Apartamentos de vacaciones "La Piazzetta di Roma"

Nuestra propiedad consta de dos apartamentos que dan a un patio privado.

Es la mejor opción para las familias que viajan juntos o para grupos de amigos: tiene espacio al aire libre donde los huéspedes pueden pasar tiempo juntos asegurar la privacidad a la hora de acostarse.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso al patio donde la cena juntos en los días de sol, a la terraza con césped sintético, tumbonas y barbacoa y la glorieta.

La propiedad consta de dos apartamentos que dan a un patio privado, a pocos metros el uno del otro.

El apartamento A se compone de 1 habitación doble con baño privado con jacuzzi, un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y baño privado con ducha, un amplio salón y una amplia cocina.
El apartamento B consta de un dormitorio con 3 camas individuales y un baño privado, un segundo dormitorio con una cama doble, un baño con ducha, una sala de estar y una pequeña cocina.
Nuevos colchones de espuma de látex con memoria para su mejor descanso.
Parking privado, aire acondicionado, conexión a internet WIFI, caja fuerte, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar, completan los servicios ofrecidos.

No hay depósito de seguridad.
Tarifa de limpieza final: 40,00 € a pagar en efectivo en euros a la llegada.
Se requerirá un cargo por check-in tardío de 20 € para llegar después de las 09:00 pm.
Debe pagarse en efectivo a la llegada.
Entrada por la noche hasta tarde disponible por clave de acceso clave de los armarios.
Los códigos de acceso se enviarán después de recibir una copia de los documentos de identidad de cada huésped, según lo exijan las autoridades italianas.

Was an amazing stay. Any issues was taken care right away. Close to metro and clean and cute apartments. Close to grocery store. Loved our stay.

Nice apartments for large group

The host was very helpful from the time we booked until we left. We enjoyed our stay. The a/c struggled to keep up, but we were there in the heat of August. I would definitely recommend these apartments to other travelers.

Great place for our medium sized group

We did a family vacation to Italy for our 20 year anniversary with all our kids. This place was great to accommodate our group with affordability and easy to get to public transport to get around the city. Place was just like description and Massimo was excellent at helping us to make our way around Rome

Great for families

Excellent place to share with two families. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers, and we had plenty of space. The garden is lovely and picture perfect. Very easy check-in and check-out. We all would highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay in Rome. The host was very accommodating and provided answers to all our questions. It was also nice to be able to park our 2 rental vehicles in the gated driveway.

Courtyard apartments

Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, kitchens not particularly well equipped but we didn’t really use them, excellent little courtyard between the two apartments, generally a good stay. Cornelia metro stop gives quick access to the whole city. ( The walk there takes at least ten minutes along a hot and busy main road so I was glad our children were old enough to take it in their stride. Wouldn’t fancy it with small children).

Great Space

We had a lovely time staying here! It fit the 8 of us super comfortably! We loved the courtyard! It's a bit far from the city center, but we knew that when we booked. With that being said it was super easy to get a taxi/uber and take the Metro. The house was very clean and met all our needs! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Best Value in Rome

Plenty of space for the seven of us to spread out. Massimo met us as promised and explained the property’s rules as well as provided advice on how to travel safely in Rome. The property is very well organized with meticulously illustrated instruction manuals which answered all of our questions. If you visit Rome, we highly recommend this property!!!

Italian multi family apartments

It was a great place to stay, we were 9 family members, 3 married. Couples with 2 kids and grandma and we were able to use both units and we all stayed comfortably and had the patio to share. Uber and taxicabs were easy to access and there are restaurants, grocery and shopping walking distance. Close to the Vatican too.

Amazing for a family vacation

Wow! This property was amazing for us! We stayed with my parents. It was perfect for them to be in one apartment and for my husband and I to have our own place. It is a quick journey to the bus stop and from there you can go all through Rome. I love this place had a more true local feel than just tourist. Everything was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable. Very accomodating with our arrival times and with directions if ever needed. Thank you!!

What a Great Place!

We loved outr stay here, it was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk to the Metro, which takes you wherever you want to go in Rome. We always felt safe in the area. We rented a minivan and the parking was perfect and gated. Right down the street is a great restaurant which was nice when we were back early and didn't want to venture far to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Such a pretty place with all the flowers and plants, and the upstairs deck was perfect for a night of drinks. Massimo was a great with communication and greeting us when we arrived. We felt lucky to stay there!

Amazing

There we 6 of us .My mom needed a wheelchair, so she stayed in the Cesar apt. The court yard was cool and breezy, Great for family dinner. Massimo respond quickly if we had a question.I would recommend if you have a large party to use a cab . Recommend to condense your luggage. Overall we had a really great stay.

Beautiful oasis

We only ended up using Apartment A, but the apartment was wonderful and very well maintained. The courtyard and rooftop are a beautiful oasis in the city. The metro is about 1km walk and then you can easily be anywhere in Roma. There's also free parking. The only thing that would give me second thoughts next time is if we wanted to be closer into the city because everything required a bus or metro. That said, given the reasonable price for such a nice place, I'd say it's worth it.

Quirky property in nice neighbourhood

Because the property is actually two apartments joined by a shared courtyard, it really suited us as two independent couples. The place is quirky with comfortable beds and in a nice local neighbourhood. It is a 15 minute walk from the metro station along a busy road but it was quite at night for sleeping. There is a choice of restaurants for eating at night and it was nice to come back to the local ‘normal’ area after the craziness of central Rome. Massimo was a good host and organised a private taxi to collect us from the airport and take us back again. Recommended 👍

Wonderful stay in Rome

Our stay was great! There were 10 of us in our group and we all had our own space. Renting the two apartments was wonderful,as we had the rooftop patio and court yard. The kids had room to play. Massimo was so helpful. He had all the information we needed, was great in directions and where to eat. He made our stay easy. That’s what you want. We had maps and directories and he even arranged for our pick up at the airport. We all had a lovely stay. If I am ever in Rome again, I would definitely stay at this property again. Just a fantastic way for our group to have been introduced to Rome! Thanks so much Massimo!

Loved this property!

Everything about this property was great for our first time in Roma! The place was very spacious for our family to fit comfortably. It was very clean and all essentials were provided. When we ran out of toilet paper we did have to purchase more on our own as this is not provided in the rental. The neighborhood is very safe & quiet and it is a great way to get acclimated to the culture and lifestyle. Unfortunately, the key to one of the units broke off inside the lock, but the host was very responsive and was able to get the lock fixed and provide a new key right away. We never learned to take the bus, so taxi rides got pretty pricey. But overall the trip was everything we imagined it to be...FANTASTIC!!!

Great for a group.

Had a great stay. The apartments filled our needs. Beds were comfortable. There is a/c but didn't use or need it, weather was cool. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the patio because it was raining a lot during our stay. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Learn ahead how to use a bialetti or buy nescafe cups (he has a machine). We enjoyed the upstairs patio one evening. We didn't use the bus, but walked to the metro to get into town. It's about a 15 min walk to get there which we needed for all the good food we ate. Massimo was very helpful arranging for our transportation to and from the airport.

Wonderful Accommodations While in Rome

This was my sisters and my families first visit it to Italy. We like to immerse ourselves in the local culture and this property did not disappoint. Massimo was very very attentive and answered all of our pre-arrival questions (currency, power considerations, airport transfer & activities). He was there to meet us at the property despite a 5 hour arrival delay and explained everything about the property, location of the market and trains. The property, 2 individual apartments w/ a beautiful shared courtyard, had everything we needed and more. On our first full day there the transit folks (train & bus) decided to strike and we had no way in to the city but Massimo came to our rescue and managed to arrange for a personal ride for all of us. We could not have asked for a better host and location for our trip!! Thank you Massimo :-)

Excellent Rome Experience and Stay.

The property host Massimo greeted us at check-in guided us through the property and explained about places to go and see along with his recommendations. To top it off he had it all published in a property guide for us to review and look at if needed. He assisted us with transportation from the airport to the apartments and then to the port for our cruise and upon our return from the port back to the airport. He was quick to answer all questions and address any issues we had. I was able to stay in contact via WhatsApp. We had eight staying together it was real nice having the courtyard to enjoy some evening drinks before ending the day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Massimo is at the top for a host. Highly recommend this for your next trip to Rome. We used ItTaxi and a couple other rideshare apps for getting around without issue. Absolutely a top experience above our expectations.

Christmas in Rome

We had an amazing time in Rome! Booking was easy and Massimo was great responding to our questions and help with navigating public transit when we arrived and other questions during our stay.We traveled with our 4 young adult children and my Dad. (7 total). The accommodations were perfect for us. The listing of 1 double bed in each unit for those looking at this property from USA the beds are closer to our king size . All of the beds were very comfortable especially after walking site seeing all day. The bus stop was just across the street and metro about a 10 min walk with a larger grocery store at that corner as well. The property is as shown in the photos with all amenities. It is in a residential area that was quiet off of a busy street. It is within a 45-50 min walk to Vatican City. Faster with public transit. It was a great place to stay with our large family. We could eat breakfast in and have a larger meal out in the afternoon or evening. We were very lucky with great weather, sunny in the 50 - 60s F and the city was not overly crowded the week of Christmas. If you are looking for a great place to stay while in Rome you will be happy here! Thank you Massimo 😊

Heerlijk verblijf

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in La Piazzetta. De kamers waren ruim, met elk een eigen badkamer. De patio was heel fijn, we konden elke dag lekker buiten eten.
