Best location.

Really good location where you are not in the busy/ touristy center of Rome but have access to lots of places both by foot and using public transport. There is a daily open market around the corner and a couple of different stores just a couple minutes walk from the house. House was really nice, clean and with all the amenities that were listed. Had a wonderful stay and Gabriella was really nice and helpful. Great place to stay!

Amazing Rome stay

Thé apartment is in a safe neighborhood, shopping and restaurants close by. Metro station very close. Apartment had everything we needed. Very clean. We appreciated the AC. Highly recommended for visiting Rome.

Our Host Gabriella was so amazing, the apartment was clean and bright, she left lots of breakfast goodies for us all and whenever we needed help she answered immediately and went above to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay for our family

Thank you Gabriella for the wonderful stay at your property. From the constant communications and the wonderful breakfast basket. Thank you and we had a great time. The place is a bit outside of Rome and getting to all the tourist spot took some time to get there. We are twice at this wonderful restaurant down the street that I would highly recommend. They made my daughter’s birthday dinner memorable. The place is called La Romanesca.

Rome Adventure

We had a lovely stay is this very clean and comfortable apartment. The host Gabriella met us on our arrival and was very helpful explaining the apartment and area. Gabreilla provided us with breakfast provisions too! It was a relatively short walk to the Metro station to explore Rome. We felt privileged to have stayed in this apartment and have a more authentic experience of life in Rome.

Rome visit

The property is in excellent condition and situated close to all amenities. It is on a quiet side street but very close to a busy neighbourhood. It is also close to the metro and a local bus terminus. Gabriella met us at the property when we arrived and could not have been more helpful. We would use this property again if we come back to Rome.

Wonderful

This is a wonderful 3 br/2bath condo outside of Rome but close to bus and metro. The host, Gabriella, is just fabulous, treating us with much kindness. She came and cleaned the place and replaced the towels and sheets already through our stay which was greatly appreciated. We stayed for two weeks in July and loved the air conditioning and local outside market, just down the street. This is a true gem and we can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic Stay

Gabriella was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. The apartment has everything you will ever need to enjoy your stay. The complimentary breakfast basket was like a gift from the heavens the day of our late check in. The walk to the metro is quick and easy and the neighborhood had a local outdoor market as well as Conad supermarket close by. Should I ever be in Rome again this will be the place I stay.

Super clean, excellent neighborhood location & great hostess (Gabriella)!

The apartment was very clean! I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one was the most clean and spotless. Check-in was very easy. Gabriella met us at the apartment and had delicious snacks in the kitchen which was a nice touch. Two of the three bedrooms had a nice balcony. The bedrooms were spacious. Perfect size for my family of four. The apartment has air-conditioning in the bedrooms! There’s a Nespresso machine with coffee pods in the kitchen and good WiFi connectivity. The neighborhood has many excellent restaurants such as La Romanesca Osteria and Mejo Cucina Romana. Short walk to the train station (Cornelia). Thank you - we would definitely stay there again!

Penomenal hostess

Rome was great and having a place to stay that made all places easily accessible was even better. Neighbourhood was superb, the little cafe at the corner of Pio IX and Boccea has a great cafe latte and chocolate croissant. Gabriella was very helpful, particularly when we arrived a little late (she was there waiting for us) and when we left ( she ensured we knew where our taxi was because it was delayed). We highly recommend staying there. The place is beautiful, very clean. We felt welcome. Thank you Gabriella

Clean spacious apartment

The host was very informative and helpful on our arrival. Everything clearly explained and lots of advice on nearby services. The apartment was immaculately presented and plenty of room for a family of 4. It is a 15min walk to the closest metro station and 15 min to centre of London. If you are looking for accommodation at less than prices for the centre of Rome this is a great option.

Fantastic Hostess, very clean apartment near a wonderful street market.

4 adults and 2 kids comfortably stayed here for 9 days. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is the gathering spot and the 2 balconies are great for drying clothes. Gabriella is an exceptional hostess leaving enough breakfast and bathroom items for our stay and she found a doctor to make a house call for my sick grandson and arranged for cabs for the airport. She is very responsive. The metro is a 7 minute walk and will take you into Roman sights in 30-45 minutes.

We love the apartment, big and clean rooms. I especially loved the fact that one room has its own bathroom, and well stocked. We appreciated the nice touch of leaving us with a fresh loaf of bread and the jelly. And the market, what a great surprise! We brought fresh groceries and the prices are affordable. Also, the area is pretty close to the center of the town, very easy to reach by metro and bus. I will definitely recommend it to friends and in case we go back, would love to stay tjere again

Comfortable in Rome

This was a great apartment for our 5 night Rome vacation. Communication and check in/out were very easy. The apartment is huge and was plenty of space for our family of 5. It was stocked with everything we could need and the comfort of the beds, shower, etc. made it the type of place we looked forward to coming home to at night. The neighborhood has everything you could need, with great restaurants, shops and an amazing daily street market just one block over. It was very hot while we were there, so the AC was amazing to have and worked great. The walk to the metro is very easy and then could get wherever we needed relatively quickly. We would be excited to return to Rome and stay here again.
