Piso / apartamento - Sorrento

Hi,
are the owner of Pasquale Casale Nunziatina and I want to tell you a little history of this house.
It is an old farmhouse, with adjoining garden of citrus trees, vines and olive trees, which my grandparents rented in 1920 to cultivate the land. Following the rent, house and land, step 'to my parents and it' in this house we're born me and my brothers..Nunziatina was our mother.
The childhood was a very beautiful season of my life, constantly in contact with nature, but soon left the house and, after the nautical school, I conducted a career as a Merchant Marine Officer that I carry 'to become captain of oil tankers except returning on our farm for the holiday periods.
I was lucky enough to travel the world; meet people and found many friends; and to tell the truth, I have always been passionate about the hotel industry and that sense of 'respect and hospitality' 'for tourists.
Although my work would take me around the world still my great desire 'always been to return to live in the old farmhouse, where I was born. A beautiful place, where you can live in peace, in touch with nature, and wake up in the morning and hear the birds singing, and I would like to share this with all my guests.
Finally in 2003 I was able to buy 'our' home '. It appeared rather 'old' having been built in 1700, and required a long process of restructuring where it was virtually 'rebuilt' while retaining all the old features of Casale, such as walls, roofs, ceilings 'in time' and ceiling beams 'visible'.
A renovation completed, were obtained, four beautiful apartments with furnishings that I cared maniacally assisted from my sister Rosa, a woman with a strong sense of hospitality 'that helps me to go ahead running the Residence. Eventually I did manage to fulfill the dream to make available the apartments for the Guests who come to visit us all along the year. Guests which are always welcome as Family’s Friends to show them the place where we were born.

As already 'explained above, this is' the house where I was born and to which they are linked all my memories of childhood experiences with parents and siblings.
The four apartments, independent, overlooking a magnificent garden with tables and chairs to dine outside. Beach umbrellas and deck chairs to relax in the sun or relax in the shade of garden plants, which also includes the beautiful flowers.
It 's the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
