Muy Grande Ranch en 90 Acres aislado Duermen 9+, mejores vistas, cerca de Winter Park

Construido en 1967, Lazy RB Ranch se encuentra en 90 acres aisladas. Es un clásico de la casa de lujo mediados de siglo diseñado por Charles fregadero, un bien conocido modernista. WiFi equipado. (Le pedimos que NO reproducir películas o la televisión a causa de los límites de datos mensuales.)

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-cama y chimenea de leña. Tiene un baño completo con ducha y bañera, 2 lavabos, y vestidor. La habitación tiene dos camas individuales y su propio baño completo. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales y el cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama king y un sofá cama. El 3 y 4 dormitorios comparten un baño completo. El diseño es ideal para alquileres de 2 familiares; dos dormitorios se encuentran en un extremo de la gran sala, y dos están en el otro.

La gran sala es un asombroso 38 'x 19', con un 'techo de 17. Cuenta con un 6 'x 3' levantado chimenea de leña establecido en granito musgo-rock, con un sólido hogar granito. La pared oeste tiene un 65 'TV de alta definición con blue-tooth conectable sonido-bar, 120 canales de programación, y un reproductor de Blu-Ray. También hay un equipo de música muy bien con un conector i-phone / mp3. La pared sur es todo-ventanas, por lo que la vista es ... bueno, usted será impresionado.

La cocina es grande, con más y bajo hornos eléctricos de 4 quemadores anafe, microondas, nevera / congelador, y lavavajillas. So spacious and homey!

Spacious with amazing views

This lovely home has so much space and spectacular views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are easy to reach and responsive. Lots and lots of room to spread our. Breathtaking watching the sunrise over the mountains every morning. Highly recommend.

Mountain getaway

Property was great. Amazing views and amazing house. Lots of space for everyone and everything we needed was there. We were able to do a little sledding on the property and not too far to get to Granby Ranch for skiing and not too far from restaurants. Beautiful and quiet retreat for the family. Would love to come to this place in the summer in the future.

Winter wonderland getaway that is still close to it all

This home offered Amazing Breathtaking views! Our two families of four had plenty of space to spread out and also to come together. The 8 person breakfast table was great for games, and the living area was the best with its huge windows, incredible fireplace and reading chairs. The teens all loved having their own area in the basement with the ping pong table and foosball. Beds were comfy too. We were so happy to stay here and hope we can come again soon!

Better than we imagined.

we were in Tabernash for a wedding. Rented this property because of its proximity to wedding site, but had no idea how great this place would be. Very spacious house with plenty of room for our family. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around the property - clearly it is very special to him. The views were amazing and it was a great location if you are attending a wedding at Devil's Thumb. Very close to Winter Park and Frazier as well.

Beautiful location with constant views of the mountains.

We loved meeting Peter and hearing about some of the history of the home and his involvement in that history. After a very helpful walk through of the home we found it to be a very comfortable place for our family to enjoy the surrounding area, play games, view the stars and watch fireworks. The fishing kept our family busy and gave us stories to tell later in the evening. I would love to return to this home, sometime in the future. Cathy Johnson

Stoddard (& Amos) Christmas Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our group and we were so comfortable! They had every spice, condiment, pot or pan you could need in the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about buying stuff to only use it once or twice. The beds were comfortable, the views were incredible, and the fireplace was so awesome to sit around and enjoy each other's company. We played games at the huge dining room table, ate glorious meals, watched the horses frolic around and watched beautiful snowflakes fall! It was truly magical to be there during the Christmas holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed the historic Fraser tubing hill, as well as snowmobiling wih Grand Adventures. The location is easy to get to and only about 15 mins from everything you need. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this home another time! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Runaway to mountains

We rented the house for a New Year celebration and it was awesome! There were 11 people and plenty of space for everyone. New Year is a big holiday for all Russian speaking people so I am so glad I could find this house for the celebration. There is a spectacular view of the mountains and the sunset you can see from big windows. Fireplaces create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house has a convenient location and very close to Winter Park and around 20-25 minutes from Hot Sulphur Springs where you can sock and relax in natural hot tubs, which we did on the second day of our stay. I also want to say a couple of words about communication with the owner. Peter was explaining every question in great details. He adjusted our move in and out time for our convenience which was very nice of him. He also greeted us at the house and walked through showing everything around. We would love to come back to this lovely house. Thank you Peter for making our holiday unforgettable.

Unbelievable Home and Views...Outstanding

Have you ever seen one of those places in photos or on TV and imagine to yourself, "Wow, I'd love to experience that with my close friends and family!" and then wonder how you could ever have that opportunity. Well, this is that place. The view from the backyard of the house is enough in itself for you to decide to stay. You'll find yourself wanting to just sit outside, relax, and enjoy the scenery all day! The house is very spacious and provides plenty of sleeping space. We loved how authentic everything is in the house, the architecture, the style, and construction. Aside from the house and view, Peter is an excellent host. He's very hospitable, generous, and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. If you do need anything you may have forgotten, the town of Fraser is roughly 6 minutes down the road, easily accessible. And Peter is sure to have good recommendations on where to eat out if you feel the desire to do so. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and I plan to return to rent through Peter so I can share the experience with others. Thank you Peter Black!

Fantastic property

This s a great rental with a great host! Perfect location for activities that were fun for all ages, skiing, ice skating and areas to sled on the property. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. We hope to come back again!

What a Weekend!

It was a wonderful weekend with the friends. Beautiful view, great quiet stay. Peter showed us around the property and explained to us some of the history of the home. Close enough to town but you got the peace and quiet of nature that we wanted.

Beautiful Ranch

We loved our stay at the ranch! The View was breathtaking as advertised and the accommodations were more spectacular than advertised. Communication and check in went without a hitch. Peter was extremely responsive by email and text. The house itself is very spacious with an amazing layout for multiple family groups. What I loved the most was the charm of the house. Peter has managed to update the house with modern amenities while keeping the nostalgic feel of a house from a bygone era. We left wishing we could have stayed in the house another day or two!

Amazing weekend away

We had three families (10 people) stay at the Lazy R B Ranch over a three day weekend and had a wonderful time. Peter was a great host who embodied hospitality - he met us there with complimentary drinks & coffee, removed the snow and gave a tour of the home. The home is a sprawling mid-century modern (think Frank Lloyd Right) jewel and we immediately felt at home. The location of the home was ideal for us because it's right next to Devil's Thumb Ranch (half of us cross country skied) and about 20 minutes to the Winter Park Ski Resort. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

We rented this home for a wedding that was close by for our family of 6. Do not hesitate to book this property, it is in an outstanding location! The views are truly breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up each morning to see the horses in the pasture below and watch as the sunlight changed the beauty of the mountain range. The home is set up so nicely with bedrooms on either end of the home. Also, having 4 bathrooms made getting ready for our special events super convenient. The home made our stay very special we felt lucky to have found this property. The owner is very kind, responsive and provide great info.

A fantastic estate with views forever and privacy for days!

This property is amazing! We wanted to get out of Denver and chill. We did just that! It was so peaceful sitting outside, on the back patio, and the birds created a great soundtrack for us to here. The house was fully stocked, beautiful decor and a great sound system! We are thinking about making this a yearly trip and we all agreed this house is the house! Thank you so much Peter!

Incredible Property!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this home for a long weekend. The home has all amenities, the owner is friendly and helpful, and there is so much to do in the area. We were sorry we were not staying longer to enjoy the downhill skiing, the cross country skiing, the sledding, and the nearby sleigh rides. We attended a wedding at a nearby resort.

A welcomed surprise

From the moment I hit the “book it” button, it was a pleasant experience. I got Peter Black’s response quickly and he stayed very engaged during the whole booking process. He met us at the Ranch on arrival and explained to us some of the house history, which we really appreciated. We visited over the weekend and truly enjoyed our stay there. The house is very well distributed and the patio offers an amazing view of the mountains and a clear view of moon and the stars at night. The great room with the large fireplace is the perfect place to gather around with family and friends. In short, it was a very welcomed surprise.

fantastic winter getaway

This was the second time we rented this home and was again one of our favorite places to get away from the city. Our last stay was in summer, which was beautiful but we thought it was even more spectacular in the winter. The proximity to Devil's Thumb Ranch, Winter Park and Granby Ranch ski areas is so convenient for getting out for a few hours and gave everyone in our group so many options to enjoy whatever winter activity they wanted. Some in our group were so cozy by the fire they stayed in all day playing backgammon and were equally happy in their activity choice. This place is a gem and we can't wait to come back.

Memories for a lifetime......

This is a house carefully planned with families in mind. We feel very fortunate to be able to spend a few days here with our extended families, making memories to last a lifetime. The spectacular views from every angle made the experience a little surreal. We have rented vacation homes for years and can honestly say that Peter has been the most responsive & accommodating host we have encountered. In addition, the house is so well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed......Peter has covered every detail. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful venue for our family's stay in Colorado.

Gem with a beautiful view!

The photos do not do justice to this wonderful, comfortable house. The living room is grand with a gorgeous moss rock fireplace, large dining table and incredible views. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything we needed. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds, ample pillows, and soft sheets. We loved sipping our coffee on the patio in the mornings and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the mountains and Devil's Thumb Ranch below. The kids loved the foosball and ping pong in the basement and can't wait to come back. This house is everything you will want for a relaxing time with friends or family. We can't wait to come back!

Four of the Black family siblings own Lazy RB Ranch, along with their children. Our parents grew up in the area, and returned here for summer vacations starting in 1952. Peter Black has lived in the Boulder area since 1967, and is now a retired school teacher, taking on management duties at Lazy RB.

Robert & Reggie Black purchased Sky Valley Ranch in 1952. The 'New House' was built in 1967. The ranch has since been divided between family members, and the upper house, is now called Lazy RB Ranch, named after its registered livestock brand.

We love the memories we have of our times at Lazy RB. The whole family loves the ambiance of the crackling fire in the evenings. Many, many ski weekends have been enjoyed, using the house for 'home-base'. The sunsets can be so spectacular that they silence conversation. It is a magical place.
