Actually, there is a common laundry room for both cottages. Wish you would have given us a call!

I'm sorry about those issues. I've spoken to housekeeping and I am approaching the owner about the bed . I thought the TV was a quick and easy fix!

We thank the guest for staying, and for their kind words about our office staff. It's always our goal to ensure every guest receives the utmost care and attention. For guests considering booking this property in the future though, we would like to address the critques outlined here. We are open and available 7 days a week 9am to 5pm and we have after-hours critical issue line that guests can call for assistance 24/7/365. We don't believe this guest took advantage of our services. 1. The listing very clearly states "Street Parking Only" 2. The Shared Laundry room's location and how to access it are outlined on an information sheet in the property that also indicates the WiFi login info and other important information. 3. We provide 26 photos of the interior of the property that shows all the space available to guests, if you choose to stay here. 4. In those 26 photos there are 6 photos of the queen bedroom and 4 of those photos show the bed is placed against one wall. 5. Also indicated on the information sheet is how to operate the heat, which is on the appliance itself. We have sent maintenance to assess the gas smell with a detector and nothing unsafe was found even while running at full blast, but we will continue to closely monitor it. 6. This property does not purport itself to be the best place to stay but is very reasonably priced for a private cottage just 1.5 blocks off the beach in the very center of Downtown Pismo. We have many families that adore this cottage and it's twin neighbor, returning year after year, and we're very sorry it was a bad fit for this guest. We are always more than happy to help prospective guests find a property that has what they want and need.
