Acogedora casa adosada de 3 dormitorios cerca de Heavenly, Jacuzzi, BBQ (SL223A)

Condominio de Heavenly Summit Village ubicado en el lado de Nevada en South Lake Tahoe. Con limpiezas abovedadas de vigas abiertas, cubierta trasera completa con vista al jacuzzi y al bosque. Ubicación de Cull de sac para mayor privacidad. A minutos de los remontes Heavenly y solo unos pocos más a los casinos. Este es un condominio de 3 niveles.

Entras en el condominio en el piso medio con cocina, sala de estar, área de comedor, un baño completo compartido y un dormitorio que tiene una reina.
Debajo de ese nivel se encuentra el dormitorio principal con una cama king, baño completo y área de lavandería.
En el nivel superior se encuentra el 3er dormitorio con una cama queen, litera que tiene una cama doble en la parte superior y una parte inferior en la parte superior.

Ocupación:
1. Según las normas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará de inmediato, perderá el depósito de seguridad y estará sujeto a más multas.

We had a really great time here with the exception of not knowing ahead of time that one of the bedrooms is a loft so doesn’t have a door. This was not ideal for a 5 year old trying to go to bed while everyone else wanted to stay up a little and talk in the main area

Perfect spot for concert at Caesar’s Republic!

Great spot overall. Need some new knives, please! Hot tub was a bit too chlorinated for our taste. Beds comfy. Well equipped. We would rent again.

The location was very convenient and the hot tub on the deck was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived.The only real negative part of stay way the Wi-Fi did not seem to be working correctly. It would allow us to connect to it, but didn’t seem to help at all the service or speed.We would definitely stay there again.

Location great.

Positives: location was great, far enough away from the busy downtown but only a 4 min drive back! Mattresses were very comfortable and the layout was great. Master in the basement and the kids loved being in the top floor. Hottub was a requirement for us and was nice to have for a bit. Having laundry was huge! Great to have 3 br and 2 baths! Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. Check in was super easy as well. We were very appreciative of all the fans the house had too!Negatives: THIS PLACE IS DIRTY! They need to fire their housekeepers. Our bedsheets, bathrooms and towels were clean. Under the beds were gross, we found bras, old protein shakes, a filthy swimsuit top stuck in the laundry. The hotub was good for a bit but the jets were having trouble then a bunch of junk came out and we had to clean the hottub, but once we did it was really great to have! They did new floors recently and some upgrades to the bathroom but the paint job in the whole place is terrible. The furniture was peeling in the bedrooms and the comforters had burns and holes in them. There was a stained mattress, lamp shade, and pillows in the closets, couldnt understand why someone would keep those! Some kitchen utensils were dirty and they need to wash the oven mitts and kitchen towels. For the price I'd call it a value. Either way we made the best of everything, we've stayed at worse, but the description should definitely be updated, we would stay again if they do a deep clean!

The location of the property is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. However, I’m giving it an "okay" rating because a few basic amenities were missing, such as coffee, body wash, and extra towels, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Additionally, the third bedroom on the upper floor doesn’t have a door, which can be inconvenient if people are socializing in the living room while someone is trying to rest upstairs.Also, be aware that there's an additional check-in step outside of Vrbo that’s required to confirm the reservation. It’s not a major issue, but it is an extra step to plan for.

Comfortable place, hot tub was perfect to end each day!

The place was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location for our hockey tournament we were there for! The kids all had their own beds and the hot tub was a perfect way for us to end each night together as a family!

Tahoe Stay with Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the rental was great. The property was a good size for us, and we were able to use the hot tub as well. I thought it was nice that the bath tub has a jacuzzi as well. The rental itself had enough space for our family. It was clean and there were also plenty of towels for us to use.My only real complaint is that we couldn't quite figure out how to warm up the upstairs loftish area. It eventually did warm up enough after we had the heater on for a night, but it was still cooler up there than the rest of the house.

Heavenly location!

Great location for skiing Heavenly. Five minute drive to the Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges, restaurants and ski rental locations close by as well. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. It was a little dark in the family room and we couldn't figure out how to start the fireplace but these were not a big deal. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

Old Friends Still Got It

There are mostly good things to say about this property.1. Beds were very comfortable2. Upgraded bathrooms were very nice3. Seating for watching TV (the Super Bowl in our case) and for meals was perfect for 4 adults.4. Hot tub is a must for us, and this one didn't disappoint - we are in our 50's and 60's and the hot tub at the end of a full day of skiing is very welcome. This one was very private, very clean, fit 4 adults comfortably and was up to temp when we arrived. 5. Location was super quick drive to Stagecoach Lodge parking lot.That said, here are some things to know:1. Parking is very limited! You're not gonna get two large vehicles parked. Road is very steep and was icy when we were there. We bought kitty litter to spread where we parked to keep from falling getting from car to entry walk.2. Couldn't get the gas logs to work - would have been a nice feature, but not a deal breaker.3. Ice maker in the refrigerator wasn't working.4. One thing that leaves a lasting good impression on me are simple things like:a. all lamps work (light bulbs installed and working). That was not the case here. b. new mattress was really nice, but storing the old, used mattress in the closet left us no room to hang up our clothes. Old mattress should have been removed before our stay.c. took me a day to figure out that the light above the table required a remote to turn it on. Light switch was no help at all, because all it had was a sticker that said "Leave On". Weird.

overpriced

This stay was overpriced for what you actually get. It’s a lot smaller than it looks in the photos and one of the showers didn’t have hot water and some of the covers on the beds were ripped. And you have to drive to another neighborhood to throw the trash out which wasn’t easy to find. Overall this place was alright but definitely overpriced.

Cozy and Awesome House

Great location to Heavenly Ski Resort and the private hot tub was a great way to recover after a long day of skiing. Home had everything we needed and was super cozy while we were hanging out.

Great location, beautiful views!

The hot tub was great and with some beautiful mountain and tree views. Location is wonderful being away from town but still so close to South Lake Tahoe. Plenty of blankets and fans and items you’d need for your stay.

Downstairs shower didn't have any hot water. Property manger said it would be fixed the next day while we were there, but it wasn't and manager didn't follow up with any further communication. Screens missing from multiple windows. Sliding glass door lock was broken. Didn't have a thermometer, but pretty sure the refrigerator wasn't as cold as it should be despite being set to maximum cold. We were there in early Sept and without air conditioning in the unit it got pretty warm. I wouldn't stay here June - August without AC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property looks great in the pictures, but for the high price, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to friends or family. While the location is lovely and very quiet, it's not close to the lake or any shops, so it's not ideal if you're looking for convenience.The property seems decently maintained, but there are several issues. It can get quite warm without air conditioning, especially in the summer. The beds were extremely hard, making getting a good night's sleep difficult. The furniture could be more comfortable; the couch, in particular, has strange bumps and is only comfortable on one side, so there wasn't room to sit together as a family with five people. The stairs are very steep and slippery—if you are older or have kids, avoid slipping and falling. My children almost slipped a few times while going down the stairs.The fanlight over the kitchen table didn't work, and the fan barely functioned, resulting in little airflow. The living room area was always dark due to the lack of additional lighting. We also had trouble with the TV, which we couldn't get to work until the last night of our stay. There were several different remotes, none labeled, and none seemed to operate anything initially.Despite the nice location, the comfort level and amenities weren't there, especially for the price.

Nice cabin for the price

We booked our vacation super late due to unforeseen circumstances and happened upon the listing for this rental. Overall, it was a good experience, very clean with bath towels and key kitchen items (plates, etc and pots and pans, etc) provided. East check-in and exit. Nice hot tub on porch and quiet neighborhood. We did find that some of the electrical outlets were not secured to the wall (living room), the microwave did not heat up items and had a broken/taped up handle and we could not use the light on the living room ceiling fan which made the living room darker. There also wasn’t a sliding door or blinds on one half of the entry to the back porch and hot tub space which was odd. Given it was summer, we needed a cross breeze to accommodate for the warmer days.

Great getaway

Cute place that was a perfect layout for my friends and I. My only complaints are the lighting in the bathrooms aren’t light enough, coffee maker wasn’t hot and microwave didn’t work at all.
