Nuestra casa es un lugar ideal para pasar unos días en estos tiempos de incertidumbre.

Hemos incorporado todos los protocolos de limpieza y desinfección recomendados por la OMS pero además, hemos establecido un periodo de 2 días en el que la casa permanece totalmente desocupada entre la salida de un huésped y la llegada del siguiente, además, los procesos de check-in y check-out pueden realizarse online. La situación de la casa, en una zona residencial con poca ocupación, la convierte en un lugar idílico para pasar unos días de descanso.

En primera linea de mar, sobre acantilado de 10m de altura, con cala accesible, vistas a la isla del Toro y a las islas Malgrats. Gran cocina con mesa para 8 pax, totalmente equipada. Dispone de 4 hab. en planta principal y una suite en planta superior con terraza. Sala de estar y salon comedor con chimenea, ambos con salida a amplias terrazas, equipadas con muebles de diseño y un comedor de verano. Vistas impresionantes desde toda la casa. Zona residencial de Santa Ponsa, muy cerca del Golf y del moderno Port Adriano.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Check in was easy. The villa was lovely and clean with all bedrooms made up, with spare bedding and heaters if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need and was nice and spacious so everyone could help cook. Plenty of space to sit both inside and out, room for all the family. The pool area was great and the outside toilet and shower meant no walking wet feet inside. The villa was easy to find and is in a nice quiet area. The best bit of this villa is without a doubt the view, we highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic holiday

Fantastic views, walk down the rocks to the ocean. Quiet and great for a morning swim. The house is beautiful and made with a lot of love. They have taken care of all the small things that you may need during your stay. We were 9 adults and had a fantastic time. The kitchen is large and house spacious that we never got under the other persons feet. Swimming pool was loads of fun too.

Family Holiday

Lovely house with amazing views. Plenty of space for the whole family. Kids loved the pool and was in it most of the time. A car is a must for you to be able to get about but other then that I would definitely return to the villa.

Sehr schöne Villa mit perfektem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr schönes Haus in erster Reihe oberhalb der Felsküste mit perfektem Blick vom Frühstückstisch direkt aufs Meer. Kein Neubau, aber gut gepflegt und geräumig für 9 Personen oder mehr. Der Esstisch ist ausreichend groß und durch zusammenstellen der Sofas finden alle gemütlich Platz. Dazu gibt's einen Pool, großzügige Terrassen und einen Kamin. Ansonsten auch mit Elektroheizungen warm zu kriegen im Winter. Einzig die Küchenausstattung an Messern und Schneidebrettern könnte etwas besser sein. 3 Betten sind Kinderbetten und nur 1.80m lang, die Doppelbetten sind okay, teils aber nicht super bequem. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und problemlose Kommunikation per E-Mail und WhatsApp.

Magnifique vue sur la mer dans un quartier tranquille

La maison est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, elle permet d'accueillir un groupe important, nous étions 10 personnes. La piscine est grande et agréable. Nombreux couverts et cuisine bien adaptée. La terrasse est immense et tellement accueillante que l'on n'a pas envie de la quitter ! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal, au calme, sans doute dans la plus belle rue de tout le quartier. Très bon accueil, malgré notre retard. Encore désolé...

Lovely area with a great view

The villa is fantastic located with a beautiful view. We were 9 adults living in the villa, we had a very nice time and enjoy all seven days. Unfortunately the beds were not optimal for 3 of our friends, they were more suited for children, the beds was to short. 2 of the sunbeds was broken. But otherwise everything was fine:-)

Tolles Haus bei toller Lage

Wir haben diese Woche unseren Betriebsausflug mit 10 Leuten dort verbracht. Es gibt bei dem Haus nichts zu bemängeln. Küche ist super ausgestattet. 30 min bis Palma mit dem Auto. Kann ich wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Schöner Meerblick

Die Villa ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber eine gute Lage, einen herrlichen Meerblick und sehr nette Eigentümer, die sich um alles kümmern. Es ist alles da was man braucht...auch Spielsachen für Kinder. Es ist sauber und hat genug Platz für viele Leute. Der Supermarkt ist 5 min mit dem Auto. Palma ist auch nicht weit. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen.

Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor und mit perfekter Lage direkt am Meer

Nun sind wir "Wiederholungstäter"..... Und auch dieses Mal hat uns das Haus wieder sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und einen freien Blick auf die Küstenlinie zwischen Toro und Malgrats bzw. auf den Horizont. Schöne Einrichtung mit Wohlfühlfaktor und auch die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Viele Sachen sind mittlerweile auch erneuert worden, sodass man merkt das das Haus einfach gut betreut wird. Wir haben ja einen guten Vergleich da wir vor 2 Jahren schon mal im Haus waren. Wie auch schon von anderen Gästen beschrieben ist es schon besser einen Mietwagen zu buchen, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch andere Infrastruktur nicht fussläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Abschliessend ist noch zu erwähnen, das auch dieses Mal die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als auch die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut funktioniert hat. Einfach sympathisch und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Lovely Villa in a lovely area

The villa was far better than expected, amazing setting and it was very clean and tidy with loads of outdoor space which was perfect for a girls weekend away. I’d recommend a car purely just for food shopping but it’s only €15 in a taxi to Magaluf and even closer to the centre of Santa Ponsa. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice villa, great views

The villa is nice though slightly old and tired and could use some little maintenance works. The view is stunning and it is, in my opinion, the highlight of the villa. Check in and check out weren't the smoothest. Unfortunately we did non speak Spanish and Pilar's family didn't speak much English and that created some unpleasant misunderstanding, like having agreed a checkout time only to be kicked out an hour earlier of what agreed (and not in the friendliest possible way). Last remark is on the deposit. We were told that the deposit needed to be increased as we were a party of friends, that smelled a little but we paid and didn't complain. Once there, one of us sat on a chair and one leg fell apart. We looked at it and it was full of glue marks all around the break, indicating that it had been broken before and poorly reassembled only for the next tenant to break (and pay?) It again. In the end 60eur were deducted by our deposit and honestly arguing would have not made sense. Nevertheless we felt it was rather unfair, also considering the tone of the email we received to announce the deduction. All in, mixed feeling, but nice weekend though.

Hi Giacomo, thanks for your comments, we are continuously investing in maintenance works, but we love the "old" look of the house and we do not want to turn it into a modern house totally contrary to the traditional character of Majorcan houses. Concerning your issue with the chair and the deposit, we have already apologized for it. We simply would have liked you to let us know while we were checking out and not having to find out once you were gone. Remember that we have adapted in the last minut to let you check in early than agreed, if the check out time was one hour before that you wanted is just because your speaking spanish friend who had talked about it with my parents doesn't speaks spanish at all and it created a missunderstanding. Fabulous villa, stunning views.

Myself and 5 friends stayed at the villa, which was truly fabulous. Owner waiting to greet us, lots of basic foods, and toiletries also. Very comfortable and roomy, with lovely pool area, with stunning views. Will hopefully return in the future.The only downside was the lack of a local grocery shop, but again not a problem, if you stock up at large supermarket in Santa Ponsa.

Great location with awesome views and comfortable accomodation

The view smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in the front door. Right on the cliff top with a view of the sea and small islands, it's wonderful to spend time on the terrace and garden together. the house is spacious and comfortable - with a young family there are plenty of bathrooms and places to sit together or alone. Good facilities in the kitchen and for washing. As we visited in early April - whilst the weather was kind to us - the pool was cold - as was the sea. But a wonderful holiday location none the less. Thanks to our hosts.

Beautiful spacious property with amazing views, highly recommended

Recently visited the property as a party of 8. The owners did everything possible to ensure our arrival was smooth and even purchased some shopping for us, because we had a late flight. The property is very homely whilst providing all the requirements for a holiday let. It's not possible to describe the amazing views from the property, as it must be experienced to be appreciated. The swimming pool was warm and clean. It took about 45mins to walk to the centre but a pleasant walk. There are a couple of small supermarkets in Santa Ponsa which are well stocked. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back.

Somos una familia mallorquina a la que le gusta mucho viajar, hemos podido conocer muchos lugares diferentes pero siempre volvemos a nuestra casa de Mallorca para pasar unas semana en verano.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Mi familia ha veraneado en la zona desde que soy niña, finalmente, se decidió a construir esta casa en este privilegiado lugar. Cuando lo hayáis visitado, entenderéis porqué es tan especial.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Todos los huespedes que hemos tenido tienen la misma reacción cuando llegan a la casa. Las visas desde la terraza y la tranquilidad que podreis disfrutar son inigualables, y todo ello a pocos minutos de las zonas más animadas de la isla.
