Lovely apartment

Had a lovely stay in the apartment. Very spacious and the aircon was a godsend given that the temperatures soared to over 30 degrees. The apartment is in a good position with easy access to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. It is at the bottom of a hill but there is a lift right next to the apartment door and if you go up to floor 9 you can use the back entrance which comes out at the top of the slope. We had a few teething problems at the beginning but the owner was quick to get everything sorted and she was easy to contact via WhatsApp. She even bought a new safe. We had maid service half way through and all linens were changed as well as general cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and would would recommend this apartment.

Great family holiday

We are a family of 6 (4 teenagers) just returned from staying at this apartment. We would highly recommend it. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and came supplied with numerous towels and bedding. The kitchen was well equipped (not that we cooked 🤣)The balcony is very big with four sunbeds and patio table, chairs and parasol. The view from balcony is perfect - pool view, sea view and a little people watching as well! It must be noted that the apartment is a little dated but this does not impact on your stay. The hotel itself is well-run. It is busy but not manic! The grounds are well kept with plenty of shaded and private seating areas. The pools are clean - again a little dated but does not impact. Note that there is a quieter pool closer to the beach. We paid 7 euro for the buffet breakfast a few times which was grand. Staff are lovely. The location is perfect- moments from beach, shops and New Town strip - although we tended to stick to the Eulalia side or tuk tuk it over to Old Town. Our teenagers did visit New Town though! Our host Zita was lovely with great communication throughout and also organised our transfers. We would definitely return to this apartment. Thank you Zita for a relaxing, comfortable holiday! Gerard

Lovely comfortable apartment

Stayed with a friend for a week in the sunshine. The apartment was ideal for our needs and was exactly as advertised. Great view from the very large balcony. The complex is big, it was busy and we were grateful for sunbeds on the balcony as they were not always available at the pool. There were a couple of loud all male and all female groups there during our stay, didnt bother us particularly. It was however quiet during the evenings. We loved the beach and the restaurants just off the beach. We discovered if you take the lift by the apartment to floor 9 you are at the area by more bars and restaurants instead of the uphill walk. Brilliant for grocery shopping! We visited the Old Town one evening, you can use the tourist train but we didnt have chance to investidate this. All in all a great week.

Fantastic break away

We booked this apartment as it sounded perfect for what we needed and it certainly fulfilled our expectations. Check in was fast and efficient . Apartment was superb - couple of niggly things but nothing that affected out enjoyment. Stunning and huge balcony overlooking pool that was just a 2 minute walk to . Huge variety of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. £5 taxi fare to get to old town and 5 minutes walk to the strip that was maybe a little but too lively for us 3 older ladies!

Dream apartment in a dream location

Having owned a place at CPO, 1983 to 2001 we were keen to return and see what changes have occurred from the change from timeshare to holiday complex. Pleased to say not alot, its still an absolutely dream place and location to die for. Apartment 713 is in excellent condition and has everything you need to live independently. Not that we could resist the miriad of restaurants around. Checking in was reported as being problematic, and we found a slight hitch. 713 is a private apartment and not overseen by reception and staff. Infact a little problem with the safe, couldn't open it, would not be dealt with by the reception and directed to the owner to find a solution and it was sorted. Infact the owner Zita(Maria) was a dream to deal with, any question is answered immediately. Just make it known to the reception you are talking about a private apartment and you are immediately on the same page. Great to have 2 bathrooms, 1 for the kids to mess up and one for me, heaven. No change of towels and sheets, but I'm not sure if we could have done if we asked. Aircon kept the bedrooms bearable in the heat of the night. The terrace was a daily suntrap, glorious to sunbathe on. No table umbrella I'm afraid and no canopy so expect to go home very sun tanned. Sadly the week flew past in this marvelous apartment, but plans already afoot to return.

Good accomadation, good location once you found a way of avoiding the hills

Renting experience was easy. Check in was difficult as our accomadation was privately owned and hotel reception did not know we were arriving. It took an hour to get sorted and this put a damper on the start of our holiday Everything else was perfect.

Late Summer in Portugal

Everything could not have been better. Definitely exceeded all our expectations. The resort is perfect, the area is perfect, so much to see and do. Our host Maria was excellent. Very fast to respond when needed. Arranged taxis for us when we arrived. Thank you Maria, we had a fabulous vacation in every way. Dave

Great stay.

We were very happy with this property,the apartment was so clean and well appointed. The outside space was large the view was excellent. The location was tremendous,being minutes from the beach and overlooking the pool and the complex was just a short walk to numerous bars and restaurants.

Spacious and well located apartment.

The apartment is clean and really spacious with a large, sunny balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. We stayed with our 3 children aged 9, 7 and 4 and they loved the pool and the evening entertainment. It is a short walk to a nice beach and also to the restaurants and bars.

Great location

Close to main strip with busy bars and restaurants- 5 minute walk. 25 minute walk to old town which is great. Apartment clean and well equipped and on the beach. Would go again.

Lovely apartment

This lovely clean apartment is in a great position in this large hotel. From it, your not far to get to the supermarket, restaurants and bars, and very close to the pool. The sun is on the balcony all day, and has a great view of the pool and you can also see the sea. It is well equipped with everything you need, the only thing that would of been handy that we didn’t have would of been umbrellas, due to the extreme rain we had during our stay. Zita the owner, was very helpful throughout and always answered our emails very quickly. She also arranged our taxi to pick us up from and back to the airport. Nothing would be to much trouble. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Club décevant!

Si l'appartement est bien situé, il manque des éléments importants pour le confort: les chaises longues sur la terrasse sont abîmées, la télévision dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas, il n'y a pas de d'essoreuse à salade, pas de passoire, les poêles attachent, la table et le fer à repasser sont inutilisables et il est mal isolé, surtout avec l'arrivée de hordes d'Anglais non respectueux des autres et de l'environnement. Le ménage est fait irrégulièrement et les WC ne sont pas ventilés suffisamment. Par ailleurs, le paiement du solde de la location a posé de gros problèmes non résolus par Abritel, malgré de nombreux appels et la bonne volonté de la propriétaire.

Excellent apartment

Have stayed at clube Praia da oura many times. First time in a private apartment. The apartment is in a ideal location 7th floor overlooking the pool and with sea views. Has a huge balcony with table,chairs and sun lounger. Such a lovely big bright and clean apartment,very well equipped with everything you need . Would very highly recommended staying here. Another pool is being built so will have to return to see the end result!! The complex is in the perfect location on the beach and good restaurants ,shops very close by and a supermarket. Only 5/10 min walk to the strip if you want the nightlife. Would never stay anywhere else in Albufiera.

We had a great stay at Maria's place. The location is perfect, the rooms are great and the balcony is excellent. The place has great facilities and the wifi worked great. Maria was an excellent host and I'd definitely stay again.

Superb Apartment Oura

Superb apartment in a superb location, very close to the beach and strip in New town, taxis to Old Town are only €5 in general. Maria & her husband were so helpful both prior to our stay & during. The apartment is exactly as advertised and is the perfect size. The balcony is huge with fantastic views of the sea & swimming pool. Perfect for persons of limited mobility as there is a lift to the apt floor. I will definitely be back and would recommend this apartment with 5 stars ✨

A very clean, well equipe...

A very clean, well equiped private appartment in a hotel complex. You can use all services of the hotel (whirepool, swimmingpools, entertainment and restaurants, bars, etc). Several beaches on walking distance. The distance to the famous Strip is about 500 meter, but we haven't heard any noise. The owner is very helpfull and emails where very quick answered by her. We have had such a wonderful time that we already booked for September and for next year. Thank you for the pleasant stay and all your kind services (incl. Ms Tania).

"We were very impressed by the excellent apartment, in a lovely complex. The pool is 2 minutes away, and the beach 5 minutes. There are several very good restaurants within a few minutes'' walk in the Santa Eulalia area, and the lively "Strip" is only 10 minutes away."

"Adoramos estar neste aparthotel, temos tudo pertinho, supermercados, bares, restaurantes. A proprietária é muito amável e atenciosa, piscina magnifica, jardins muito lindos, o staff é 5 estrelas, o apartamento tá equipado com tudo o que necessitamos como se estivesse mos em nossa casa, é virado para a piscina, tudo foi excecional , recomendo."

"In april zijn we voor de tweede keer in dit prachtige appartement geweest! We hebben een fijn contact gehad met de eigenaresse. Het is een app in een groot complex, op loopafastand van de zee. Het app heeft een heel ruim balkon met fantastisch uitzicht op zwembad en zee met elk moment van de dag zon.4 ligstoelen en een een fijn zitje. 2 Ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. In de ruime keuken is alles aanwezig.Het app is schoon en goed verzorgd.Ik ga er zo weer heen! Een topper! It was great!!"

"We were with 4 persons in oktober in a quit period. Very nice appartement, 2 bathrooms and 2 bethrooms in a large complex on the sunside. Everything was there. Furniture, bedding,kitchen etc. The balcon with nice vieuw on the swimmingpool is large with 4 sunchairs and a table with 4 chairs. It was 5 minutes to walk down the street to the nice beach.Supermarkt and bus few minutes walk. Albufeira old town euro 4 with taxi 5 minutes. We had a great week also through this appartement."
