Host was friendly. Unfortunately a wildfire broke out nearby a few days before our stay which destroyed the air quality. We have small kids and had to cancel. No refund, but the hosts offered to rebook us at an off-peak window without a penalty. I just don't think it is worth the time/energy to try to vacation in this area.

We had a wonderful stay and are already planning our return trip! The recreation center was amazing and ended up being one of our family’s favorite parts of the vacation. There was so much to do, and we made so many great memories together. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed to prepare meals. We came prepared with our own seasonings, so that wasn’t an issue, and we appreciated having all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we needed. The hot tub was so relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway and can’t wait to come back!

Hi Greg, We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Ridge Crest Chalet. This is a cozy home and in a great location. I am sorry to hear that you felt our communication wasn't great. We have someone in office overseeing emails and phone calls 7 days a week. In looking back at our correspondance, each email or message that you sent was responded to and most within minutes. If an email was missed, we did not receive it. We don't have anyone in office past 5 pm but we do have an after hours emergency number that we provide on our voicemail. Peaceful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Ridge crest is a nice quote place to relax. We would have liked the hot tub water to be a bit cleaner. The linens, kitchen and bathroom were nice and clean. There were areas of the house like the floor and especially the windows that needed to be cleaned properly. Hot water lasted long enough for 2 people to shower. We did not address that with the property management during our stay though. Overall enjoyable.

Hi Evagelina, Thanks for the review, and for staying with us! We do require a photo of the hot tub water from our maintenance staff the morning of a guest arrival. I checked in our system and the water looks perfect. Maybe it clouded up after a nice of use? We will definitely worker harder on the cleanliness items you mentioned. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Great location and a welcoming cabin for our family week away! We enjoyed hiking, walking and parks in Suncadia. And we really loved the sandy beach at Speelyi! Loved how close we were to everything. It was also so nice to cook our meals in the kitchen. Plenty of beds for the kids to pick different places to sleep lol the master bed was especially comfortable.
