem Marktplatz geht der Eingang zum 2. Stock gegenüber von einer Cocktail-Bar nach oben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man direkt auf den Marktplatz. Die Fenster sind zum Glück gut schallisoliert, so dass man abends von der Salsa-Musik der Cocktail-Bar nur noch ganz leise die Bässe hört, wenn die Außenlautsprecher an sind. Ich hatte zuerst etwas Befürchtungen, wie es mit dem Einschlafen ist, die sehr leisen dumpfen Bassschläge waren aber eher beruhigend, das Einschlafen ging gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe hat Dank WhatsApp-Kommunikation super geklappt. Die Vermittlerin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell und kompetent auf alle Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist recht hell und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, einfach schön. Der Supermarkt war etwa 100 m entfernt. Tipp zur Anreise: Die Altstadt, in der sich auch die Wohnung befindet, ist nicht mit dem Auto zugänglich. Daher sollte ein Parkplatz am Pier vor der Altstadt gesucht werden, von dem aus das Gepäck zur Wohnung geschleppt werden muss. Einzelne kleine Taschen sind dafür unpraktisch. Danach kann das Auto ca. 10 min entfernt kostenlos abgestellt werden. Achtung: Autos in den Grünparkstreifen ("Zona verde") werden anscheinend abgeschleppt + 1400 Kuna Strafe.

A great location, nice and clean , great bed. Parking is a long ways away and hauling luggage can be difficult. Elvira was a good help as the owner was travelling. She referred us to a great restaurant on the water.

Great old town location and lovely apartment

We enjoyed our three night stay with all the comforts of home. Liz was very helpful to orient us to the apartment at check in and about the town, including sights and restaurants. The location is stellar and in the midst of the old town action, but quiet at night. I would happily stay here again!

Wish we stayed longer in this beautiful apartment

Lis has decorated this apartment so well it was difficult to leave. It is so open space with plenty of room. A full sitting room and kitchen , two modern bathrooms and a very comfortable queen/king size bed. It is right in the heart of old town Rovinj and we walked everywhere. Looking forward to returning next year!

Best AirBnB or VRBO we ever stayed in (out of 12 worldwide)

The apartment is huge. 2 could easily and comfortably live there for a month or more. The apartment is ultra modern and the kitchen has everything. Liz is responsive and a great source of knowledge. Your windows open to the market below and a view of the sea. We plan to return next year. You feel like you are living like a local right in the Old Town. Washer and stove were nice touches. We should have stayed longer.

Fantastic home base in Istria

This is a great apartment. Very modern inside, beautifully decorated, and clean as a whistle.  The location is excellent; right in the old town and close to the main square. An outdoor fruit and vegetable market is around the corner and stores to buy fish, meat, and other groceries are very close by. The street is small and quiet, but so historic it gets a mention in one of the town's tourist brochures. At the same time, it's not so far up one of the cobblestone streets that it’s inaccessible. I can’t overstate the importance of that point if you're coming to town with luggage.   Lis is a wonderful host who has thought of everything and is eager to make you comfortable. She was very patient when we took longer than expected to arrive and helped us find free parking for the week just outside the pedestrian area.  We couldn’t have asked for a better home during our stay.

So pleased you had s good stay. The location of the apartment is excellent and for those of you with cars you can drive to within 50m of the apartment to unload and load your luggage. After that you can see the whole of Rovinj on foot, by bicycle, electric scooter or Segway!

Old town contemporary style

The property is on the edge of the old town of Rovinj in a residential building. Despite it being above the market and opposite a bar it was fairly quiet apart from the nocturnal wandering/ furniture moving above!!! Not sure if folks were renovating after work or were just insomniacs! The apartment is spotlessly clean, well appointed and has all you need for a good stay. The sea views were lovely. Lis the owner was helpful and accommodating both before and during our visit and was happy to facilitate a fairly late check in which we really appreciated. It is easy to get out and about using hired bikes and local buses and boats.We really enjoyed our trip to Pula. The highlight of our stay in beautiful Rovinj was the choice and quality of Restaurants.....Monti, Puntalina, Dreams, Adriatic hotel, Mulini beach bar to name a few. The old town is full of lovely little shops and galleries and fabulous views from St Eufemia church

Lovely modern apartment in the old yown

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week in June. Lis collected us at the airport and brought us to the apartment as our flight landed late at night. The apartment is really spacious and was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge! Right downstairs is a market where we got fresh fruit in the morning, several bakeries nearby too. Lis recommended restaurants and trips for us to take which were great. Would have no hesitation recommending the apartment to family and friends. Can't wait to return!

From start-being met at the airport by the owner-to finish, this property met all our expectations. We could not fault anything. The location was excellent for all our requirements - food, restaurants, walks, cycles, views, comfort, quiet. The local restaurant is friendly and excellent quality using fresh produce from the adjoining daily market. Other restaurants we tried in the town were equally worth frequenting, often having spectacular sea views in addition to delicious food. In the apartment, living is easy and cooking an appealing proposition with the fresh fish, meat, fruit vegetables etc from the market. Sunbathing from the rocks about 200 metres away with the sea accessible just below or walking round the headland to the protected forest just north of the town were both experiences to be repeated and quite unexpectedly delightful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and found owner Lis to be exceptionally helpful.

Old town charm with contemporary flair

Stayed at this charming apartment in the Old Town of Rovinj. Excellent location in the centre of the town with lovely views of the sea. The apartment was beautifully presented, clean and lots of facilities. The massage shower was great, set inside a large glass tasteful cabin. Comfortable King size bed, plenty of space for cases etc. Open plan living area was spacious, with TV , internet, dvd etc. Recommend highly, we will visit Rovinj again and definitely book this apartment. I love Rovinj's location and being by the sea, as I was born and brought up in Plymouth and just adore seaside locations. I moved here 15 years ago, after a busy career in the corporate world so that I could raise my children in a calmer environment. I live just outside of Rovinj and have several properties of varying sizes for rentals. I know you will enjoy staying here in Rovinj. Seaview Apartment is in one of the best locations in Rovinj Old Town. Centrally situated in amongst the delightful cobbled streets of Rovinj. You have a wealth of choice of cafes and restaurants very close by. The town's famous market with its fresh fruit, vegetables and fish is just a stone's throw from the apartment. Bakeries are in abundance, you will smell them before you see them, tempting you with delicious pastries freshly baked.
The apartment is very old and has been elegantly renovated incorporating old and new for your comfort and pleasure. We use the apartment when it is not rented and know that it is fully equipped for you stay here. The kitchen is larger than the average holiday kitchen and you will have many happy an hour cooking in there if that is your desire. Alternatively, pull up a bar stool and sit by the window with a glass of wine and watch the boats and the world go by. It really is a great place to stay.

One of the best locations in the Old Town of Rovinj.
