Situado en una posición elevada que ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la playa Genn'e Mari, el mar y las colinas de los alrededores, Villa Barretti es una vivienda unifamiliar que ofrece alojamiento privado, tranquilo para un máximo de ocho / nueve personas.

4 habitaciones (3 x doble, 1 x literas de tamaño completo), 3 baños (2 x en-suite) con un amplio salón con vistas al mar y todas las comodidades como aire acondicionado (en las habitaciones), lavadora y lavavajillas .

Cuenta con 2 grandes pavimentada y 2 terrazas más - todo con vistas espectaculares, un patio cubierto, terraza sombreada, una gran piscina de estilo infinity 12 metros y una barbacoa

La playa más cercana está a unos 10-15 minutos a pie por un camino que evita carreteras.

La capital Cagliari está a 30 km de distancia y el centro turístico de Villasimius se encuentra a 15 km.

La piscina y uno de los dormitorios en suite son en una terraza separada de la casa principal, por un tramo de escalones que se accede a través de una puerta, que ofrezcan una protección para los niños.

Playas / instalaciones cercanas: Hay una hermosa playa de arena que se puede acceder por un camino in10-15 minutos. Evita pasando o cruzar las carreteras. Hay un campo de golf a unos 15 km de distancia, en Villasimius, un centro ecuestre, y los barcos se pueden alquilar allí también

Tiendas / restaurantes / bares / vida nocturna: Hay un buen supermercado / pescadería / carnicero / ATM / café / bar / pizzería en unos 20-25 minutos agradable paseo por la colina y por la playa. Hay otros restaurantes cerca, pero se necesita un coche para llegar a ellos. Da Barbara en Solanas es la estrecha y bien revisado.

Alojamiento: La propiedad está en cuatro terrazas, y el alojamiento y la piscina se encuentra distribuido en los dos primeros. La casa principal está en la terraza superior, la piscina está en la terraza inferior al que se accede a través de una puerta, para que los niños pequeños se pueden gestionar. n. b. uno de los dormitorios en-suite está separada de la casa principal, en la (piscina) terraza inferior y así es inadecuado para los niños sin supervisión.

I stayed with a friend and our 4 adult children. The villa and views are simply beautiful - there is everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped, the outside space, pool and bbq are wonderful. The owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to contact. We had such a lovely week with so many great beaches and places to eat nearby. We would advise a good car as the drive is very steep and the roads are pretty bumpy. Would definitely recommend this villa, thank you!

Great pool!

Great pool which we enjoyed every day . A little out of the way and you definitely need a 4WD vehicle as the w road is very lumpy. Weather was great for October. Nice beaches and restaurants but you do need to check what is open as hours were a little erratic. Sardinia was beautiful!

We liked everything. It was quite hot, so an airco in the living room would have been welcome. But this is just a detail given the great location and the wonderful pool!

Lovely family villa with stunning sea views

The pool terrace was the highlight of our stay - more than once we were sitting on a fabulous sandy beach and people said, shall we go back to the pool! So many options for outdoor seating, all thoughtfully arranged. Kitchen very clean and well equipped. We had a very minor maintenance issue during the stay and had great responses from the owner and her in resort representative.

An absolute gem

This Villa is so well appointed. From the owner’s early communication to the easy check in, the crisp bed linen, pool and bath towels, we couldn’t find fault. There are six sun loungers, all sturdy and the gorgeous pool has heavenly places to sit around in sun or shade with stunning views and only the sounds of those enjoying the beach below or the odd passing car. It was hard to leave! So many things make the Villa a gem, There is everything you need and more in the kitchen and the fabulous, separate apartment by the pool was much enjoyed by our teen as a very cool bedsit (it sleeps 3). With hot sun all day long, we still walked to and from the beach and it’s bar twice (we did the local shop once and could carry a fair amount back up the hill) and also hired a boat for a day. A perfect holiday, thank you for everything xx

Absolutely perfect villa

This villa has everything you could ever want. It’s close to beach and supermarkets but away from noise and crowds. You feel incredibly safe as it’s so well lit all the way around the villa. The kitchen is very well stocked with loads of bowls plates serving bowls utensils, glasses and mugs. There are lots of plastic cups for use by the pool. There are two main eating areas outside, one if it gets a bit windy. There is beautiful white crisp sheets on all of the beds and fresh white towels in the bathroom. This villa also supplies pool towels. The air conditioning works well in all the bedroom. The local beach is beautiful with white sand a turquoise sea, warm enough to stay in for hours Francesco replies instantly to any questions. 100% a villa worth going to. The pool is amazing, the children spent most of their time in it. It’s deep enough to dive with a shallow end and a selection of pool toys are in the villa.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super - danke Rebecca und auch mit Peter. Francesco (die gute Seele ) verwaltet das Objekt vor Ort und kümmert sich vom Ceck-In bis Check-Out um alle Angelegenheiten - super freundlich, blitzschnell und sehr lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick vom Haus und der Pool sind so grandios, dass wir es die erste Woche nicht zum Strand geschafft haben - das ist Erholung pur. Achtung: Die Ausstattung ist unglaublich umfangreich und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist mehr als vollständig ausgestattet (sogar Mixer, Kontaktgrill, etc.), es gab im Bad einen Fön, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Man kann die Waschmaschine nutzen und in den Boxen im Innenhof gibt es Strandspielzeug, Bälle und Schnorchelzubehör.Die Schlafzimmer können durch die Klimaanlage gut runtergekühlt werden und es gibt auf der oberen Hauptebene zwei Terrassen und ausreichend Sitzmöglichlichkeiten (wir waren zu neunt). Zusammengefasst: Traumlage, schönes Objekt, tolle Betreuung durch Francesco vor Ort, sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Jederzeit gerne wieder…

Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir haben mit unseren 2 volljährigen Kindern eine Woche im Oktober hier verbracht. Das Wetter war überwiegend gut, sodass wir alle Annehmlichkeiten (Pool, Terrasse, Meer) nutzen konnten. Das Haus besticht mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses waren super. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren gut. Toiletten sind relativ neu. Bäder sind jedoch schon älter, sodass deutliche Gebrauchsspuren vorhanden sind. Das Mobiliar ist schon älter, aber in guten Zustand. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin und zum Verwalter vor Ort sind sehr gut, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Straße zur Villa. Aufgrund der exponierten Lage am Hang ist die Zufahrt über drei Spitzkehren auf einem Feldweg etwas abenteuerlich. Der Weg zum Ort/Strand ist zu Fuß recht anstrengend erst auf dem Feldweg und dann über einen Trampelpfad. Zu Fuß haben wir das in einer Woche nur 2x probiert, sodass es sich lohnt mit dem Auto zu fahren. Die Strände in der Nähe laden dazu auch ein und sind wunderschön. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Geburtstagsreise

Anlässlich meines rundes Geburtstags verbrachte ich mit meiner Familie (6 Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder) Anfang Oktober eine Woche in der Villa Barretti. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sauber, die Betten bequem, umgeben von einem traumhaft schönen Garten ( inmitten einer sonst eher wüstenähnlichen Umgebung). Der Blick aufs Meer und die darunterliegende Bucht mit glasklarem Wasser und Sandstrand ist gigantisch. Meine anfänglichen Bedenken mit Pool und kleinen Kindern waren zum Glück grundlos. Die meisten Zimmer, Küche, große Terrasse mit Esstisch plus Grillplatz liegen auf einer oberen Ebene, gesichert mit schmiedeeisernem Geländer plus Tür, die von Kindern nicht geöffnet werden kann. Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich ein großer Pool und auch ein weiteres Zimmer und Badezimmer. Der Weg hinauf zur Villa ist trotz wirklich grobem, steinigen Untergrund problemlos zu befahren. Obwohl der freundliche Verwalter Francesco bei unserer Ankunft am späteren Abend nicht persönlich anwesend sein konnte, fanden wir alles perfekt vor. Er war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes stets per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir werden unsere Woche in der Villa Barretti in unvergesslich schöner Erinnerung behalten!

Ferienvilla in Top-Lage, aber überteuert - Sardinien halt

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub lange im Voraus gebucht und hier schöne Tage verbracht. Allerdings blieb das Haus hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück, weil die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen war. Das kleinere Bad war eng, hatte nur ein kleines Waschbecken, das zum Teil in den Duschbereich ragte und nur ein klitzekleines Regal, um Beauty-Artikel abzustellen. Das Bad im unteren Bereich der Villa, wo sich auch der Pool befindet, roch modrig und war absolut unansprechend mit den braunen Fließen, was unsere großen Jungs aber nicht gestört hat. Angesichts des hohen Mietpreises irritierte uns auch das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse, wo wir meist aßen, das provisorisch mit Spanngurten befestigt war. Die Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool-Ende waren in einem desolaten Zustand, vor unserer Anreise hatte sich keiner die Mühe gemacht, die Sitzecke herzurichten. Stattdessen lagen lieblos Polster und anderer Kram herum. Den Preis für Bettwäsche und Stromverbrauch über 100 Kilowatt berechnen die Eigentümer zusätzlich zur Miete - wir waren froh, dass wir nicht im Hochsommer da waren, wo die Klimaanlagen den Stromverbrauch in die Höhe treiben! Am Haus tummeln sich auch mehrere wildlebende Katzen, von denen besonders eine sehr frech war, beim Essen gerne mal ohne Vorwarnung auf unseren Schoß hüpfte und unsere aufblasbaren Donuts zerbiß. Wir haben selber Katzen, daer brachte uns das nicht aus der Fassung. Die Besitzerin war immer sehr bemüht und freundlich, insofern - no bad feelings.

Just wow!

Before arriving, we had every intention of making the most of the area and getting out and about...... ....However, the fantastic views and amazing pool had a firm grip on our time! To be fair to the property itself, even just sitting and watching a film (as our 5 year old needed down time one day) was a spectacular event given the light and views afforded by the living area. The air con in the bedrooms was a God send that provided much needed respite from the August heat, and the fans were a nice touch in the rooms where air con was not available. The property manager and owner, Francesco and Peter respectively, were incredibly helpful and also available for question or issue! Francesco made the check in and out process very simple and straight forward. When considering if there is anything that could improve the stay, there really isn't much at all! You'd have to look really hard, and be looking for something not to like. We hope to return again sometime!

Stunning

The villa is in a stunning location, beautiful pool, lots of outdoor seating areas, & it is very well equipped. Beaches and supermarkets nearby. Owner very quick & helpful responding to emails prior to arrival and Francesco very helpful and professional on arrival. It is mentioned in the info but just be aware that you need to pay extra for bed sheets & towels (not a small additional cost with 9 of us!) & extra if you use excessive electricity (we didn’t so a reasonable amount is included). It does not however include WiFi- you pay Francesco extra on arrival but don’t expect to be able to stream anything (can just manage to check emails!) However with that view & that weather, who needs WiFi! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Villa with sea views in Sardinia

Wonderful villa, tastefully furnished, many different outdoor places to read or eat and enjoy the view. It would have been even better if there had been air conditioning in the sitting room and kitchen. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The road up to the villa is challenging but we soon got used to it. We would go again.

Lovely villa, pool and view

Our extended family of 8 enjoyed a week at the villa in July. We loved the pool and outside areas - lots of space and shade to eat, relax and have a great bbq and soak in the view. We didn't use the living space indoors as much as it was very hot during our stay but there was plenty of space for all. There are a number of beautiful beaches within easy reach and we were amazed at how quiet they were - especially compared to Italy. 2 of the bedrooms are on the smaller side , with limited storage space, but again, we didn't spend too much time in them. The road up to the villa is steep, and a SUV type vehicle is probably best, but you do soon get the hang of it and it does mean it is very quiet and peaceful at the villa and certainly worth it. Communication with Peter was good and he responded well to a problem we experienced with the air con. Fransesco was a star. With one of the air con units out of action, he kept us updated on where things were up to and did everything possible he could. We really appreciated all his efforts to try to fix the problem. We would certainly recommend this villa.

Great place to spend time in an amazing countyside

We spent one week in October at Villa Baretti , which is a great object. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. The countryside around with its bays and beaches completes the excellent overall experience. The local housekeeper did a good job preparing everything to the guests favour. No problems at all, teally a five star site....

Villa Barretti enjoys a sensational secluded setting on the side of a hill, with stunning views over green hill sides, the sea and the beach at Torre delle Stelle. When we arrived it was beautifully clean and tidy, and we were met by Francesco who was very responsive to all our requests and enquiries. The villa is really well equipped, with lots of nice touches like a cool box and picnic set and binoculars to watch the passing ships! The pool is large for a private villa, and from it, like from everywhere else, you have amazing views over the sea. Nearby there are a couple of good restaurants and many beaches, which were very quiet, especially on weekdays.

So relaxing with beautiful views

The villa is in a quiet spot with stunning views of the coastline. It is well furnished and has a good supply of kitchen equipment. Franceso was very helpful and we enjoyed using the BBQ.

Beatiful view - house gets very hot - kitchen with defects - pool needs maintenance

I just spent a week in this house with my partner and our three adult children. We had a wonderful time and the views from the terrasses as well as from the house are indeed fabulous. However, I wish to point out that the house has a serious problem with becoming very warm. The house has many south facing windows/doors and as there are no shutters before the windows and probably no isolation in the roof, it is not possible to prevent the house from heating up during the day. Even though we kept all doors open all evening for ventilation purposes, it was unbearable to stay inside, especially in the kitchen, which was a problem in relation to cooking. It should be noted that there are only aicons in the bedrooms and that according to the terms, you must pay for the use of electricity in excess of 100 kwh. Consequently, we only used the aircons at night (and only in 3 rooms), however we still used appr 230 kwh in one week (!) Furthermore, I wish to point out that the dish washer and the refrigerator are both old and ineffective and should be replaced, that the pool needs clean up of the discoloured sides, and that some of the outdoor furniture need replacement. The property manager Francesco was very accommodating and did his best to compensate for these issues, however the heating issue needs further initiatives from the owners. Recommendation to the owners: I encourage you to accept the fact that use of aircons is necessary in the warmer months and to include this in the rent. You could also consider to install some outdoor kitchen facilities as an alternative to the warm kitchen inside

Excellent property with stunning views

As a family of parents with adult children and partners we thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and relaxing nature of the holiday at the Villa Baretti. The listing accurately described the property and we did find the views perhaps better than expected, as was the local beach which was truly terrific and family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the bathrooms were modern, functioning and clean. The main internal sitting room was very pleasant and accommodated 8 of us comfortably. The outside seating areas were very pleasant and we particularly liked the terracing at pool level which was below the main outdoor area as this did afford a measure of privacy. This arrangement however is probably not suitable for smaller children. The property has good washing facilities for clothing and the pool area was clean and tidy. The views from the pool were stunning. The local amenities were entirely as expected for a small community and we discovered that the markets near the beach supplied good day to day produce. The fish market was a small and excellent counter in one of the shops. The local beach was enjoyed by all our party as it was sheltered, safe and the water was beautifully clean. Our party included very experienced travellers and they commented that the beach was the equal of anything they had experienced for beauty and cleanliness. The beach cafe also served superb coffee! We did not venture far at all as the party enjoyed the rest and recuperation of being in a relaxing environment. We did go to the beach at Solanas, which is about 7 minutes by car and one evening enjoyed an excellent meal at Da Barbara Restaurant located there. The local managing agent was very helpful and explained matters clearly which helped us settle in quickly. The only 'negatives' were that the internet connection was poor and intermittent so guests should come prepared with their own tech solutions. The private driveway to the property is steep and challenging and not for a fainthearted driver! Overall we would have no hesitation in returning to the property and it was well liked by all the guests.
