Everything was good, only complaint was the barbecue needed a good cleaning, so did not use it. Facility and location were excellent.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to get away for a weekend. We did go for a walk into the Village but took a little longer to get there as we did not know which direction. It was much faster walk back to the rental.

Family Time!

We had a wonderful family weekend with our kids and grandkids. Clean comfy home with comfortable beds in each bedroom. Great location as 15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. Will let our friends know for sure. Thank you again!!

Family reunion getaway

We rented this property October 16-18, 2015 for a weekend getaway with our family. The home was immaculate and very well equipped. We had no problems with anything, and would definitely rent again from Patricia and Lou. Thanks

Decent location. Unit was reasonably clean. Sauna was a nice bonus and got some good use during our stay. The entire unit is in need of an update. Furnishings were mostly a hodge podge of worn down pieces. Kitchen table leg very wobbly. Linens (at least in master BR) and towels were of low quality. Need more T towels for the kitchen. Several electrical outlets did not work at all, especially in lower bedroom. No lights worked in "games" room. Fireplace not working. Range hood not working. Not what we expected at that price point.

A Nice Getaway

Location and check-in was good. We were close to shopping areas and family activities. The recreational room had many fun activities for my family. The pool was amazing! I did not like the idea of guest of 10 not being able to go in the pool at the same time. Only six people per unit allowed and we had to book each time. Beds were fairly comfortable but the bedsheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh. It was very inconvenient for the kitchen to be on the second floor. Hauling groceries and big coolers up the stairs was difficult. There were limited supplies of utensils in the kitchen. There was no can opener, pizza cutter, cheese grater, sharp knives etc. We felt a lack of privacy with the Rogers home monitoring system that used cameras. It was great to have a bathroom for each level. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I give it a four star.

Just okay...

Overall, everything was okay. A few small issues though - kitchen was missing some staples: baking trays, spatula and sink drain plugs to name a few. We ended up using a large bowl to wash dishes in. The main living area is far more cramped than the pictures show. While we visited, there was a spike in temperature which caused a thaw and quite a bit of water seeped into the master bedroom, leaking onto the floor and dripping down into the basement bedroom below. We did message the owners on that day, but all we received in response was "ok". So all in all, it was fine, but a few things need to be fixed and added to justify the cost of this unit in comparison to similarly priced places we've stayed in before.

Hi Allyson Unfortunately with all the snow and a very hot day it leaked in for the first time. The doors are responsibility of the condo corp and are being replaced over a period of two years. Not much I could have done. The utensils and pots and pans have been upgraded. We also through in the linens but you did not mention this. Also before your stay you asked me about utensils and pans and I said we had but if there was anything particular you were making to bring what you needed in case. Hope to see you again Thanks Lou

Location key to this property

Our family spent the weekend and loved how close to the Village it was. The property itself was clean and well-stocked and a very good fit for our number. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and the deck off the living area was great too.

Ski getaway

The property had everything we needed, close to ski hills. It looked bigger in the pictures. Living area and kitchen was tight for the family. The property owner was great at getting back to me quickly, even though I may have emailed him a few to many times😀

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at Fulvio’s place. The place was clean and cozy! He was very accommodating with early check in and was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was close proximity to the blue mountain village. All the essentials we needed were there and there was enough space for our group! Would definitely come back again :)

Great Stay!

The place is lovely, it actually looks smaller in photos than it is in real life! It very comfortably slept 10 of us with extra room. There is a great walkout area outside of the bottom room to enjoy at night, the balcony is also perfect for hanging out. It had everything we needed for our stay! Condition is as shown in the photos. The thermostat worked incredibly it was nice and cool the entire time and the sauna is a very nice added feature! The only thing I would let people know is there is a camera in the back which is fine but we did not know what it was for so we covered it. We later found out it is for a security company who just detects changes but wish we would have known about it earlier so we weren't creeped out!!

We enjoyed Blue Mountain for years, loved location so much we decided to purchase a property.

We decided to start renovations in October, 2018 and finished renovations December 21st 2020. All beds and mattresses, toilets and vanities have been replaced. Unit has been freshly painted. Couches, washer and dryer and kitchen cabinets, flooring and table have been replaced. All carpeting has been removed replaced by wood flooring. This unit is immaculate. Enjoy!!!
