Uno de nuestros Portland Vacation Homes es una unidad de estudio espaciosa de 560 pies cuadrados ubicada en una encantadora casa victoriana (también VRBO 478812) con mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos más nuevos. Hay una lavadora y secadora. Ofrecemos un espacio acogedor salón para relajarse tras un ajetreado día con un sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana, chimenea y aire acondicionado para los días cálidos. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con acero rango para cocinar, microondas y lavavajillas. Si usted está aquí por negocios hay acceso a internet inalámbrico para el equipo (y blue ray). Este maravilloso apartamento de estilo vintage tiene un plan de piso abierto pintoresco, con su mesa y sillas de patio justo fuera de su puerta.
Esta unidad se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la popular Avenida 23 NW cerca de Thurman con un montón de boutiques, tiendas de diseño para el hogar, tanto de las tiendas conocidas y locales, antigüedades, rutas de senderismo (a pocas cuadras del Parque Forestal), parques, galer��as, restaurantes fabulosos ya sea para la hora feliz o restaurantes, panaderías europeas, cocidos locales y pubs, cafeterías ... simplemente sobre todo para una agradable visita a Portland. Está muy cerca del tranvía para un acceso rápido al distrito de Pearl, al río Willamette y al centro de la ciudad. Además, si está caminando, ¡está a poca distancia a pie! La casa se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida con un montón de aparcamiento en la calle, además de un camino al final de la calle de acceso directo a Thurman, donde las cafeterías, panaderías y boutiques francesas comienzan. Sólo una cuadra se encuentra un supermercado urbano consciente conveniente para las necesidades diarias de la salud y abastecido con productos frescos locales. Cerca del transporte público ... hace de este un excelente lugar para quedarse, ya sea por trabajo o por diversión.

The location was excellent - great shops and restaurants within walking distance in a quaint, beautiful neighborhood. The studio was clean and well-stocked, and Becky (the host) was prompt and friendly in all communications. We had a bit of an issue with the Keurig machine - which she immediately addressed (although the replacement still didn't work). But "life happens", and that very minor incident didn't affect an awesome experience for us! I would highly recommend this property!

GREAT PLACE

Booked for a wedding at Hoyt Arboretum and reception Crystal Ballroom. Perfect location. I was easily able to park on the street and get everywhere I needed to quickly. The unit was lovely, very quiet, had everything and a mere one block over there are streets and streets of restaurants and shops. Becky was a dear at helping me with anything. Thank you, thank you. I hope to book again for another visit.

Perfect property in Nob Hill

This property was spot on as described. The initial instructions were clear with the checkout being the same. This property is the perfect place from which to walk to the many shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. This property has everything needed for a Portland visit and the property manger couldn't have been any better.

Great location Rental

I tapped the calendar Wed, Thurs, Fri. thinking I would stay 3 nights. It was only 2. If you are new at booking online, be careful. Becky tried to help but the unit was already booked for Friday. BTW free parking means on the street, if you can find a spot!

Great spot for a Portland stay

This place was a great place to stay while in Portland. We loved walking around the area. Wohld absolutely stay here again. The only issue we had was the bed was a bit hard to get in and out of.

Great visit at the Victorian studio

We have stayed in this studio twice on our two visits to Portland and will definitely stay there again when we return. This studio was very clean when we arrived and is well organized. It has a full kitchen with all appliances and accessories for preparing any meal. I didn't realize how comfy the bed was until I got back home and slept on my hard bed. The studio also has a washer and dryer and the sofa will pull out into a full size bed if there are more than two people staying there. Our last visit was in November and the heater kept the apt. nice and warm. Our first visit was in August and the air conditioner kept us cool when it was 95 degrees outside. Becky (the owner) who lives on site quickly responds to any questions and, also, provides a free pass for on street parking. There is, also, a Roku TV with endless free viewing. This is a great quiet location In NW Portland and in 5 minutes or less you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries.

Just Perfect for Us

I stayed for three weeks in Becky's studio. It was very clean and in a great location for coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Becky is an excellent host and was extremely responsive when I contacted her which was only twice and for minor issues. As a senior, my only issue was finding a parking space and therefore never ventured out if I had to return after dark. I would definitely stay here again but probably would not bring my car.

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood

Nice, clean and quiet property in a quaint neighborhood that has everything you need. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shops within easy walking distance with public transportation a ten minute walk away to connect you with the rest of the city. Great host with quick communication.

Great location

Well appointed and maintained. If you have a car, the parking permit provided is priceless and it is set up prior to your arrival. Located on a cul de sac makes parking easy as there was always space available. My visits are primarily to be in the Alphabet District the entire time. The location afforded me the opportunities to enjoy everything in the District by just being able to walk everywhere easily. The owner is informative prior to arrival and quickly responds to any questions or concerns. All in all I loved this place.

Great location, well kept atudio

This was a wonderful studio for me and my spouse. I would recommend for a couple. Is small for four people. The location was absolutely perfect. It was walkable to a beautiful park for hiking and a vibrant neighborhood with shops, eateries, and bars. Becky, the manager, was helpful and responsive. The check-in was super easy and there was street parking. I would stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This was an amazing property in such a cute neighborhood!! Tons of places to walk, grocery, coffee, shopping and restaurants. We booked the stay for a concert and would gladly stay again anytime we are in Portland. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, etc.

Perfect Hideaway

Great location just off NW 23rd. Close to restaurants and shops. Nice studio layout. A/C worked very well despite the 100 degree days. Well maintained amenities and landscaping.

Tucked away on a quiet street while close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and other businesses

This studio is a cozy size, hidden down a sidewalk from a cute, quiet (dead end) street. A drawback that isn’t easily fixable: There were people in the unit above (which I believe is also a vacation rental), two out of my three nights. It was easy to hear a lot of their movements and a lot of conversation (!) when their voices were a little louder (including when one person was on a phone call). It was like having “thin walls” except it was the ceiling. That was somewhat surprising and annoying but at least they quieted down around 9 p.m. both nights. I followed available directions for taking out the garbage including the combination for a lock farther down the sidewalk to the back of the building for the garbage and recycling, but the combination didn’t work to open it, so I had to leave the closed garbage in the unit. It could have been user error since I was in a rush, though. The refrigerator (which needs a little ‘foot’ added to the front right corner - it wobbles a lot right now) is a great size, microwave and oven were easy to use. The coffee maker was full of grounds, which was not fun to discover, including some in the empty pot but I was wanting some badly enough that I cleaned the filter basket and pot. Not sure how clean the water reservoir got but I did my best to rinse it before filling it to make some coffee. The coffee provided is okay but I’d recommend bringing your own if you like something dark/strong tasting. There was a bowl of individual creamers in the fridge which helped a lot! I brought my own sweetener assuming (correctly) that there wouldn’t be any provided. There is a dishwasher but I didn’t use it - handwashed dishes instead with provided soap and sponge. There is a disposal, too. The a/c unit was easy to use, quiet (yay!) and I was grateful for it given a warm day on arrival and fluctuating weather during my stay. When I reached out to the host by email with questions, they responded quickly - that helped a lot!
