Casa de playa recientemente renovada, ubicada a pocas cuadras de la tranquila e idílica playa Norte. La evaluación de la playa pública se encuentra en cada extremo de Bay Street. Restaurantes y tiendas se encuentran a poca distancia por el camino de entrada y al otro lado de la calle. Renovamos y actualizamos toda la casa en 2014. Nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina. Las encimeras de granito. Los ventiladores de techo. Vajilla, ollas y sartenes, licuadora, tostadora, cafetera y Kuerig son sólo algunas de las comodidades. Disfrute de sus comidas en la mesa de la cocina grande. También hay asientos para 4 en el comedor. Terraza acristalada cerrada de la cocina. La habitación solar tiene un sofá-cama con un nido que tiene capacidad para dos. Recién amueblado sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana grande,. Nuevas camas tamaño queen en las 3 habitaciones con TV y ventiladores de techo de pantalla plana. Los baños han sido actualizadas. Gran espacio al aire libre con patio cercado. Nuevo patio estampado de hormigón instalado en marzo de 2017. Mira las nuevas fotos. Relájese alrededor de la fogata o parrilla de su "pesca del día" en la parrilla al aire libre. Coge algunos juguetes de playa, el carro y el refrigerador de la nave y la cabeza a la playa o relajarse en el porche con un buen libro.

Great stay

We were very pleased with the location and the house.Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants.The house was clean, with great mattresses.The owner allowed us to come inside in case we arrived early.We lacked for nothing.

Great vacation house

House was clean and well stocked for a great visit to the beach. Short walk to North beach where we played in the water and watched the dolphins. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It has a fire pit which our teenage grandsons wanted to use every night. It is a comfortable walking or driving distance to the beach, stores, restaurants and Savannah. Would highly recommend this place.

House in ill repair

The owner was very nice and refunded our money minus VRBO fees which I feel should have been reimbursed as well due to never ending issues with the water. At times having no water at all. Other times, water shooting up out of the ground making it impossible to enjoy the patio. I wouldn't recommend staying there. Made for a very stressful vacation. I went on vacation to get away from stress, instead had lots of it.

Family trip Escapade

Let’s start things off on a high note..the place was clean, nicely furnished and amenities such as gas grill, washer/dryer, coffeemakers and walking distance to the beach 10 minutes tops… however I gave this property a 3 star rating simply because the “up keep” of the property was not as advertised on the Vrbo app! Upon entrance I was “taken back by” a strong smell of “pet urine mixed with mildew” coming from the wooden floor…also we noticed in the outside the corner of the roof had detached from the frame leaving an open whole for scavengers to potentially enter which was concerning because I seen a large raccoon later that night! Also in the family room, dust particles were heavily falling from the ceiling air ducts. The outdoor patio and shrubs were dirty and not as pictured. Lastly, 2 of the 3 bedrooms were smaller than what the photos advertised, the bonus bedroom is actually in the sunroom furnished with a daybed that has a detachable trundle bed underneath. The house could potentially sleep 3 adult couples in the bedrooms and 3 children (couch in family room and sunroom in the daybed/trundle). The house is in Tybee and walking distance to the beach. Make sure to use the main entrance to access the beach, because the residents in the gated community did not like us cutting through their parking lot to enter the beach.

Fun at the Beach

Clean and spacious

Lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed hanging out in both the inside and outside space. It was a easy walk to the beach and even easier to grab coffee.

Location, location, location!

This house is so convenient for beach access, good coffee and shopping. It's great if you want to venture into Savannah but not have the overnight noise. Tybee Island offers great dining if you want to stay local. We have stayed in this house twice.

Friends getaway

Property worked perfectly for our trip. There were 6 women and we had room to comfortably sleep, eat and gather in either living room or outside. Host was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend.

Great Little Beach House

Enjoyable beach home!

Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and number of bedrooms which accommodated 5 adults and an 18 month old. It was great being so close to beach access, some shops and restaurants as well as the lighthouse. We had a wonderful time!

We have had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. Great size. We had 5 adults and a 20 month old. My daughter brought a portable crib, but having the extra portable crib and the beach toys was really helpful. The little one slept in his crib in the back room near the kitchen and we could be together in the living room. When he laid down during the day he slept in the master bedroom in the other crib. He really liked the little rocking chair, it was just the right size for him. The fenced yard was great for our two chiweenies. Note the fence is high off the ground in a few spots and they could wiggle thru so be mindful if you have tiny dogs as they can escape. Literally had everything we needed for our vacation. Only bad thing is it's located off Soloman, worst street on Tybee as far as having a bumpy drive on it. It's the oldest street on Tybee. We rented a golf cart to tour the Island which we highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

A winter Get away from NY

Our stay was just great and the owner of the property was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The house was extremely clean, within walking distance of local businesses/restaurants and a beach access, and had all the amenities necessary for a delightful stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with two bottles of wine, fine chocolate and bags of popcorn. The back yard offered a cozy oasis with a fire pit for evening entertainment, barbecue grill for lush dinners, and shaded patio facilities for sharing meals and pleasant conversations. What else would one need for a perfect vacation? Our group appreciated all of the lovely touches included in the house to make us feel at home. I would recommend without hesitation this rental property; 5 stars out of 5!

AWESOME HOUSE!

We cannot say enough about the communication with the owner (Sherry) she was fabulous. The house was amazingly clean and very well equipped. We had friends in from South Carolina for dinner and had all we needed in the kitchen. Best of all the location is great, right across the alley to the best pizza on Tybee at Hucapoos and a block from the beach. Our 2 dogs loved the totally fenced in yard. It was exactly the type of rental we were looking for and would love to stay there again! Highly recommend!!!
