12A2 es un apartamento con cocina excepcionalmente bien equipado para alquilar en el sur de Tenerife, Los Cristianos en Victoria Court 1. Una primera planta con dos camas para 2 adultos.
Completamente reformado en marzo de 2018. Pisos nuevos y puertas y ventanas externas en todas partes. Nuevo totalmente azulejos cocina y baño. Nuevo televisor de 55 pulgadas, camas de espuma con memoria de alta calidad. Secador de pelo. Los electrodomésticos de cocina incluyen hervidor de agua, tostadora, microondas y una licuadora de horno / cocina incorporada.
12A2 tiene su propio código personal súper WiFi gratuito disponible antes de la salida. WiFi también disponible en el Pool Bar. Seguridad cifrada segura en el uso libre del dormitorio. Secador de pelo en el dormitorio.
5 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo y el centro de la ciudad.
Oficina en el lugar para atender cualquier emergencia.
Victoria Court tiene dos piscinas climatizadas y una persona de seguridad por la noche.
Moderno y elegante bar junto a la piscina, que ofrece comidas y bebidas frescas todos los días para comer o para llevar. chefs y personal del bar de alta calificación. Sopas y comidas de excelente calidad y precio razonable. Desayuno inglés completo y otras delicias de madrugada, especiales diarios, cenas de asado dominical, café Lavaza y golosinas dulces. El complejo está lleno la mayor parte del año, con muchos huéspedes que regresan año tras año.
Complejo está excepcionalmente bien mantenido y administrado por el Comité de Dirección del propietario. Muchos de los cuales realmente viven en Victoria Court 1.

Lovely apartment on a lovely complex. Excellent location and easy to find - apt is just as you enter the complex. Office on site to deal with any issues you may have. Terrace gets the sunshine from early morning until mid afternoon. Apartment has lots of windows so is well airy and bright. Modern furniture and extra bedding available. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was in a good position we had out own entry private, beds were comfortable ,furnished fine , a few little niggles the safe was hit and miss to lock , and no instructions how the washer worked these are minor things but it matters.Staff were very helpful with any problems, also Brian was in touch with us and helpful, all in all a good holiday

Fabulous apartment

Took my mum away for a Christmas break . We loved the apartment very close to all amenities and some lovely bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area and the bar on site was doing great food . Brian the owner was fantastic at keeping in touch and any questions

Good clean property in Los Cristianos

Clean well kept accommodation in Los Cris. We had to change dates a couple of times due to the Covid lockdown but the owner (Brian) was very understanding. We fully recommend this accommodation.

Home from home

The apartment has everything you need. Nice comfy beds. HUGE tv everything we needed . Some more glassware would be nice especially larger glasses but otherwise a great stay .

Lovely Apartment

We have been to five long term stays in Los Cristianos. We can say this is the best apartment we have been in. It's in a good location and the owner is very helpful with recommendations regards restaurants and bars. Also, if you have any concerns, he responds toute suite. While we were there, the complex is quiet with all the occupants very friendly. The TV shows the main British Channels and there is good Wifi. Well worth a try.

Beware of this apartment

On our last day in this apartment (March 2017) the owner made accusations against me and my 10-year old daughter that we had damaged one mattress and some chairs, did not pay back our security deposit and presented us with a very substantial invoice. We denied the claims and told the owner that the damage was already done at our arrival. After I contacted Owner's Direct and the Spanish police the owner wrote to me that the chairs had indeed been damaged before our stay and that he managed to clean the mattress. He then returned us the majority of the security payment. Only after further correspondence with Owner's Direct did I receive the missing part of the security payment. I would recommend not to rent this apartment. If you have already done so, be sure to video everything on arrival so that you can prove you haven't damaged anything. There is also quite a severe problem with minute ants in this apartment.

We are the owners of this apartment which was fully modernised and fitted out to a high standard in December 2015 at a cost of over 20,000 Euros. During occupation by a mature male and a young female child from Finland a damage report together with photographs were emailed to us by TLC the managing agents on Victoria Court 1. The report and photographs were then forwarded to this guest who denied any damage. Various verbal and physical threats were made by him against us as owners and TLC as the agents. Owners Direct have advised us to seek legal advice in respect of the threatening nature of these emails. As TLC were unable to 'prove' that this guest had actually caused the damage Mr S's deposit was refunded in full. The cost of replacing the patio table and four chairs was 410 euros for which we have received no compensation. This is our first and only complaint since we commenced renting in December 2015. There is no issue with ants. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned by TLC (on site) before each and every booking. Regards B and C Carlos

We didn't use the pool or bar to complex so cant comment but looked great.Communication with owner was excellent24hr shop right next door is a real bonus.Loads of restaurants, bars, in short distance of Apartment.Would definitely book again.Many thanks Tony.

Het appartement was goed. Schoon, compleet, lekkere bedden, goede douche , een heerlijk zwembad en op loop afstand van het strand. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Wat wij niet zo fijn vonden was dat het balkom recht voor de galerij van de overliggende appartementen lag dus weinig privacy op het balkon en in de woonkamer. . Het is een appartementencomplex waar iedereen ( vooral Engelsen ) elkaar gedag zegt en bij vragen meteen helpt. Voelt veilig en vertrouwd. Wat we niet fijn vonden was een haperend voordeurslot. Dit hebben we gemeld en het bleek een bekend probleem te zijn. Elke keer gevoel te hebben dat je het appartement niet meer in kan omdat het slot niet werkt is niet prettig Maar voor een korte vakantie waar je gratis wil parkeren voor de deur, op loopafstand alles zit. Prima appaetement

GREAT APARTMENT

We enjoyed our stay at Brian & Celia's apartment which was excellent . The complex was good and The Cruise inn 2 was a great place on site for food and drink at good prices T location was great not far to walk to the beach and shops enjoyed all aspects of our stay and would recommend this Apartment to anyone .A big thank you to Brian & Celia for all your help

Apartment exactly as described, and very convenient in the complex, which was peaceful and well run. A noisy bar up the road in the evenings was a bit of a nuisance.

Amazing

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was as web site. Very large T.V which we enjoyed with English channels. Very comfy living room, kitchen well equipped. Bathroom lovely with walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Beds really comfortable. The only negative was the towels which did not seem to dry you!! However I would recommend and would stay again.

Quality

From booking to departure first class , great and well fitted out apartment, everything we needed to make a great holiday , high standard set by the owners . Great location for easy access to seafront , bus station , shops etc. To compliment this the site is very well maintained , gardens / swimming pool area spotless , cleaned and ready every morning for another day. Nice bar with friendly staff and within easy walking distance to a wide choice of bars , restaurants etc. If you are looking for a one bedroom apartment with all of the above look no further.
