Fantásticas vistas: 50 metros del Océano Pacífico con vistas para siempre de Rosarito Beach y las Islas Coronado.

Totalmente amueblado. Hermosos suelos de mármol, encimeras de granito, muy bien equipado 2 dormitorios 2 baños condominio con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable ge. Lavadero independiente con lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. 2 televisores de pantalla plana, televisión vía satélite, y bañera de hidromasaje en el maestro. Las comodidades incluyen acceso a: pista de tenis, 2 piscinas, 4 jacuzzis, gimnasio frente al mar con elíptica y pesas, acceso a las piscinas de marea y la playa. Las palmas es una comunidad cerrada con estacionamiento cubierto, y el personal amable a la vista las 24 horas del día.

Amazing

I love it! This is my second year coming here and i love how it has everything we need. They only thing is i wish it would have internet password on condo and not the gate. I kept forgetting to get it from gate. And was having trouble connecting.

Ver clean and comfy condo

Great value. Clean and comfortable. Great sounds of the ocean. Only downside is the view, part ocean part rooftops. Issues with the dish signal in the master bedroom tv. But in general, good for the price and shortnotice reservation.

Few days

Nice and clean property good location not to far from all the restaurants and the Blvd. I didn't like the fact that you need to pay for internet it should be included. Good think I have internet for my computer. Try to contact you and you never reply back had few question.

It was a wonderful place. It was very secured and security staff were very helpful.

The owner was prompt at responding to my questions via email and phone calls. There were a few incidents were an older gentleman complained because of my children using the stairs to go to the lower level including when using the swimming pool. The comforters on the beds where my children slept had a few stains and this caused my 8 year old child to get disgusted and not wanting to sleep on the bed. I think the housekeeper should do a little more in depth cleaning. But overall I highly recommend this condominium.

This place was amazing. Everything was well stocked and clean. Great ocean view and everything near there was very accessible. The area was very secure and well taken care of. Definitely looking to book this same home when i return. If i could give more stars i would.

Lovely place!

I stayed here with a group of friends and we all absolutely loved the place. Usually pictures make the place look better than what it really is, but in this case the pictures do not do it justice. Not only is the place beautiful, but it was very comfortable, and the location is great. I would definitely recommend it!

GREAT UNIT STAY IN!

This review is long over due. My family and I had the opportunity to stay in Fred's unit a few times now. We enjoy it every time more and more. The view is amazing!!! It's an end unit that makes it perfect especially if you have lil ones. The sound of the ocean is music to our ears. The grounds are always clean and the staff are very helpful. The unit is fully stocked and clean. Fred is awesome to deal with and responsive. We can't wait to stay there again.

No Place like Home

This Condo is a wonderful place to rest and relax by the ocean. It is beautiful and spacious and has all of the amenities you need. The owner was great to deal with and acted qickly with a couple concerns, that were corrected right away. We wil be looking to returning our next time visiting.

Simply amazing rental. Felt completely at home and felt I was living in paradise

Perfect getaway to just be completely in bliss. Gorgeous pools and spas within the building. Also a 5 minute drive away from downtown Rosarito ... Didn't want to be around all the craziness of the party people. The rental had everything that we needed to feel at home and to wake up with the waves crashing was just heaven

The apartment was as described. The exception was the beach access because the stair was broken. Owner has very good communication. I should go again.

The condo was very nice with great ocean views. There are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and the sounds from the ocean were so relaxing. The entire trip was just as nice as CA at a fraction of the cost.

No beach access

Very nice condo but with many problems. Access to the beach from the condo broken. Pool heater non operable due to lack of gas. Water was not accessible for a couple of hour due too poor pluming in the whole condo. Great restaurant next door with free wifi. Fully equipt condo.

Ocean front Condo with luxury

Spent a relaxing New Years Eve in Rosarito. The location of the condo was perfect to see the fireworks from Rosarito pier and far enough not to hear music from any of the clubs downtown. The condo was amazingly comfortable and the view from the master bedroom was nice. It had such a great feel and beautifully decorated. The only downside was going into the gym to use the Wi-Fi. However, the Wi-Fi worked great

Great Condo and great location!

We stayed for a long weekend and the condo was awesome and has described! Fred answer all the questions we had in a promptly manner. The pictures on the website fell short to describe how nice this place is. If you are like me and look for a quite place away from the crowd, this is the place. My kids swam on the 3 pools and the beach is jus a few steps away. The Parking and the condo building were secure and we felt safe there. Having the washer/dryer was great too. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to return soon. Thank you Fred

Nice and Comfortable

Nice spot for a relaxing vacation. It felt like a place a friend would invite you to stay. Super comfy beds easily slept 6. Pro quality gym with wi-fi and awesome view. Negatives were hot tubs didn't get hot a couple of days but there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The walkway to the beach is a bit sketchy but doable for our whole group but not during high tide. The driveways to the parking levels are super narrow for my long truck but I made it without mishap. Overall not perfect but very upscale feel from the unit to the grounds and the entire building. I recommend and would stay there again!

I spent about 4 years researching properties in the Rosarito area. The combination of the unique design, breath taking views, 24 hour manned security, and amenities (Pools, beach access, tennis court, gym, views) made this a very easy decision for me to purchase.

We have tastefully furnished our home with local furniture for Fausto Polanco and La Hacienda. The quality shows through.
