Villa maravillosa - Piscina de masajes con burbujas de aire - WiFi - máx. 14 personas

Villa toscana muy elegante construida en 1920. La sala de estar está en la planta baja con una cocina totalmente equipada, un comedor y una gran sala de estar de más de 120 m² con sofás para relajarse, un antiguo piano para tocar, una chimenea y una gran mesa para 12 personas.

El jardín privado cercado tiene 2 piscinas, una de ellas con calefacción de agua y masaje de aire con burbujas.

Las sillas y las tumbonas y las mesas están disponibles en el jardín al que se accede desde la sala de estar o desde el comedor; para que tenga acceso directo al jardín privado con un cómodo terreno de madera alrededor de la piscina (que mide 6 mt x 10 metros);

La piscina climatizada con burbujas es de 220 x 320 mt.

Una barbacoa móvil está disponible.

En la planta baja hay 2 baños, uno con inodoro y el otro con ducha.

Desde la entrada principal, una escalera de piedra local conduce al primer piso donde se encuentran 7 habitaciones dobles (6 habitaciones con aire acondicionado), que dan a un amplio y luminoso hall.

La villa es un auténtico estilo italiano de principios de 1900. Es bastante fresco en verano para la gruesa pared de la casa.

Es una muy buena oportunidad para una reunión familiar porque es un lugar muy cómodo y relajante con niños y adultos.

Elena and her staff were excellent. They provided us with a welcome dinner which was great after our long trip in, as well as breakfast the next morning. Property is beautiful up in top of a hill overlooking the beautiful landscape. We had 9 people with more than enough room for all of us. Highly recommended!

Property is a working winery, it is so interesting to be there during harvest. Villa was clean and charming. Authentic, not overly gentrified. The villa listing is for half of the villa -6 bedrooms the other half also has 6 bedrooms. I believe there were a few people staying there but you really aren’t bothered by it. You have your own private pool and courtyard. Hostess was lovely and there is always someone there to get you what you need or answer any questions.

Tuscany Villa

A wonderful working winery with a delightful host and staff. Very well located, 10 minutes from Greve, and great views(spectacular sunsets) from high in the hills. Facilities and villas style are just what you would hope for in Tuscany. Our group of eight adults were very happy with our stay.

Wonderful villa above Greve

Great location in the hills above Greve. Vineyards and olive orchards surround you in this beautiful property. Furniture was plentiful and well maintained. Our hosts, Elena and Agustino were very warm and welcoming. They made a special birthday dinner for us that exceeded expectations. Truly a memorable visit to their villa above Greve.

Idealic setting in Tuscany

We were three families, 6 adults and 5 daughters in their early 20s. The home is spacious and comfortable and the perfect setting for a large group. Elena, the host, could not be more pleasant, gracious, or helpful. This is a highly recommended stay. Tuscany is absolutely gorgeous and such a fun place for us all to be for a week. We did Elena‘s cooking class and really loved it as well.

Tuscan villa

Elena and her brother were wonderful hosts. There was plenty of room for our family and we enjoyed being close to Greve. All in all, we had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. I can't say enough for the views, both in the morning and the sunsets. The wine and olive oil were also amazing.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Greve. There were 12 of us ranging in age from 4 to 78. The house is so roomy and comfortable and Elena was an outstanding host. Great Spot

It is a 30 minute drive to Florence. Which is perfect. Not too close but close enough. Tons of good wineries around. Small boutique wineries. Elena can help you with guides for wine or Florence. We had a wonderful time with her suggested guides. This can be a one stop for Tuscany. Grocery store is 10 minutes away with easy parking. Hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Vintage villa

we had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Plenty of room for our group and the grounds were charming. We had our own private pool, but also had access to the larger communal pool which the neighbouring villas used. Elena was great and she was very responsive to our requests even lending us her HDMI cable! We ordered in a meal for one of the nights from Elena, it was one of the best meals we had in our time in Italy. And her wine is of course delicious!

A family of 15

We brought our entire family for a week, 8 adults and 7 teenagers. Elena was wonderful to work with starting with accommodating the 15th person to making very helpful suggestions throughout the week. Also, their wine is wonderful! Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of their preparing meals for us due to a long list of specific dietary restrictions. The views were wonderful and pool was a big hit especially considering the heatwave. It is quiet and very conveniently located just outside Greve. And finally, the piano was a pleasant surprise especially for our oldest grandson. So, the villa, location and service completely met our high expectations.

Our family's stay was nothing short of exceptional!

Our family of 9 stayed at this cozy villa for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay! The host, Elena, was very attentive and provided multiple accommodations and recommendations for our week in Chianti. She and her team provided meals and tastings upon request, and she connected us with a wonderful winery tour guide (Filippo) who allowed us to really experience the region in full. Her farm's Chianti Classico wine and olive oil were excellent, and we placed a large shipment to our homes back in the States. The villa itself is perfect for a large family. A lot of room to spread out and have some private time, but also a lot of great group areas including multiple working fireplaces and opportunities to cook over wood grills, inside and out if you have the skill. Amazing views to say the least and excellent for kids. So many things to get lost doing on the property and around Tuscany. We have no complaints regarding our stay and will definitely book with her again in the future if we find ourselves back in the Chianti region.

Eat the local cheese, meats, pastas, together outside while you overlook the rolling hills of Tuscany and enjoy the amazing sunset. Beautiful villa in the Tuscan countryside

Our party of 7 adults and 2 children stayed at this beautiful 12th century villa and we all said it was our favorite stay compared to all of the other places on our 2 week tour of Italy. Elena, the owner of the agriturismo, and Anna Maria her helper, were welcoming and gracious throughout our entire stay. For an additional fee, we enjoyed great breakfasts before our days touring the countryside as well as delicious and ample dinners in the evening on the patio by our private pool. This is a working winery and olive grove and all of Elena’s wine and olive oil was out of this world. The villa was very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Comfy bedrooms with great AC were welcomed after long days. It was fun exploring the property before dinner, taking a dip in one of the 2 pools, or just sitting and watching the sunset off the back porch.The villa is about 30 minutes to Florence and located conveniently to visit the wineries and hill towns. We also booked a wine tour with Fillipo, whom Elena recommended as well and had a great day. If you ever wanted to feel like you are stepping back in time with all of the modern amenities, don’t hesitate to book this gem, you will not regret it! Thank you Elena, for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

The highlight of our trip to Italy.

Our time in the villa at Fattoria Santo Stefano was the highlight of our trip to Italy. From the spectacular views, the spacious accommodation and the friendly hosts, this was the perfect stay for our group of 9. We had sooo much space and the 4 bathrooms + laundry were a treat we wouldn't find anywhere else on our trip. The pool was a wee chilly but the kids didn't mind! And i can't even begin to describe the views. Postcard stunning. Elena was a superb host, and a highlight of our stay was the cooking class we did with her! It was fun and interactive (and delicious!) and even our children were fully immersed. Located on a winery certainly had it's perks too and we were of course obliging clients determined to drink our fair share lol .. The surrounding community of Greve In Chianti is quaint and had all the amenities from groceries, restaurants, and a cute piazza. We rented bikes and explored the surrounding countryside and wineries which was a bucket list day for sure. It is a short drive in to Firenze or down to Sienna, and all the other must-see Tuscan villages along the way. We saw many parts of Italy on our trip, but ask any of the family, our stay at Santo Stefano was our favourite part.

WONDERFUL LOCATION, WONDERFUL HOST, WONDERFUL FOOD & WINE!!! BELISSIMO, SPETTACOLARE, PERFECTO!!!

We spent a week staying at this beautiful villa. SO much good feedback to share it is hard to know where to start. Huge space with 6 spacious rooms and 2 baths upstairs. All of the bedrooms have integrated A/C units which make even the hottest summer night totally bearable. The remainder of the villa stays cool and comfortable. Downstairs has two more bathrooms and full laundry. Kitchen is well equipped. Whole property has retained its original charm and character with modern touches that make it a great place to stay. The Location – The views from the Villa are STUNNING. We never got tired of the view, the sunset directly every evening across the pool and garden, miles and miles of beautiful Tuscan countryside. The pool is immaculately cleaned and maintained. Back patio/table space is beautiful and perfect setting for any meal. The Villa is only 6-7 mins drive direct into the town. The Host – Elena and her family and team are incredible. Attentive, caring, an incredible cook and a wonderful host all round. It was a fabulous family experience.. We have stayed in tens of vacation rentals around the world and this is certainly in our 'best of the best' list. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing villa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a dream come true. The pictures on this site do not do it justice. It is more beautiful in person. We were a family of 10 tourimg Italy and this was our most beautiful locations and stay. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and very close to many towns in the Chianti area. The landscaping is out of a magazine. Fragrant and beautiful flowers everywhere. We were there when the Jasmine was in full bloom and it just added to this incredible experience. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook and entertain. On site but not interring with your privacy is some accomadations for a B&B. They too had a pool which we could use if we wanted a different view from our exclusive private pool. Elena and her brother were extremely helpful and very patient. There are cooking classes on site which we took advantage of and have making the dishes that we were taught since we have been home. Elena is a wonderful teacher and one of the sweetest and friendliest host we have ever had. Sorry there are no negative points to report. Our 5 days went to fast, it was an experience we have always dreamed about and are so blessed to have chosen Santo Stefano out of the 100's of villa's we researched. You will not be disappointed, you will be amazed!!!!!!

The most beautiful panoramic view of the region is from the garden of my Villa. It is so far from traffic jam, from crowded roads and I appreciate so much the nature all around my house.

Very spacious and large and big areas, inside and outside. Even the bedrooms are very large. There is a piano into the big living room.
Faboulous view from every windows, especially from the first floor, amazing cool refreshing air mostly during then heat season....
