There is a decent view of the ocean from this condo, not straight on but a sideways view. The condo is suffering from age and needs some updates but it is comfortable.

The apartment was tiny, very dated and not quite as described. Paying a very large cleaning deposit and then being required to do the bulk of the cleaning was very frustrating. The bed was terrible the sofa bed mattress was stained and so disgusting. The unit was not in a great location but that was not made clear in the listing and I believe that it should have been. The staff at the gate were incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. We will not stay here again. This not was not at all worth the money.

Weekend at Pelican Point

Everything was excellent! The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well equipped.The view was beautiful. The location was very quiet and relaxing. We will be back for our 3rd visit to this condo!

Out of the Heat

Escaping from the heat of the Central Vally for the breezes, waves and coolness of the Coast. Pajaro Dunes is quite and accessible. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Relaxing Ocean Retreat

My spouse and I rented this property to attend a beachfront wedding on the premises. It was convenient to the venue and a peaceful and comfortable. The condo had all the amenities that you would need for a nice getaway. I would suggest two things providing a Duraflame log in the fireplace for guests and shampoo/conditioner. I looked forward to using the fireplace and was disappointed when we had to go out to the store after checking. We had to buy a log and shampoo/conditioner. Outside of those two issues, the space was a nice weekend retreat.

Horrible unit

I had to check out after one day due to multiple issues with no hot water, couch that smelled like animals, unadvertised third floor unit with an non ADA compliant three hundred foot ramp to unit, dirty balcony, dishwasher not properly functioning, very dirty. No expected VRBO perks like seasonings, coffee, etc.

Needs updating.

Very dated condo. Nice view, but not a single comfortable place to sit or sleep. Very disappointed but we stuck out the week as we enjoy the beach. Owners need to be their own guests. Hate to complain. Hopefully some changes will be made.

Needs updates and maintenance badly

Everything is worn out. Have pictures if you like. Cabinets don’t shut in kitchen. Have a rock to hold open bathroom door. Molding missing around baseboard spiderwebs in windows. Furniture is really worn out with springs showing through. We had stayed at Pajaro Dunes before and loved it. Would not stay at this unit again.

Lovely beach vacation

This was a great location. I would caution that the pull out couch is not fit for an adult or even two older kids. Our small children slept fine but the pull out was in rough condition. Everything else was great.

Unit was dated, but comfortable and clean and most importantly quite. Was concerned about the comments regarding the bed, but seems they got a new mattress for the bedroom. Million dollar view and more or less had our little spot on the beach to ourselves. Definitely in our happy place. Even had a fire on the beach which was nice. Highly recommend Pajaro Dunes. Note toaster didn’t work good. Burnt one side and hardly cooked the other. No it wasn’t on bagel mode. Other than that, but we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing location steps from the beach

My family and I stayed here for three nights. It was very relaxing. We left the windows open in the evening while listening to the ocean. Check in process was a bit confusing at the beginning but the front desk attendants were very sweet. There are several grocery stores about 10-15 minutes away + fast food. Very convenient. I will be returning to Pajaro Dunes.

Nice stay but no check in communication

We always love staying at Pajaro. Was disappointed though at the lack of communication about check in procedure prior to our arrival, even after messaging the property manager via the app to request info about check in. This meant that on our arrival we were basically just trying out each booth in the hopes that they could tell us what to do, and it was evident at the first location that the attendant was annoyed at the lack of info we had but what could we do! All I could tell her was our reservation code and show her my booking on VRBO.

Nice location, close to ocean

Nice location, I had a very nice view of the ocean but you can tell the property is very old and dated. We did not use the kitchen much as we were in and out enjoying the scenery of the surrounding areas. But the sleeping arrangements were horrible, it is advertised as sleeps four but the sofa sleeper that they expect you to sleep on is the worst “bed” I have ever slept on. Husband and I had to give our bed to our girls because of how uncomfortable the sofa bed was, they also let us know that the bed in the bedroom was not comfortable at all and made lots of noise when they moved all night.Was the longest three nights of my life as it came to the sleeping part. We would probably come back to the more updated modern properties but definitely not to this one, I haven’t taken Motrin so much in my life so that my back would stop hurting.

Amazing get away

We had the best time on our vacation, everything was what we expected and we all loved our stay.. the only complain we have is the bed! The mattress is absolutely terrible! It’s to bad that it hasn’t been replaced! A vacation is about relaxing and it’s impossible to sleep much or with any comfort on that bed.. With that said, the overall experience of everything else was so amazing I’d probably rent this same place again but I would bring either an air mattress or some kind of foam cover for the mattress..

Nice and quiet the inside was dated but as to be expected

Furniture was Lil uncomfortable bed needs to be replaced very used ,beach access was great check in was speedy yes I would stay agin but I would bring a foam mattress topper to help make bed more comfortable so I could sleep thru the night.. first 2 night found my wife asleep on couch said she keeps rolling to middle of bed every time I moved other then bed we enjoyed the stay price was great. Thank you
