My husband and I spent a magical two weeks at the lovely Villa Arty Riviera. Corine and Alain were warm and welcoming, always responsive when needed and then completely invisible; the perfect combination that you want in rental hosts. The design of the house is reflective of the muted colors of the South of France and everything has been selected with beautiful taste and care to make your stay memorable. If you want to treat yourself to a special experience, you can’t go wrong with this delightful rental.

Fantastic property. Owners have thought of everything. Gorgeous pool area. Location is secluded but within easy reach of St Paul. You can get a taxi there and walk back. Lots to see and do locally. Art galleries and exhibitions, music and great places to eat. Hosts are charming and very helpful.

Peaceful modern villa in a great location

We just had a wonderful week at Villa Arty Riviera, where the owners immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The house was exactly as pictured—modern, spotless, and inviting. Despite a heatwave, the villa stayed cool and quiet inside, with picturesque views overlooking La Colle-sur-Loup.The location was remarkably central, yet incredibly tranquil. No traffic noise—just birdsong and the distant sound of church bells. It felt very safe, while still being close to everything.

Great stay in Saint Paul de Vence

The villa is beautiful and very well kept. All of the amenities you need. The pool is beautiful. Beautiful landscaping and good proximity to the town however it is not walkable, it’s about a 6 minute drive. The host was responsive and solution oriented. My only comment would be the house is quite delicate and the host is particular so not necessarily a good fit for young children who can inevitably be messy or clumsy. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Brand new modern home in the French Riviera

The experience was amazing. House was newly built and we were lucky enough to stay there! Corine and Alain were a super sweet amazing couple and Corine designed the whole home. The attention to detail is amazing. So beautiful like from a magazine! They do require a security deposit but rest assured we got it right back when we checked out.

Arty Riviera is fabulous

The property was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the quietness and peace of the village with songbirds by the pool. Dinners in St Paul de Vence were perfect. Local fruits and vegetables made our lunches and breakfasts just perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked. Rain showers are delightful in the bathrooms. The hosts are so kind and delightful and answered our many questions. We will return to our new home in Le Cote D’Azur!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes App. Ausgestattet mit allem Comfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit der Markthalle um die Ecke und jeder Menge Feinkostgeschäften verführerische Lage. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: es ist etwas laut und der Tiefgaragenplatz taugt nur für Kleinwagen, nicht für SUV. Sehr liebenswürdige Vermieterin.

Kommunikation vor Ort war nicht gut. Der Boiller war defekt und wir haben es gemeldet und leider kahm erst 4 nach Tagen eine Anwort nach mehreren Anruf versuchen. Wir hatten die ganze Woche kaltes Wasser. Sonst war alles sehr gut. Wohnung Top.

Lovely Apartment!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment! The kitchen is so well equipped with anything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable as well. Everything is very new in the apartment! This is a great place to stay when visiting the area. Transportation is very close by and there is a Tourism Office some short steps away from the building. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Holiday in the rain.

In our autumn holiday we always try to go to the south of Europe in search of sun and warmth. This also happened in the autumn of 2019. Unfortunately, this time we had a week on the Cote d 'Azur with almost constantly a lot of rain, wind and low temperatures. That makes the stay even here less attractive. Fortunately the last two days were sunny and warm. The house is fully furnished and equipped. The reviews of the property mention additional costs for bath and bed linen and for final cleaning. And although we are not used to that at Homeaway, it is correctly stated on the webpage of the house. The communication with the owner is good and fast. The best thing about the house is the view of the old village with the castle and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. Especially on a sunny day you can enjoy it on the terrace. We have used the pool but have missed the heating. That is apparently not a superfluous luxury in the late summer. Furthermore, the location of the house is pretty central for trips to Monace, Cannes and Nice.

Very relaxing stay...

We had a wonderful week at the villa, the property is contemporary & modern, well laid out and has everything you may need during your stay. The pool is lovely, no issues with chlorine as it has salt water treatment. A five minute drive to the Polygone Riviera Shopping Centre made our two girls very happy and eLeclerc is also only a hop away. The owners are delightful and we can wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Lovely property- photos very accurate. Air conditioning keeps house cool. Pool is fantastic as are views. Check in was good - especially as our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive till past midnight. Agent waited till we arrived. Only drawback was last minute request for cleaning fee 200euro and sheet/towel hire 25euro pp. Neither was in original quote.

The villa is like a home from home with some added extras.Comfortable,Quiet,relaxing & stunning view

We were ready for our holiday having not taken one for a while and this did not disappoint. Alain was there to greet us after a very long journey and put us at ease straight away. The villa and pool are both amazing with gorgeous views across the garden toward the sea and Chateau Grimaldi. There was plenty of living space for 4 people and our 2 teenage children were delighted to have there own double rooms with good internet connection throughout. The peace and quiet of the neighbourhood meant we all got to catch up on some much needed rest allowing us to enjoy all that this villa has to offer. Having a car was useful for day trips and looking around the place particularly if you fancy a trip to Italy, but not essential as there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby with a good transport system. You can even walk to the beach in 40 minutes, nice for an evening stroll with the perfect excuse for a large ice cream creation on the promenade! I would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future and would thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect in every way

The villa is beautifully appointed with wonderful views towards the coast. It is cool and comfortable inside, though we spent most of our time on the terrace, which has a canopy for shade, and at the outdoor dining area. The pool is the perfect temperature and much larger than it appears on the photos. The decor and the furnishings are first class and all the rooms are spotlessly clean. We loved the through living-dining-kitchen area, which again seemed much bigger than we had imagined, and it would be hard to find a better equipped kitchen. There is a fabulous supermarket nearby (we never shopped anywhere else!) and some lovely places to dine nearby (try a walk to Haut Cagnes and the delightful restaurants and cafes by the castle) and also via a short drive to the coast. The villa is very close to Nice airport, so you quickly feel that you are 'on holiday' and Alain takes great care to welcome guests so that you feel relaxed and get the most from staying in this lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was lovely to be able to thank Alain and his family for hosting us, as we left for the airport on our last morning.
