Acogedor condominio de esquí con vistas al lago, East Peak Loop (SL307B)

Este dos dormitorios se encuentra en el lado de Nevada de South Lake Tahoe. La casa está muy cerca de Heavenly Ski Resort con impresionantes vistas del lago y las montañas. Esta acogedora casa tiene una sensación real de Lake Tahoe y puede alojar a 6 personas, puede tener hasta 8 personas.

Tiene una reina en el maestro, reina en el dormitorio dos. El salón tiene un sofá cama doble. Hay un baño de 1/2 en la cocina, un baño completo en el pasillo en el nivel inferior con los dormitorios y una vista increíble del lago desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal.
En invierno, use zapatos para la nieve y haga una caminata desde el Condo, o tome un paseo con el servicio Heavenly Shuttle gratuito hacia / desde el ascensor Stagecoach, que está a la vuelta de la esquina, para un d��a completo de esquí o snowboard. Una vez que la nieve ha desaparecido, y el sol de verano calienta el aire de la montaña, Lake Tahoe es un lugar hermoso para practicar ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, natación. The property was clean and well equipped. The property management were communicative and helpful. The only gripe was that the hot tub leaked as soon as we turned on the jets, and was half empty and unusable shortly after.

Visit to Tahoe

The condo was in a great location and had a nice view of the lake. Everything was in working order and the hot tub was a great addition. It could use some updating but it was perfect for us!

Lake Tahoe

Our trip to Lake Tahoe was very relaxing. Your place was very comfortable. Four in our party. We had plenty of room and really made the place feel like home. We really enjoyed our balcony view. The lake is beautiful.

Couldn't Stay - Moldy Smell

Old (late-1960's era?) condo in average/poor Tahoe ski-flat condition. Upon entering, there was a thick mold smell. That should have been our cue to immediately turn around and walk away. Being Tahoe, we opened all the doors and windows (missing screens) and the brisk peak Tahoe breeze cleared out the mold smell quickly. That night, we shut the bedroom door/window. In the morning, the bedroom had a thick moldy smell and we immediately checked-out. There were a number of other issues, but nothing that would have caused an early exit.

Amazing location and views. Lacking everywhere else

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall: If you are looking for a place near the slopes that will primarily be used for downtime between skiing and exploring the lake, then this place is great. If you plan to spend significant time in the rental during the day, you should likely look elsewhere. Pros: - Check-in/Checkout process was super easy.- Plenty of parking near rental.- Hot Tub on the front porch was fantastic and simple to access.- Location was less than a 5 minute drive from the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly. It is also within walking distance of one of the Heavenly bus stops. Getting to the lifts every day was never an issue.- A gas fireplace and gas stove were nice additions and the washer and dryer were incredibly useful for a longer stay. - You can see Lake Tahoe from the living room.Cons: - The rental is quite old, which isn't bad on its own, but there were several key areas in desperate need of an update including the kitchen and main bathroom. Several drawers in the kitchen were falling apart and it overall looked quite dated. The bath/shower door in the main bathroom seemed to not be attached correctly and we were often worried it would come off while opening. The room was also very dated with the bath, toilet, and sink being very old. - The cleaning prior to check-in seemed to be inconsistent. The bedrooms were clearly well cleaned and made up, which was great, but the rest of the rental seemed to have been missed. The living room and main bathroom especially could have used significantly more cleaning as we found dust, crumbs, and grime in several places as well as a half bag of chips in one of the drawers.- The loft area is completely unused and is basically a waste of space. It looks like the trundle bed that is in one of the bedrooms used to be up there, but was for some reason moved.- Internet at the location was slow (~3MBs Download) and wifi was inconsistent. It was faster

Very Cozy

It’s smaller than I thought but it’s really cozy. We had a nice stay for a little weekend trip! Only minor inconvenience really was that the downstairs bathroom doorknob has the lock on the outside rather than the inside which meant having to announce when the bathroom is in use to avoid being walked in on. Other than that, we had a great time!

Filthy unsafe property

Worst property we have ever stayed in Lake Tahoe. The property was filthy throughout - it doesn’t even offer clean bedding and clean towels at a basic level .Bedding was stained and covered in hair . The stairs are not safe for young children. There is leaks in both bedrooms with nails protruding through the ceilings . The carpets stink. The place is in serious need of repairs and a massive deep clean. The smell of the smell of the place is awful. The listing is falsely misrepresented and doesn’t reflect the actual conditions of the property. And what’s worse is the property management company are rude and fail to acknowledge these poor conditions . I would strongly caution any other guests from staying here . Buyer beware- the online reviews say it all.

dirty, out dated, needs lots of work

This home is situated in a beautiful community with breath taking views. Very nice neighbors. With that being said, this place has so much potential but it is in need of a deep clean and is very outdated. The pictures are deceiving. Had they put in a little money in to rehabbing this home then it it would well worth the money. What was paid to stay in the condition it is in feels like we were taken advantage of. My daughter is non verbal with special needs. We were denied her service dog. This is a federal law. I also own a short term rental and this is a HUGE violation to deny a service animal. LEGALLY YOU CAN'T. The stairs are falling apart and feel like they will fall through at any time. The carpet is filthy and I would not even walk barefoot in this home. Many items left in the bedroom facing the lake view that appear be from a bathroom conversion. It takes seconds to remove old bathroom hardware. Staples showing through the ceiling in the master bedroom and the paint or stain from the beams have stained and leaked down the walls. I would be really nervous to have any young children in this home. Unable to connect to WIFI with our computers or tablets. Beds were comfortable. No shampoo, or body soap and NO bathmats on bathroom tile floors which is a disaster waiting to happen. Bare minimums for the cost to stay here. I would find a different place. needs to be more effort into upgrades and cleanliness and not discrimination of registered service animals.

Fine Space. Unsuitable for toddlers. Could use TLC.

I stayed for a long weekend with my wife and two children, and my sister joined us as well. The space itself was fine, although a bit outdated. Bedrooms were solid. The main issue we have is that the unit is unsuitable for small children. Our toddler walks and explores, and the slats on some of the railings / barriers are wide enough that she could fit through and fall a significant distance (8+ feet). This is true of both the loft and the barrier between the kitchen/dining area and the staircase down to the bedrooms. Things were warm during the day without A/C in June, but that was ok since we were at the beach or pool during the day. It took awhile for the place to cool down at night, and this was made more difficult because the new, incorrectly-sized sliding screen door to the deck was not installed and just leaning against the glass door (and the old, broken screen door was leaning against the wall upstairs in the loft...). Finally, there were some other disappointments: some watermarks/stains on the ceiling tiles in one of the bedrooms, molded leftover coffee sitting in the Mr. Coffee, and some dusty/dirty dishes in the cabinets. Last comment: we ended up leaving early on our checkout day, and were looking for checkout instructions the night before departure. But they were not emailed to us until 10pm the night before we left, after we had already gone to bed). The space could totally work for some groups, but we were hoping for safer and cleaner.

Great place and location

This was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the proximity to heavenly and the casinos. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Will def look at this as an option for future trips

It has an excellent private hot tub which we utilized daily after skiing. The unit has most everything you need to cook meals. It could use a little TLC. Some simple upgrades to the bathrooms would go a long way to making this a five star. Management was very helpful and responsive when I needed to contact.

Ski Getaway

Great location, view from balcony was beautiful. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. It was a little dated but was fine for us for our ski vacation. We were disappointed that the hot tub is not private at all. It is at the front of the condo right beside the road.

Great communication with the manager. Easy access to the property. Good location. Very reasonable price for a 2 bed, 2 bath. Comfortable beds. Only real issue is compared to most places we stay at, this one was definitely outdated and a bit rundown on the interior. Other than that, very happy with our stay.

Great ski cabin

Great place to stay for a ski weekend in Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the location being close to downtown and the lifts but still tucked away in the woods. Would stay here again.

Great place-- so much snow!!!!

Well we arrived in a blizzard and left in a blizzard but the place was great! Parking was hard because of all of the snow but I'm sure in a normal year it would be quite easy. The place was big and comfortable. There are actually 3 Beds (extra twin and trundle) in one of the the Queen rooms which would have been great to know! The view of the lake (which we only saw for a brief moment) was amazing from the first floor and second. There is also a loft that has nothing in it.. maybe a bean bag or two with some toys would be great for families... We loved the location and will stay again, hopefully when the snow isn't up to the roof!!!

Rustic, but Great for Skiing

Our stay was comfortable, the property manager is great, the location to Heavenly is amazing, and the town house was clean but, very dated for the cost. The bedroom ceilings were in need of repair, toilet seats need to replaced, kitchen cabinets need a remodel, and new oven mitts would be great. The TV is minimal cable and there is no Netflix, HBO, Disney, or app option, despite the button on the remote.

Great location close to Stagecoah Lift

Great location and easy access to the Stagecoah lift and town. The condo is older but has all that you need for a good ski weekend. Hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes.
