A 20 mt de la playa y con vista fabulosa de mar que se puede disfrutar de la grande terraza privada llena de sol. Todos los cuartos tienen acceso directo y independiente a la terraza que no se puede observar a partir de otros edificios, garantindo completa privacidad. El apartamento esta en el último piso de un edificio que hace frente al mar en la vieja parte de Armação, en un área peatonal con restaurantes, supermercados y otras tiendas. La playa de alrededor 6 kilómetros está apenas a través de la calle. El apartamento está orientado al sur y tiene luz del sol todo el día. Aire condicionada en todos los cuartos. Parqueamento cubierto disponible a apenas 100 mt.

Relaxing September break

Nice 6th floor apartment very close to beach and all amenities, ..Sun terrace was a nice feature. Would definitely visit again. Resort is friendly and quiet with a fabulous beach.. lots of local restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

Excellent location with a great beach across the road. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Great terrace in appartment Difficultly with adress for return transfer that went to a different appartment location so had to get another taxi that cost us a extra 80 euros

Great vacation

We spent fantastic three weeks enjoying beach, sun, great food and fiesta atmosphere. Apartment is just 100 m from the beach with unbelievable ocean view. Apartment has everything you can just imagine for a great time. Centrally located to shops and very good fish and farm market. Actually there is no need to have a car, but private parking is a great plus. There are a lot of interesting places around worth visiting. We are very thankful to Filipe for a chance to stay in his apartment.

Fantastic view

Location could not be beat. Great outdoor space that gave spectacular views of the beach in 3 directions. Lots of restaurants within short walking distances. Larger grocery stores within 15 min walk; smaller stores 5-10 minutes away. Apartment had everything that we needed. Owner easily reachable and responded quickly when we had an issue with the hydro upon checkin, resolving the matter quickly. Would like to return again.

Nice sea view

The main reasons to stay are the ocean view and the central location for visiting... The apartment is old and needs some renovation and changing the furnitures. There is no sofa inside... There are few good restaurants nearby. Parking lot is very narrow.

The Ideal Apartment

This is the ideal apartment for a stay in Armação de Pêra. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and has everything that you could need. Even a shopping trolly, which is very useful, particularly for carrying water. The terrace/balcony is large enough for a table to seat four and allows for unoverlooked sunbathing all day as it is south facing. The sun loungers are solid adjustable plastic with cushions and towels provided. The view is even better than expected. The location is two minutes from the amazing beach which is clean, sandy and has either sun loungers/shades for hire or plenty of space to set up your own. A variety of restaurants are available starting outside the building entrance and extending throughout the resort. There are small supermarkets within five minute walk and a Lidol about 15 mins walk. We never met the host but he was very accommodating in ensuring we had everything we needed and always responded quickly and clearly to any messages. In summary, a perfect apartment in a lovely family oriented resort.

The view from the big balcony is wonderful! The apartment is clean and there are a lot of useful things, e.g. a trolley for shopping/ going to the beach, a beach umbrella and a fully equipped kitchen. But I think the apartment could use a little "love" here and there. The lights in the bedroom are very bright, here and there are some cracks in the wallpaper and one lounge chair broke down when I sat on it (could be fixed, screw was a little loose). One important thing why I would not come again: On the Saturday we came and the following Thursday, in a distance of no more than 30 meters there was a big (official) party at the square. It went on until 2 o'clock in the morning. In addition to that a new rooftop bar, also 30 meters away, opened. EVERY NIGHT they play loud house music starting at 6 in the evening until 1 o'clock in the morning. It is impossible to sleep even if the windows are closed. Something has to be done about that situation.

A perfect location with wonderful views

We had a lovely time as the apartment has superb views, complete with a very friendly seagull! It Is perfectly located as there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and the beach is directly in front of the apartment. It is very safe and secure, being 6 floors up. It is also quiet as it is in a pedestrian area and the sound of the waves will send you to sleep. Whilst not luxurious it is very well appointed, with lots of utensils, crockery and cutlery to use. The dishwasher and washing machine were much appreciated. The double bed and pillows in the main bedroom are very comfortable, which is not always the case with Portuguese beds. The two bedrooms are compact but well appointed. As there were only two of us we only used the double bedroom.We did not use the air conditioning in the bedrooms so cannot comment on their efficiency. The bathroom was very clean if a little dated, but water pressure was good in the shower, although a larger shower head would have been appreciated. The garage, which is about 200 metres or so away and is a reasonable additional cost, is useful as the streets are not easy to park in close to the apartment. Our car was quite difficult to park as it was quite large so, if you are hiring a car, choose a smaller model. If you want a swish, glamorous apartment this is not for you but if you want a little slice of Portugal with memorable views, try it.

Gorgeous views and perfect location

We stayed 12 days in February 2023. The balcony from this penthouse is by far the BEST in the city. To get an unobstructed view from one end of the beach to the other allows for the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets as well as watching the activity below. We always felt very safe and the city was not crowded this time of year. The photos and description were 100% spot on. The building is very modern with good, clean elevators and marble floors. The location is amazing due to the proximity of so many restaurants, coffee shops, farmers market, etc. as well as being so close to the beach and promenade. The penthouse was very clean and comfortable; perfect for the two of us. We took daily walks (sometimes several walks a day) – we did not feel the need to rent a car. During our walks, we always noticed new things and beautiful architecture in and around the city. Three large grocery stores are within easy walking distance with a few convenience stores located within a block or two. Everything you need to make your own meals and enjoy them is included. We found it fun to figure out how to use certain appliances that weren’t labeled in English, like the stove, oven and washing machine. Based on the length of our stay, we had a complementary cleaning service come mid-stay which was a nice touch. Wi-Fi was excellent. The only thing that would have been nice is to have two keys instead of one but we could have kept it in the lockbox. Highly recommend!

Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Une grande terrasse avec une vue mer exceptionnelle. Très bien équipé. Immeuble très propre également. Le garage est bien pratique mais il faut avoir une petite voiture car l'espace est très étroit.En revanche, le soir c'est très bruyant : un bar à tapas en toit terrasse nous casse les oreilles avec une musique tam-tam jusqu'à 2h du matin, c'est insuportable. Alors n'oubliez pas les boules quiès. Domage que l'on ne rencontre pas le propriétaire mais il nous donne de bons conseils pour les restaurants. Le front de mer d'Armaçao De Pera est sympa et plutôt joli contrairement à la ville qui est très moche. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et avons fait de belles ballades sur ce beau littoral.

Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad. Net appartement, parkeerplaats om de hoek (in kelder, lekker koel). Mooi uitzicht en heerlijk balkon. Extra sleutel gekregen voor onze dochter. Was allemaal netjes en goed verzorgd.

Super Blick aufs Wasser

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage, die Wohnung ist super gelegen, mitten im Geschen, es gibt einen Parkplatz in einer Garage, alles super beschrieben vom Vermieter und nur um die Ecke. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür, super Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist wie immer Geschmacksache, für uns wirkte es sehr zusammen gewürfelt…von überall etwas, aber die große Terrasse entschädigt voll. Wir hatten auch etwas Regen, da hätte uns ein deutscher Sender im Fernsehen auch gefallen… Ein großer Supermarkt Lidl ist auch um die Ecke. Ansonsten waren die Tipps für Restaurants vom Vermieter sehr hilfreich. Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Mouette et bruit des vagues

Arrivée un peu compliquée car le sens interdit nous a fait peur et donc nous avons déchargé le coffre de toit de la voiture dans une rue avant , place de parking où il faut le coup de main pour s’y garer mais heureusement qu’elle était là car sinon impossible de se garer dans la rue . Sinon semaine avec un emplacement idéal et vue magnifique. Quartier animé et asse familial. Appartement bien agencé, literie super et climatisation indispensable vue la chaleur Meme si on est au bord de la mer

Point fort Emplacement de la location

Très bel emplacement central avec vue sur mer. L’ouverture de la boîte à clé n’était pas aisée et impossibilité de joindre la correspondante sur place par téléphone..mais finalement nous avions pu réussir.. Une 2 ieme lampe à chevet dans la chambre double serait bienvenue.. Sinon tout est ok et conforme à la description
