The condo was perfect for 2, had all the amenities of home away from home, full kitchen, washer dryer, even laundry soap, so no overpacking of clothes needed. Very tranquil and quiet except for the roosters of course, you get used to them!

Slice of paradise

Stayed here for 9 days with my partner. Check-in was very smooth. Very clean, comfortable, and we loved the amenities! The pool and beach are great. Great location, being 20 minutes from Poipu beach area, and 40 minutes to Hanalei bay. Lots of good hiking and food in the area. Would highly recommend this rental! Hope to be back sometime soon.

Excellent condo unit, great location on the property, clean and well maintained. Also great location on Kauai, easy to go either north or south. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Coconut Marketplace, Hukilau Lanai restaurant, Pua Kea Golf course, Princeville Botanical Gardens, and the Kauai Museum in Lihue are favorites! Aloha and mahalo!

Kauai Beach Villas

It looked like the listing photos and was in a good location. The bedroom and bathroom had a super musty smell, the bedroom was like musty urine. The dryer stopped working because of a broken sensor, so after the property manager and a tech came out they still couldn't fix it properly. I was supposed to get a partial refund but didn't. They primarily communicate through phone calls instead of messaging within the app which is annoying because I don't want to deal with more calls while on vacation, and when they mentioned a refund I have no record since it was via a call.

The rental process was easy and the communication with staff was excellent. Pros: Beautiful resort. Great location. Condo had the space and accommodations we needed.Cons: When we walked in the condo smelled very musty and the shower curtain had mold. The smell lasted for our entire stay but the Rental Co. did what they could to remedy our disappointment.

The unit is in great shape, a short walk to the beach, and most importantly, sheltered from what can be strong trade winds. The check-in and check-out process is a breeze. The Kauai Vacation Rentals team assisted with an emergency plumbing issue one day that we greatly appreciated. The lanai features a beautiful view of the interior lagoons, and we fell asleep every night out there to the sounds of palm fronds in the breeze and the fountain in the lagoon.We have stayed in this unit for several of our visits and plan to continue. It is definitely our home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here and for the most part this condo was great. It's clean, and has a great location, the grounds are manicured beautifully. Just a few suggestions: The screens on the shutters had come apart in a few locations. It took us a while to figure out where all the flies were coming from, but once we stopped opening the shutters, we were able to control the fly population. But we had to solely rely on AC instead of opening up the condo. Update the frying pans, and spatulas. We could not cook an egg on any of the pans without it sticking horribly, and the spatulas were so cheap that you couldn't really do much with them, they would bend at the handle.Those things being said, the condo is totally worth the stay.

Perfect getaway location for all your adventures

Reviewer Comments: The rental was perfectly located in Lihue, which meant fairly equidistant trips to the north island beaches and State Parks, as well as to Waimea Canyon and state parks on the South/West side of the island. Also some of the best food spots, luaus, and guided tours leave out of the west side or Poipu which are very close. We’d definitely stay here for this reason alone.As far as the room goes, it was also great! The AC was ice cold for us in June when it was 80+ outside. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools you could need (lots of pots, pans, knives, etc). However, as stated by another reviewer, there were no condiments or ingredients so fortunately we brought with us most of what we needed from the mainland to keep costs down. Worth mentioning here is there are two 24hr Safeways 9-12min away in either direction. Helpful when everything closes on the island by 5-6pm. The bed was large and comfortable, and a separate AC in there for cool night sleeping! Though we didn’t have as much time as expected to enjoy the pools, we did make it out there which was effortless. Big refreshing pools and three hot tubs. Not overly crowded either. We would definitely stay here again!

It was my first time visiting Hawaii, and I was so excited to stay at a relaxing location that was convenient to the things I wanted to see and do! This rental did not disappoint! It was immaculate, comfortable, on beautiful grounds, and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and many beaches (not to mention gorgeous Kauai Beach which was a 3-minute walk across the grounds from our unit)! We are already planning a return trip for August of 2024!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were to stay here for 14 days. The place was great. Lots of kitchen supplies. Comfortable king size bed. It was great to have access to the larger pool and hot tubs at the resort which was a short walk away. The problems were that we could not use the balcony but others around us were using theirs. We did get a lower price due to this. Then on day 9 they started construction in the villas right above or beside us waking us up each morning with loud noises. The rental company did honor our request to be moved.
