Azzolina Villa in the green heart of Umbria near Perugia-Assisi-Spoleto-Todi

Villa Azzolina is nestled in a magnificent centuries-old forest in the green heart of Italy, Umbria. The property features a beautiful swimming pool available exclusively for guests' use.
The apartment called “ATTICO” is equipped with every comfort, featuring very refined furnishings in harmony with the local style, and is perfectly heated with the temperature set to your preference.
The owner also lives on the property with his family and his dogs. They are well-behaved and trained; they are accustomed to living alongside guests and love to play with them. If a guest does not wish to have them around, we will be happy to keep them in their enclosed area.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 people, with two large bedrooms featuring either double beds or twin beds, depending on the guests’ needs, and a small bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a large living room with a 6-seat dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and another 6-seat table, and finally a large bathroom with a tub and shower.
The pool is available to guests at no additional cost.

IMPORTANT:
Pool open from June 1 to September 31.
Minimum stay of 5 nights.
Check-in at 15.00 - 00.00 Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Parties are not permitted.
Instructions for key pickup will be provided on the day of arrival.

TOURIST TAX:
€1.20 per night per person for the first 4 nights, to be paid in cash on site.
Exempt:
- Residents of the Municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo.
- Minors under the age of 12.
- Individuals with disabilities officially recognized by provincial medical commissions pursuant to Art. 4 of Law 104/1992, 11 and Art. 381 of Presidential Decree 495/1992, and any accompanying person.
- Patients receiving day-hospital care at healthcare facilities within the USL Umbria 2 district and up to two accompanying persons, exclusion is subject to the presentation to the operator of a specific certificate issued by the healthcare facility, attesting to the patient’s or inpatient’s personal information and the period during which the healthcare services or hospitalization took place. The accompanying person(s) must also declare, pursuant to Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree No. 445/2000, that “the stay at the lodging facility is for the purpose of providing healthcare to the patient.”
- Families or individuals who are the beneficiaries of measures adopted by public authorities to address emergency situations resulting from natural disasters or for humanitarian relief purposes.
- Bus drivers and/or tour guides who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies.
- Employees and sales representatives staying for work-related reasons; personnel belonging to the State and local police forces, other armed forces, and the National Fire Department who are staying for official duties.

RATES AND EXTRA CHARGES:
Heating: €16 per day, depending on the season.
Final cleaning: 35€.
Pets: We personally love animals very much; however, we understand that some people may feel uncomfortable around them. Therefore, we are willing to accommodate pets as long as arrangements are made to ensure respect for other guests. A fee of 5€ per pet is required, in addition to the final cleaning fee.
