Wonderful view

Perfect location for morning swim before breakfast, then sitting on the balcony looking out to sea while eating croissants from the bakery downstairs!

fantastic holiday

We have spent a delightful 14 days of September in this very comfortable apartment with all mod cons, as we pretended. Both, the living room and master bedroom are very spacious, pleasant and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to use and bathrooms are very modern. But most striking were their balconies with sea view, the Lerins islands and beaches which we enjoyed throughout the stay. We also enjoyed the proximity of the beaches, the old port, the Suquet with its market and its characteristic streets, the walk along the Croisette and Rue Antibes. In addition, we take our time to visit several characteristic villages of the Maritime Alps near Cannes Elisabeth and Pierre have been very kind in his dealings and concerned to provide us a very nice stay. Undoubtedly, we will gladly return Abbiamo pasatto 14 giorni meravigliosi nel mese di settembre in questo molto confortevole appartamento con tutti i comfort, come aspettavamo. Entrambi, il soggiorno e la camera da letto matrimoniale sono molto spaziose, piacevole e confortevole, la cucina ha tutto il necessario per usare e i bagni sono molto moderni. Ma più sorprendente furono i loro balconi con vista mare, le isole Lerins e le spiagge che abbiamo apprezzato durante tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la vicinanza delle spiagge, il vecchio porto, la Suquet con il suo mercato e le sue strade caratteristiche, la passeggiata lungo la Croisette e Rue Antibes. Inoltre, abbiamo approfittato il nostro tempo per visitare diversi villaggi caratteristici delle Alpi Marittime vicini a Cannes Elisabeth e Pierre sono stati molto gentili nei suoi rapporti e interessati di fornire un soggiorno molto piacevole. Indubbiamente, ritorneremmo con molto piacere

Après des difficultés d’accès dans la rue pour déposer les bagages, l’appartement offre une vue magnifique sur la baie.

La vue époustouflante sur la baie justifierait à elle seule la location de cet appartement . Les pièces principales sur la mer sont meublées avec goût et soin , le contraste avec les pièces sur rue : chambre/cabinet de toilette avec rideau...et cuisine defraichie n'en est que plus accentué. Frais dits de 'ménage " très élevés... Accès à l'immeuble en voiture peu aisé (pas de stop parking ) mais nombreuses dessertes par bus .

Great location and good quality property - will go back!

This apartment is in a great location just next to Cannes Marina and directly facing the Mediterranean. The view is very special and the balcony is larger than some we have rented before . The apartment is well equipped and in particular was well stocked in the kitchen . We really enjoyed staying there and we would look forward to going again.

Magique, comme à la maison, la mer, la vue et le bruit des vagues en plus

Appartement très confortable et agréablement décoré, très propre, vue IMPRENABLE y compris pour les feux d'artifices de la saison. Accès aux plages du midi en 6 minutes chrono à pied, publiques ou privées votre choix. Centre de soins, massages, balnéothérapie, du Radisson Blu à 1 minute! Télévision, internet et autres moyens multimédia sont à disposition, y compris collection de CD et DVD (rétro). La climatisation dans toutes les pièces fourni le rafraichissement nécessaire en juillet/août, mais diner sur la terrasse au bruit des vagues est le moment de détente absolu. Le service inclus les draps et serviettes de bain, tous les accessoires de la vie courante déjà là quand vous arrivez (thé, café, sel, huile, vinaigre, tablettes lave-vaisselle, etc.), même les parasols pour la plage (ou les parapluies hors saison). C'est un grand changement comparé à beaucoup d'autres locations au vide absolu des placards. Nous reviendrons!

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location

We spent a week in this fantastic apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment is in a spectacular location with an unbelievable view of the coastline. The apartment was very spacious, airy and clean and fitted the description on the website accurately. It was very well located for the beach, the old town and the harbour. Elisabeth, Pierre and Sandrine were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We hope to visit again soon - thank you.

Our best apartment in Cannes

The apartment faces the sea directly with the old port of Cannes to the left, the mountains of the Esterel to the right, and the lovely islands of Lérins in front of you. Cleverly placed mirrors magnify the gorgeous sea view. The living-room/dining-room area is spacious and so comfortable that with the continuous presence of the sea through windows and mirrors we get the floating feeling of being in the stateroom of a luxurious cruise ship. The well-equipped kitchen makes you want to unleash your culinary skills. The famous covered market is just down the street, and the Neapolitan Rue Ménadier with all of its delicious food shops just beyond the market. Not only is the apartment central to the food markets, traiteurs and bakeries, it is also just a short walk from the great clothes shopping streets of Cannes, from the bargains on the Rue Ménardier, the trendy boutiques of the rue d'Antibes or designer stores on the Croisette. When you step out of the apartment you go directly to the sea through a little passage and across the street is the beach and its restaurants, or you can turn to the left and walk by the old port, with its own coterie of restaurants, and then you are in sight of the Palais des Congrès of festival fame, and the world famous Croisette whose whole landscape changes as the day unfolds, from locals on their bicycles with their baguette and newspaper (and dog) always ready for a chat, to children and edgy youth on rollerblades, the elderly well-dressed, tourists clicking away at selfies. As we attended several performances at the Palais des Congrès, we marvelled at being able to walk, sharing balmy evenings on the sidewalks and cafes with other strollers in a real resort relaxed atmosphere. Getting breakfast downstairs at one of the restaurants or going for a quick delicious lunch when we didn't want to cook was also a great convenience. We took pictures throughout the day: the sea changes color, the clouds move, the colors range from navy blue to turquoise, the cruise ships come and go, the sailboat school flotillas with hapless beginners offer endless entertainment, the golden light of the morning shifts into burnished tones in the evening. It is an endless spectacle. This apartment is a gem, perfect for an entry into the world of Cannes or a repeat visit. We have been coming to Cannes for many years and this is the best apartment we have rented. Mr and Mme Giry were perfect hosts, very caring about the quality of our stay.

Que du plaisir !

Habituellement nous louons à Antibes, c'était donc notre première location à Cannes. Et nous en sommes ravis : la vue est en effet magnifique, amplifiée par les miroirs de part et d'autre des grandes baies vitrées qui donnent sur la mer à 180°, aussi bien pour le séjour que pour la grande chambre. Appartement en effet luxueux et très bon accueil, du propriétaire par téléphone, de la personne chargée de nous recevoir également, extrêmement disponible. Du balcon, suffisamment large pour y déjeuner, on peut apercevoir la piscine des Thermes Marins situés juste à côté, où il est si agréable de réserver quelques soins. Plaisir supplémentaire, la cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui permet de profiter des excellents produits du marché Forville. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Fantastic Experience

The apartment was lovely. The view was spectacular. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped and appointed. The location is a short walk to food, water and entertainment or a short drive the many sites close by. We had a great week and hope we have the chance to return again soon.

Lovely terrace with a perfect view

We used only the main bedroom but it was a perfect bed. Something we find important. If you open the doors you hear the sea in your sleep which is very relaxing. The view over the sea is very nice, you can sit there all day and watch the yachts coming in and out and every day another cruise ships lying in the sea because they're too big for the harbor. Bring your binocular! Another very nice thing is that if you go out the apt building a bakery is just on your feet with a nice espresso machine. So you start your mornings with quality coffee and fresh breakfast on your terrace. If ever I go to Cannes again I will most certainly stay in this apt.

Wonderful apartment by the sea.

We've stayed here several times now and we love it. It's a beautiful very comfortable apartment with excellent amenities. The owners Elisabeth and Pierre are lovely people and do everything they possibly can to make your stay comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The view is fantastic and you wake up each morning to the sound of the sea. It's a very short walk to the lovely beach and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre. There are lots of very nice restaurants close by. Can't wait to go again. Thanks again to the owners. It feels like home from home.

Amazing Apartment on the French Riviera - Cannes

The apartment was really fantastic. It was a ten minute walk from the Palais and across the street from a beach. The air and wifi worked great and the view is amazing. Just a great experience and the hosts even helped us arrange a driver to and from the Nice airport which was super helpful. Highly recommended.

Brilliant

Wonderful apartment, close to all amenities, shops, buses, boats and beach. This is a very well equipped apartment with beautiful sea views. Thoroughly good holiday with my 80 year old mother as everything so close. Mr and Mrs Giry were very helpful and promptly replied to any questions I had. Would definitely go back.

Superb Apartment

We spent a fantastic 6 days at the apartment during the festival. The apartment was just as described - well appointed, very clean and the views from the balcony were amazing!! It is ideally situated for all you would want on a visit to Cannes only minutes from the centre of town. Elisabeth and Pierre were a real pleasure to deal with, they made the whole booking experience simple. Fantastic customer service they even took the time to recommend their favourite restaurants and suggest places we should visit - invaluable to a first time visitor - and the recommendations were great!! I couldn't recommend the apartment and the service Elisabeth and Pierre provided highly enough. Many thanks.

Superbe semaine ..........

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement qui offre à la fois un très grand confort et une qualité des lieux remarquable. Quel plaisir des yeux que de pouvoir profiter en permanence de cette superbe vue mer. Très agréable également, sa situation géographique, à quelques minutes de marche pour le marché Forville et le centre ville de CANNES, et bien sûr les balades, les restaurants. Sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons. Je conseille cette location à Seniors, vacanciers sans véhicules ou visites touristiques.

C'était parfait !

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement à Cannes. Nous aimons cette ville et plus particulièrement l'endroit exact où il est situé. Pour nous les 200 premiers mètres du Bd Jean Hibert sont les plus attrayants car très bien situés et proche de tout. La qualité de l'appartement, la gentillesse de Jean-Pierre et de la gardienne, la vue féérique et le balcon spacieux ont contribué grandement à notre félicité.

Très bel appartement, superbe vue mer plein centre

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement, meublé avec goût, très bien équipé et dont la vue panoramique est exceptionnelle. Situé à quelques minutes du Suquet et du marché Forville, il permet d'aller rapidement au centre ville et de profiter des commerces, en évitant le bruit citadin et en appréciant celui des vagues.
