Experimenta las montañas en una casa redonda. Ubicación Montreat Ideal. Directamente al otro lado de la calle desde las canchas de tenis, el patio de recreo, el Centro Juvenil (piscina, futbolín, ping pong) y Flat Creek. A pocos pasos de Centro de Conferencias. Las dos cubiertas ofrecen vida al aire libre perfecto. Relájese y disfrute de la vista a la montaña o escuchar el agua corriendo por Flat Creek. O pasar el día en la pintoresca cerca de Blue Ridge Parkway, explorando los senderos sin fin de Montreat o las encantadoras tiendas y cafés de Cerro Negro. Está a 5 minutos en coche de las maravillosas tiendas y cafés en Cerro Negro y a 15 minutos en coche del centro de Asheville, el Blue Ridge Parkway y la Casa Biltmore.

El nivel superior cuenta con un dormitorio principal con una cama de hierro king size, una cama doble y baño completo adjunto. Además, una gran sala con una televisión grande, techo con vigas de madera, chimenea, comedor, cocina completamente nueva y una zona de juego. En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una cama de matrimonio y otra con una litera triple y un baño completo compartido recientemente renovado. Estacionamiento para dos vehículos. Esta casa tiene una TV, cable, consola de juegos Wii, Wi-Fi, lavadora, secadora, aire acondicionado y el calor inteligente.

Beautiful house clearly well taken care of. Appreciated the little details like lots of hand towels, hair dryers, spices in the kitchen. Sometimes in a rental you think I wish they had “X” but here everything was provided (coat hangers, laundry basket, etc.) Walkable to the Assembly Inn, playground, and other Montreat facilities. Host was very responsive.

Fantastic Stay!

Love this house! Would absolutely stay here again. Can be hard to find centrally located homes in Montreat that are well kept and affordable, but this one ticks all the boxes. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house with great location

It was a pleasure and treat to stay at this house! The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and you can't beat the location for quickly getting to Montreat conference and clubs events. Amy was a very helpful and responsive host. We highly recommend this rental property!

Super up high "tree" house, great decorating, up to date kitchen and baths.

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable, great location, park nearby for the kids and lots of great hikes right in Montreat. Black Mountain and Asheville are great cities nearby with lots of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Excellent Location!

We loved our stay and already plan to come back. Montreat is wonderful and this home feels quintessentially "Montreat". You cannot ask for better porches.

Home away from home

Great place for our family of 5. 2nd time we have stayed in this home away from home. We love it. Great location in Montreat. We really enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts across the street.

Lovely getaway

This tree house is perfect for a family vacation, but also lends itself to a weekend with a few friends. The fall foliage created a lovely scene outside, while my friends and I enjoyed the warmth of the house and the modern amenities. Very enjoyable visit.

The Great Family Vacay

The house was in the perfect location for our kids to play at the playground and rock hop in the creek. The house has tennis rackets and pickle ball paddles which was also very fun for our fam. The layout worked really well for our fam of 7. It was a wonderful retreat for us.

Terrific house in a Wonderful location.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in the Barclay Treehouse. The amenities were wonderful and the location was perfect. Right next to the tennis courts and playground. The house was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for a week trip. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Quiet retreat

Great stay in Montreat

The Treehouse was a perfect place for our family to spend a week in Montreat. It was right by the amazing park with the stream running through it. We were there several times each day. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We have stayed in many Montreat homes, and this is one of our favorites!

Beautiful Treehouse

We really enjoyed our weekend in this house. It is beautiful with all the decks and windows you do feel like you are in a tree house. Loved the copper sinks in bathroom and wood look tiles. Everything is nicely updated but still has the cottage feel. Montreat is such a beautiful place to stay when visiting the Asheville area.

Such a great place! Perfect girls tennis getaway.

I had such a great time spending the weekend at your house! Several girlfriends of mine got together for a weekend girls tennis getaway. We loved that the tennis courts were right across the street and were so easy to access. Had so much fun hanging out on the top deck chatting and drinking wine with such a beautiful view. The home was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed the great restaurants that were nearby in Black Mountain. Looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful home in beautiful setting

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with room (and beds) to spare. It was very clean and had all of amenities and more than we needed. It definitely feels like an amazing tree house - so much so that my husband and youngest son read books on the staircase which has huge windows and large trees all around! From reservations to check in to our stay and check out, the trip was great. It rained the entire weekend we were there and the new porches were of great use. The owners were very helpful and made sure everything was great during out stay. We look forward to staying again next time we visit the Black Mountain area!

Top House in Montreat

Rare find in Montreat. Completely updated home in perfect location with great porches for relaxation. I was very excited about our week on Montreat and this great house with its central location, and nothing about the house failed to meet my expectations. If it's available, you should rent it. I have stayed in many Montreat houses and this one is at the top. And it has a great and easy to communicate with host. 5 stars across the board.

We have had such a good time renovating this unique home and are thrilled others get to enjoy this fun and unique roundhouse and this mountain town as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We love this particular property first because of its proximity to everything in Montreat. It is directly across the street from the park, the tennis courts, the playground and the creek. We also love being able to sit on the decks and look at the view of the mountains.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have recently added two huge decks, one is screened in. There is room for lounging, dining and playing games. It's been a huge hit with our guests.
