Wir waren für zweieinhalb Wochen mit unseren Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre) in der tollen Ferienwohnung zu Gast. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt: Die Größe der Wohnung, die tolle Ausstattung, der wunderschöne Meerblick von einer der Terrassen, das alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche umfangreich ausgestattet und das große Badezimmer sehr schön mit Wanne und Dusche (separate Toilette). Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen (kindgerecht mit verschiedenen Wassertiefen).Zudem ist die Vermieterin äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our 15 month old son. Everything was perfect -- the host, the apartment, and the town -- and we did not want to leave! Clotilde is the best. When we arrived, she helped us get oriented and made us feel right at home. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and has beautiful views. It is thoughtfully designed, with a great kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, etc), extremely comfortable bed and bedding, lots of storage for hanging clothes, floor to ceiling mirror for getting ready, bathroom with a fantastic bathtub, washing machine, etc. It's in a quiet, safe area. There is a scenic walk to the old town and beach, with steep cobblestone paths. The parking spot is right outside the front entrance, making it easy to go on car trips to neighbouring places like Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Monaco, Gorbio, Dolceaqua, St Agnes, and Peille. Menton itself is a delight with a beautiful old town and gardens, beaches, playgrounds, a lively town centre. Lots to see and do. We cannot think of anything that would have made our experience better -- everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Clotilde. Tolle, ruhige schöne Wohnung

Sehr saubere, vollständig und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt an nichts, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WC-Papier, Gewürze und vieles mehr steht bereit zur Benutzung. Abgeschlossenes Grundstück und eigene Einzelgaragenbox mit automatischem Tor. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, steht auch für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besten Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Séjour parfait dans un écrin de beauté

Très bel appartement avec grand confort et tout pour s’y sentir chez soi. La vue sur la mer est un grand plus. La grande piscine chaude très bien entretenue ainsi que les jardins sont, à notre goût, parfaits. L’accueil , la disponibilité et la réactivité de Mme Heller ont été très appréciables et de qualité. Résidence sécurisée, place de parking , aller au centre du vieux Menton en faisant une belle balade à pied avec vue magnifique. Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und erhielten als Gastgeschenk von Frau Heller ein Flasche Rotwein. Die sympathische Vermieterin ist äusserst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und reagiert innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Fragen.

Hervorragende Wohnung für einen Familienurlaub an der Mittelmeerküste

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Frau Heller hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Es war sehr angenehm, dass wir eine Grundausstattung (Spüllappen, Trockentuch, Shampoo, Seife, Salz etc. ) vorgefunden haben. Wir hatten alles dabei, aber haben uns sehr gefreut es vorzufinden genau wie eine wunderbare Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk. Die Wohnung ist etwas ab vom Trubel, aber die Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das war perfekt! Die Sicht von den unterschiedlichen Balkonen auf das Meer ist ein Traum!

The apartment was a really great place for us (2 couples). The facilities were clean and spacious. Really large outdoor terrace with great sea views. The property has easy access by train to either Italy or Monaco and Nice. The location requires residents to either be in good walking condition or have their own car to be in use. Down to the village is only about 1.6 km but a very steep route on foot down and of course the journey back steeply back. Our walking condition really rose during the holiday week.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche ist mit allem Geschirr und was man zum Kochen braucht perfekt ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Swimmingpool großartig. Dir Abwicklung war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement spacieux, très propre au sein d’une résidence très calme et bien située (15 mn à pied de la charmante plage des Sablettes et du vieux Menton). Mme HELLER est une hôte particulièrement sympathique et prévenante. Un grand Merci pour son accueil et ses bons conseils, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location !

Superbe appartement dans belle résidence.

Accueil très sympathique de Mme Heller. L' appartement est d'une très grande qualité. Spacieux et bien équipé. La résidence est très bien aménagée au niveau végétaux. La ville de Menton est très jolie. Nous validons à 100 %

Ein schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt sogar eine Spühlmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Dank eines Satreceiver konnte wir auch deutsches Fernsehen schauen. Von den zwei Balkonen hatten wir eine super Aussicht auf Menton und Italien. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und recht ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel aber der Weg zu Fuß in die Altstadt führt durch wunderschöne kleine Gassen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

A happy stay in Menton

We have had a lovely week here in this wonderful apartment. Our host, Clotilde was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our whole holiday. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our family with two children (8 and 15). It was a bonus to have two balconies and enjoy the excellent views to the coast and to Italy. Great location for exploring but f you do not rent a car, be prepared to walk up and down a steep hill for the beach and old town. No problem for an active family! The air conditioning in the main bedroom was very welcome and there are fans for the other rooms. Menton Garavan train station is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and the train service is excellent. A fantastic way to explore the Cote D’Azure and also into Italy.

Amazing place ! Amazing host!

We just returned from a 10 day stay in this lovey apartment. It was spacious, spotless, and most importantly had views to die for. No funny angles in the picture taking; what you see is what you get, and WOW, it is all pretty magnificent, from the sea to the gardens to the pool. Easy walk to beach, easy walk to town, so no need for a car (of course downhill is always so much easier than uphill... but a very small price to pay for such a view!) Almost as important was the hospitality of Clotilde and Michel. Clotilde was helpful, available, generous and informative with her time and answers. A true little bijou!!! Easter in Menton

We had a lovely week in Menton and had the pleasure too have this beautiful apartment. It is located near too the city center and the beach in a quite résidence on Boulevard Garavan. The apartment are well equipped, clean and has two nice balconys The owner responds very fast on email and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived

A lovely holiday

The apartment was lovely, on a very well maintained complex with a beautiful pool. Clotilde was very the perfect host: very welcoming and helpful. And Menton is a fine old town, with gardens, galleries and museums to visit, plenty of restaurants, as well as beach activities of course.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans le joli quartier de Garavan. La sensation de bien être s'est tout de suite fait ressentir quand nous avons posé nos valises dans ce bel appartement où nous avons toujours plaisir à revenir. Notre hôte est égale à elle-même et nous aurons le plaisir de la revoir. Je conseille vivement cette location.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful apartment

It was a warm welcome at our arrival in Les Miradors, the owner was very friendly. The apartment was really wonderfull with a nice view, very clean, for us was this a little paradise in a lovely part of Menton. Every day we enjoyed of the sea, the old town and relaxing on the balcony of the apartment. I would recomment this apartment, it is in a quiet part of Menton. The beach and the old town is very close. It was very nice to stay here, and hope we will travel next year again to les Miradors. I will certainly come back.
