The 'apartment with sea view is within the residence that stands adjacent to the beach. The area is private, fenced and includes garden and swimming pools, and both parking and beach place are private and numbered. Well attended and quiet, the residence has a janitor service.

My property was completely renovated this winter with care and commitment to make it cozy and functional.

Armored door, adjustable air conditioning in every room, electric heating, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, smart TV and small terrace with a tent for outdoor dining are the apartment's essential amenities.

Beautiful Apartment really close to the beach

The apartment was really beautiful and cozy. All rooms were fresh renovated. It‘s so close to the beach, you can see the sea from the nice balkony. Luigi was always very nice and helpful. The communication was great.

Beautiful clean apartment directly by the sea

The apartment is as described in the advertisement, renovated, modernly furnished, clean and right by the sea. Everything you need is there, we lacked nothing. Bakery and small supermarket nearby, for larger purchases you drive 5 min by car. The apartment is perfect for 2, maximum 2 + child, there is a very cozy sofa bed in the kitchen-living room but to 4 it was a bit tight. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment, every time again!

We had a wonderful time in Luigi's apartment. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is clean and very cozy and friendly. The beds are comfortabel and the kitchen has everything you need. There is also a big fridge, I was really happy about this. Every morning we had breakfast with sea view. Luigi and the houseceeper Francis were very friendly and helpful despite our late arrival. Luigi provided us with a lot of information about restaurants in the surrounding area and in Venice. The area in Cavallino-Treporti is beautiful and we had a very nice and relaxing beach holiday. The apartment comes with a parasol and beach chairs, so you have not to seek or pay for it. The swimming pool was just filled and looks clean. But we were the most time at the beach. Nearby is a beach bar and also a icecream bar. Supermarket and restaurants are also just few minutes ago with the car. We loved to stay there and plan to visite Luigi´s apartment again!

Perfect!

First of all I want to thank Luigi for everything. We are a family (2 adults and 2 children) and we stay here between July 11 - July 19. The apartment is excellent located near the beach in a quiet area. The beach and sea are clean and well maintained, the complex provides free sunbeds and umbrella. The entire complex is clean, quiet, with a well maintained and large swimming pool, children have adored to play in it. The apartment is bright, clean, equipped with everything you need, well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, glasses, cooking stove and microwave, beds were large with good mattresses. Wi-fi works well. Nearby is a shop with fresh fruits and vegetables, quality wines, and at one station away is a supermarket Ali, well equipped, where you can buy everything you need. You can easily reach Punta Sabbioni (15 minutes away by bus, ticket cost 2 euros per person one way), where you can take the vaporetto to the islands or to Venice. You can buy a turistic pass by Venezia Unica, depending on the desired duration. Also, you can take the bus to Jesolo Bus Station (30 minutes), from where the airport express bus toTreviso (90 minutes, 10.5 euro per person per direction) I definitely recommend this apartment and Luigi to my friends.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Natürlich ist in der Hauptsaison auch viel Leben, aber alles auch gemäßigt, sodass wir uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, auf dem Balkon, am Pool und am Strand super erholen konnten Der Gastgeber ist super nett und sehr zuvorkommend Gerne wieder!

Eine Woche am Meer

Wir hatten 2 Fahrräder dabei und konnten die Lagunen ausgiebig erkundschaften. Wir wurden beim einchecken herzlich empfangen. Das Auto und die Fahrräder konnten perfekt abgestellt werden. Wir haben die Wohnung sofort im unserem Herz geschlossen. Balkon für die Frühstück perfekt, Sonne kommt erst ab 11 Uhr. Wir haben die extreme Ruhe sehr genossen. Ob im Schwimmbecken oder im Meer, für Abkühlung ist gesorgt. Die Abschied fiel uns schwer, wir kommen sicher wieder, danke für Alles an Luigi und Francis

Top, sehr zu empfehlen

Allgemein sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Parkplatz vor Ort aber etwas ungemütlich wegen herabfallen Laub von Bäumen. Essenmöglichkeiten im Umgebung in Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der private Strandbereich hervorragend, der Hausmeister freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Semester juli 2024

Detta är en underbar plats på jorden. Läget är utmärkt, bil är dock nödvändig. Det finns förvisso lokaltrafik i form av buss. Vi besökte Venedig, mycket enkelt med båt från Punta Sabbioni. Lägenheten är ganska liten men fungerar utmärkt. Den är nyrenoverad och mycket fräsch. Luigi som är värden är väldigt seriös, allt var som utlovat. Francis som är vaktmästare är lagens ryttare men samtidigt väldigt trevlig. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Finns bara en sak som bör nämnas. Garuda Residence som lägenheten ligger i är ett ställe för äldre där lugnet är prioriterat. Poolen är kanon men du får inte göra mer än att bada lugnt och stilla. Inga vattenlekar i den poolen är tillåtet. Havet finns förvisso ett stenkast bort.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Tolle Wohnung mit einer 1a- Lage und in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Einziger Manko bei der Ausstattung waren fehlende Küchengeräte wie Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Ansonsten alles super! Gerne wieder!

Ganz neu, sehr gemütlich, Balkon und Meerblick :))

Luigi hat uns sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit super Tips versorgt. Er hat die Wohnung grad frisch renoviert und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Vor allem die von ihm gemalten Aquarelle und Bilder haben uns sehr gefallen - sie geben den Räumen ein ganz persönliches, künstlerisches Flair :) Super ausgestattet - Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle mit Grill - total praktisch. Von Wohnraum und Balkon super Blick aufs Meer. Bei der Ferienanlage mit Pool (im März noch nicht in Betrieb) raus und schon am Strand und beim Ristorante da Jerry. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit herrlichen Strandspaziergängen. Danke Luigi, wir kommen wieder :))

Erholungs-und Fitnessurlaub bester Art

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in einer Top-renovierten Wohnung (kpl. neu eingerichtet incl. Elektrogeräte) mit schönem Meerblick. Luigi hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und Francis der Hausmeister war jederzeit ansprechbar. Neben den herrlichen Strandläufen und Strandspaziergängen hat uns der sehr saubere Sportpool jeden Tag zum Schwimmen eingeladen. So kommen wir nicht nur gebräunt sondern v.a. Topfit wieder zu Hause an.

Esperienza molto positiva. L'appartamento è inserito in un residence molto curato, tranquillo e confinante con la spiaggia. Tutti i comfort sono presenti e l'intero appartamento è stato rinnovato di recente, con tatto e gusto. Funzionale e spazioso, include una bella terrazza dove è possibile pranzare ammirando il mare. Un ringraziamento particolare va al proprietario, sempre gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile.

Anlage "GARUDA" ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Vom Balkon kann man einen Teil des Strandes sowie des Meeres sehen. Ein davorliegendes Nobelrestaurant ist ebenso im Blickfeld. - Leider gibt es nur italienisches TV-Programm und - die versprochenen Strand-Liegen +Sonnenschirm stehen ab 20.09. nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ende der Saison!

Fronte mare

L’appartamento è inserito in un residence molto curato, giardino e piscina bellissimi, e affacciato sulla spiaggia. Noi abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la terrazza dove abbiamo consumato i nostri pasti guardando il mare o il tramonto. Il proprietario risponde in pochi minuti. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Brilliant apartment, great location next to the sea

This apartment was brilliant, it had everything we needed for a lovely week on the beach. It was very clean and had air conditioning, a sea view from the balcony, private parking. It's right next to the beach and there are shops just a short walk away. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. There are two sun loungers and a parasol on the beach which come with the apartment. Luigi was very welcoming and helpful. It's only a short drive to Punta Sabbioni where you can get the boat to Venice and the other islands in the lagoon. Overall highly recommended.
